Quirks Extremely flirtatious- he will flirt with/ attempt to seduce anyone he finds vaguely attractive-- male, female, or otherwise. When he was younger he would use his ability to seduce people combined with his talent of reading emotions and manipulating people to earn money. No fighting ability- Ari is incapable of any form of physical fighting, including using his zanpakuto. He frequently jokes that Rook only keeps him around because he's cute. He can, however, read people's body language and manipulate them by finding their emotional weaknesses and exploiting them. He is also multi-lingual, speaking Spanish, English, Arabic, and German fluently. He can speak Japanese, but he is illiterate, and he can understand some Italian, Catalan, and French. When he encounters someone who does not easily fall for his mind games and tricks, he instantly grows attached to them, often to the point of obsession. Due to his lack of fighting abilities, his position as vice captain is often questioned, to which he always responds with "well, duh, that's why I'm not the captain." Normally Positive Attitude- Ari is not easily annoyed or angered, and generally has a very cheerful disposition at all times, but he becomes ruthless and sadistic when he is angered. He has a habit of carrying around a small notebook and writing down everything, especially his observations of people. Zanpakutō Activation Statement | Pique, serpiente, y consuma la locura (Bite, serpente, and consume the madness) Zanpakutō Blade Changes | The released form of the Zanpakuto is a chain whip with a blue chain and a black handle and pointed spike at the end. x Wrist is held in front of the user's mouth and the statement is said. The chain detaches from wrist and coils into what looks like a small, black pointed stake. x The user can then extend and retract the chain at will. The maximum extension length is 10 feet (3 meters). Shikai Abilities As Ari cannot fight physically, his shikai is not much use. He can use it in its stake like form to stab people and use its disorientation abilities through direct contact instead of at mid range as it is intended, and use the chain as a binder or a restrain, but he rarely does this, and will go centuries without activating his shikai at all. Light and sound Disorientation Upon contact with the opponent, the zanpakuto forms a temporary override of the opponent's ocular and auditory nerves that lasts as long as the chain, handle, or spiked end is in direct contact with the opponent's skin. The user can then send a nerve signal from their own brain through the zanpakuto to the opponent to either create a blinding flash of light in the opponent's eyes or a unpleasant screech in the opponent's ears. Vibrations A similar concept of the light and sound disorientation. The spiked end of the chain whip embeds in the skin of the opponent and allows the user to access whatever sensory nerves it touches. Zanpakutō Name | Víbora descontrolada de locura English Translation | Uncontrolled viper of madness Bankai Appearance | The bankai takes the form of blue, snake like tattoos that spread from the mark on his spine all along his body, and eventually spread to his opponent. Bankai Incantation | No specific incantation, but the user stabs himself with the shikai form to activate bankai. Bankai Limitations | Extremely physically and mentally draining. If used at all, the user suffers from temporary paralysis, violent coughing, hallucinations, vomiting, temporary blindness, and blackouts for anywhere from two weeks to two years. Frequent use also causes severe physical and mental decline, resulting in gradual loss of sanity and physical weakness. Using the bankai leaves a permanent blue mark on his back that gets bigger each time he uses it. The mark is extremely sensitive to the touch. Due to overuse in the past, as well as spiritual powers that are relatively weak, Ari cannot hold bankai in its fully activated state (tattoos fully transferred onto the opponent) for more than about 30 seconds (one post). The time it takes to activate takes several minutes (approximately one post) to spread onto the user, and an additional two posts to completely transfer onto the opponent, and if hit physically while the bankai is activating, the activation is interrupted, and depending on the strength of the blow, the effects can be either slowed activation, forced restart, or complete inhibition of bankai activation. The tattoos only last as long as the bankai is in effect, and if the user loses consciousness while the bankai is either being activated or in full effect, the tattoos (with the exception of the permanent one on the user's spine) disappear from both the user and the opponent. Once the tattoos have fully covered the opponent's body there is no way to remove them without knocking the user unconscious, but the bankai has a short range of effect during the activation process (about a 10 foot or 3 meter radius), and if the opponent goes out of the range of the bankai while it is still being activated, any tattoos that have formed on the victim disappear. Additionally, as the bankai requires a great deal of concentration to activate, the user cannot move while the bankai is activating.
Bankai Strengths | Allows access to opponent's nerves.
Bankai Abilities Nerve overflow The tattoos spread onto the opponent act as a means for the user to connect to the opponent's sensory nerves, allowing the bankai user to send nerve signals that affect their opponent in a similar way to the shikai. The victim still has control of their own nerves while the bankai is in use, but the user can override the nerve signals to send a single rush of stimulus to all sensory nerves simultaneously, similar to the vibration technique of the shikai, but with more of a shock like sensation as the result. Nerve Inhibition Works similarly to the Nerve Overflow ability, but instead of stimulating sensory nerves, it acts as a partial inhibition of the opponent's motor nerves, resulting in partial paralysis in the arms or legs (potentially both arms and legs if the user has extremely strong spiritual powers). Hallucinations This move is different from the others in that it requires direct contact from the bankai user. After the tattoos have fully covered the user, the user touches the opponent's face and applies the tattoos manually around the opponent's eyes and the back of the opponent's head if creating visual hallucinations and from their temples to around their ears if creating auditory hallucinations The tattoo placement allows the user to send false stimuli directly into either the occipital lobe (for visual hallucinations) or the temporal lobe (for auditory hallucinations). The success rate ranges from 1% (for extremely intricate hallucinations that invoke both auditory and visual senses) to about 50% (for simple stimuli such as induced blindness or deafness). This move requires direct physical contact for the entire duration of which it is used, so if the user cannot maintain physical contact with the opponent long enough to apply the tattoos and create the hallucinations, the move cannot be used.
Bankai Duration Once the activation stage is completed, bankai must be deactivated (either intentionally by deactivation or unintentionally by losing consciousness) in the same post. If used, Ari is incapacitated (Unable to do anything at all) for at least 10 posts of other people, and cannot use bankai again for at least 15 of my posts. During the 15 posts he cannot use bankai again, he also suffers hallucinations, blindness, paralysis, etc.

