- 100 posts= 10,000 gold
- 200 posts= 20,000 gold
- 300 posts= 30,000 gold
- 400 posts= 40,000 gold
- 500 posts= 50,000 gold (Final pay out and potential for ascension to vice captain rank.)
Consistency
At the end of each month, whoever has the most consistent posts and has contributed most (post and assistance wise) will get a mystery item sent to them as a thank you.
RECRUITING
Bounty
There's a 1k bounty on each person that joins up in this guild.
That bounty is increased to 2k if you've brought in a literate roleplayer that's willing to join the main roleplays.
Another 500g is added as a bonus if you recruit someone that's willing to join 'Balingroft' or 'Legend of the Eversearcher' seeing as these threads have received the most work and would require the most players possible!!
Effort
I recognize people who at least make an effort to recruit new members! These people will get small incentive prizes if they can show me evidence of their efforts. : ) (Ex.: A recruitment thread, or invite me to the Towns forum they're recruiting in. )
RULES
1.) Myself and KisaRinny are exempt from rewards (Though Kisa is still available for the 300k+ forum post prizes).
2.) Payment is moot for recruitment if the member recruited is brought into the guild without my permission, or if the person recruited doesn't meet the guild regulations.
3.) These payments are a PRIVILEGE, not an absolute. If people are rude or demanding about the payments, I WILL be stopping this system and making examples of the rude party.
4.) It's okay to be proud of what you've accomplished, but don't treat those who've not gotten as far as yourself like they're lesser.
