Kyoko is a kind, gentle, passionate, timid, and open minded young woman. She is a person that would rather resolve conflicts with words more so then resorting to down right violence. This usually conflicting with her orders and that of her teammates. She is also a woman that is skilled in dancing and flower arrangement only adding more to her beauty and skills. Kyoko until many others seems to have such a peaceful and gentle nature that interacting with animals such as small birds, rabbits, and etc are things that come easily to her.
However under all this kindness and tenderness lies the heart of a shinobi. Though she uses violence as a last resort or in defense she will put her heart into it. This making her a fine protector and a fine shinobi that thinks of her allies and village above all else, even if it goes against the mission in its self.

Kyoko a was born in the Land of Tea into the Saimoto Clan. She was said to be the star of her father's hope and the daughter her mother always dreamed to have as she had 4 sons. However It was only a year after her birth that she was kidnapped from her family by order of the past Otokage who wanted to know the extent of the Void Release. Her father fought bravely but was killed in battle, her mother seriously wounded, and her brothers left in no better shape. It was due to this kidnapping that Kyoko grew never knowing her true family, but rather was raised at the expense of the Land of Rice and Otogakure.
As of now Kyoko knows of her origins, but not of her family. She knows much about her own clan from the Land of Tea and has fully committed herself to the Saimoto Clan's ways and method. However she feeling in debts to the village serves as a shinobi to this day in order to pay back all that they have given her. Even if she herself doesn't know the truth within it all.