xxIt's Not Illegal If They Agree To It ____________________________________________________________ .. "It's like a hobby, but it gets me things." Chapter One And Everything Goes Down From There Time Frame? About 700- 600 years ago. "I'll find a way to be useful without killing myself!"
Ari was reborn into a noble house in the Soul Society known for being some of the strongest Shinigami in the Gotei 14. They prided themselves on their exceptional physical strength and combat skills. Members of this household are forced to undergo brutal training sessions, and refusal to participate or failure to train successfully result in disownment. Although Ari could use kido fairly well and had a lot of control over his spiritual energy, it was obvious early on that Ari had no talent for handling his weapon. He mastered Shikai release relatively quickly, and could stay in full control of its release early on, however he could not actually utilize the chain whip deliberately as a weapon. He would instead flail it around wildly, usually hitting himself and inadvertently using his shikai abilities to disorient and confuse himself. The household leaders decided quickly that Ari would be stripped of his name and immediately removed from the household. Not wanting to be disowned and forced to live on the street, Ari approached one of the leaders of the household with a last resort to secure his right to stay. "Sir," he said, "I need to stay in this household. I will begin bankai training. If I fail, you may disown me." The training required to use bankai was brutal, of course. As Ari had already essentially been disowned, he was allowed to do little more than train. He was able to eat and sleep just enough to survive, but not much else. When he entered the inner world, he encountered the familiar tall, slender woman wearing a loose blue robe covered from head to toe in scales. "¿Quieres usar mi poder? (You want to use my power?)" she hissed, "No te dejaré usarlo sin rendir tu inmortalidad (I won't let you use it without surrendering your immortality.)" Ari agreed without hesitation, not really thinking about what her words actually meant. His first time releasing his bankai, Ari blacked out immediately and was unconscious for almost 4 years, and a small blue mark about an inch long appeared on his spine that grew about half an with each release. The household leaders passed it off as an extremely powerful bankai that would take a lot of work to control, so as soon as he regained consciousness, they once again forced him to use his bankai. With each use of his bankai, he was able to remain in bankai longer as well as minimize the after effects; however, overall, he was growing weaker. He could barely eat without throwing up, had frequent violent coughing fits, and he would faint without warning, with blackouts lasting from two minutes to two weeks. In addition to physical deterioration, Ari's mental state gradually lost stability. He became more impulsive and forgetful, and his obsessive tendencies grew stronger as well. However, his talents for reading and interpreting body language and facial expressions became prominent despite his mental decline. By the time the leaders decided that Ari would never be able to master his bankai and disowned him, the mark had grown to about 15 inches long, and his physical condition had rapidly deteriorated so he had constant difficulty breathing, fragile bones, and extremely low muscle mass, along with frequent fainting and dizzy spells. "That's it," he thought, "I am never using my bankai again. I'll find another way to be useful without killing myself.".
Chapter Two The Resulting Oddities Time Frame? About 400 years ago. "It's mutually beneficial, but mostly my benefit!"
Immediately following his disownment, Ari found himself, accompanied by Zeris, who left the house with him, wandering around the Crimson City, surviving by taking advantage of the wealthier population. After a beief period of meager earnings by pick pocketing and being a con artist, he worked in one of the Crimson City casinos, where he used his abilities to read people's emotions to become virtually unbeatable at poker. Though he could have easily survived off of his earnings from the casino, Ari felt that it was not enough to give himself and Zeris a sufficiently luxuriously. Sure enough, Ari discovered that he could his abilities of seduction to earn money and gifts as well-- and earn significantly more money than gambling or scamming people. "It's mutually beneficial, but mostly my benefit," he would explain when asked how he managed to make as much money as he did. The only issue Ari had with sex as his primary source of income, besides having to constantly deny that what he was doing was prostitution, was that it was not very effective on women. Ari always assumed it was because of his height, and often lamented his inability to seduce women because of it. Despite it being unnecessary, Ari still enjoyed to randomly pickpocket and con people on the street, for fun more than anything else. He tried to teach Zeris how to pickpocket and scam people for a bit of extra money, but unfortunately, Zeris was a bit too naive to exploit people. "Exploiting people isn't difficult, you just have to choose a target and choose your tactic accordingly, Oujisama (prince)," Ari explained to Zeris, one of the few children who would actually associate with him, and consequently one if his favorite people. "See that guy over there," Ari asked, pointing at a large, muscular man with dark blue hair wearing a kimono, "he's going to be my target. Watch and learn, Prinz." He sauntered over to where the man in the kimono was standing, taking a few minutes to observe him before attempting to talk to him. "This guy's pretty easy to read. This won't be difficult," Ari thought, adjusting his shirt before walking toward him. "Hello, I'm Rui," Ari said, quickly picking an alias to prevent being tracked. The man didn't even turn around. "¡Maldita sea (Dammit)! This is not going to work. He won't even look at me. Well, change of plans. I'm just going to make him mad to distract him, then I steal his stuff," Ari thought. He turned toward the man and poked him in the arm, earning an irritated grunt from the unknown redhead. "Too easy," he thought, and continued to poke him, both to annoy him and to find any valuables hidden in his kimono. Just as Ari found what he was looking for, the man quickly turned around and, much to the surprise and dismay of Ari, punched him in the jaw. Ari stumbled backwards and looked at the man in shock. "You... You hit me. You HIT me! Kuso! Maldita sea! Verdammt..." Ari stopped his yelling obscenities in various languages momentarily to consider what had just happened. He had been outsmarted. Granted, he had been outsmarted in a pretty barbaric and simple way, but this man had gone against his predictions and done something unexpected. He looked toward the man again, who had already started walking away. "Hey wait!" He yelled. The man ignored him and kept walking. Ari ran to catch up with him and stood in front if him, stopping him in his tracks. "What's your name?" Ari demanded, "You outsmarted me. I need to know who you are." The man said nothing, instead just staring at Ari for several minutes before sighing and saying, "Rook. Now what do you want?" Ari grinned, glad to finally get his attention. "I'm Ari. That's my real name. Ari Satriz," Ari explained rapidly without taking a breath, "I manipulate people. It's like a hobby, but it gets me things. You didn't fall for my tricks. Although, what I do isn't manipulation so much as picking what emotion would most likely either distract someone to allow me to steal things from them or to exploit to get them to give me things. I tried to annoy you to distract you because you were on guard, but looked easily annoyed, but instead of getting distracted, you punched me in the face. So now I need to know everything about you. I don't know what you do, but I'm sure I can be helpful. I can't fight, but I'm a human... Er Shinigami lie detector! And I can manipulate people! And I speak a lot of languages. And if it helps my case at all, apparently I'm kind of a whore." Rook ran his hand through his hair, exasperated. "Fine," he said, "I'm pretty sure you intend to harass me until I agree, and some of your skills should be useful to me."

Ok. I like the concept! I also totally agree with you that Illusion is indeed an element. However, it is going to be the hardest to get approved. I am warning forehand. Illusion based blades are the most common blades to be called "God-Mod". I personally don't like them being labeled as such, but they are. Also I am going to double check with the Guild Captain to see if you can have a Spanish Name for a blade. I do not see it being a problem. However, we want this done right on both ends ^.^
SHIKAI
Shikai Ability 1: It's a very good ability in mind! However, it needs to be a lot more descriptive. I need to know, what causes this?, How does this happen? Meaning how can your blade perform such a technique. How long in post wise does this occur? There also needs to be a way to escape it. There also needs to be a cool down. I need a lot of more info.
Shikai Ability Two: Everything I previously stated needs to be added here as well.
BANKAI
Ok. Instead of listing "30 Seconds" I need to know post wise. How long can you keep Bankai post wise.
Ability One: I am afraid this technique is way to OP. I need you to dull it down. Like possibly change it to, "Elludes the Brain from comprehension of material aspects" or something like that. However you going to be just as detailed with your shikai.
Ability Two: Again a little to OP. If your going to do this, you would also have to list all of the details I explained in your shikai.
Ability Three: Again, this considerably a little OP. It depends on how you explain it. I don't think this will be much a problem. Unless you go all Bleach: Fade to Black on it. However, you need to add as much detail here as you do everywhere else.

Ability One: How long does it take the tattoos to transfer? Is there a way to get them off? Cool Down?
Ability Two: Which part of the body is temporarily paralyzed? If it is a limb or something that is allowed. If it is the whole body...then it is a no.
Ability This will work, however it all depends on how you explain it. I need to know why this happens. How long it occurs, and is there a way out? Is there also limitations?

A few more snags but these should be fixed easily. Also are you saying you have to deactivate Bankai in the same post? I wouldn't sell yourself short. You probably want to give yourself more breathing room. You are a Vice-Captain after all.

Okay, I edited the information and added more details, so hopefully that's good! And yes, the bankai cannot last more than one post. I wanted to set it up so that the bankai is more harmful than beneficial. He's not a very useful Vice Captain.

Well normally, I would ask to see how long it takes to make your tattoos transfer to your opponent. However, seeing that your RPC can only hold Bankai for one post. I really can not see any room for god mod or any type of bad factors. So I will approve for now. However, if you ever want to lengthen your Bankai time you will have to let me know so I can address a few remarks about some abilities. Does this seam fair to you?

Kyousuke Riluka Well normally, I would ask to see how long it takes to make your tattoos transfer to your opponent. However, seeing that your RPC can only hold Bankai for one post. I really can not see any room for god mod or any type of bad factors. So I will approve for now. However, if you ever want to lengthen your Bankai time you will have to let me know so I can address a few remarks about some abilities. Does this seam fair to you? Yes this seems perfect! Thank you!
