Here soldiers are told to come clean the cannons and check them to make sure they are still ok to run. If titans come near Wall Rose it is instructed that the soldiers shoot them with the cannons on top of Wall Rose. On top of each wall are these cannons with the track all over the top of the wall. Soldiers may also come up here to chat and hang out while doing maintenance work as long as the work gets done.

She had finished cleaning on of the cannons meaning she has less of them to clean. She looks over to the inside of Wall Rose and then at Wall Sina, which is much further away, and wonders what it's like to live in luxury like most of the people in Wall Sina do. "I bet it's like a dream everyday," she says softly to herself as she goes into a day dream. If I was born rich would I not have lived the way I did emotionally? Would I still have joined the Survey Corps? Zuki sighs to herself as she walks over to another cannon and begins cleaning keeping her light violet eyes on the luxurious small glimpse of Wall Sina. "i do enjoy being in the Scouting Legion," she mumbles to herself as she finally takes her eyes back and returns them to her work. "I'm finally put to some use. Which is good.......but how long will I be useful?" she asks herself. Zuki gives a sad-some sigh remembering that the only reason she's up here cleaning is because it's punishment for not wearing uniform today. "I wonder what would happen if a titan came and attacked the wall taking me with it," she thinks out loud not caring if she actually got eaten in the process. Sure she would be scared and possibly begging for her life but still she believes she has no purpose. ◄ ".....or am I just a waste?" ╚═☽†☾═══════════════════════════════════════════════☽†☾═╝

"I'd have to waste my energy to come save you and then kill the titan," says Zoro as he approaches the young soldier. "So what are you doing up here by yourself?" he asks looking down at her with a un-pleased look. It's dangerous to be on top of Wall Rose since Wall Maria is still titan territory. Zoro walks to the edge of the wall and looks down to see shorter class titans reaching up at the wall. He then turns around and looks back at the girl with purple hair. "You don't even have your uniform on and without the 3D maneuver gear on you if a titan came crashing through the wall you'd be dead if I weren't here to save your a**," he comments.

The young girl immediately stands up and salutes him. "S-Sir...I didn't see you there," she stutters in surprise. She wasn't expecting she would come face to face with the Lieutenant of all people and truly it surprised her. Zuki begins to think about what he says. He'd have to waste his energy to save me?.......I'd rather he just leave me. Zuki looks up at him as he asks her what she's doing up upon Wall Rose and then sighs when he comments her about her not being in uniform. "I was scolded that I didn't wear my uniform today and was instructed to come up here and clean the cannons, Sir," she says still saluting to him.◄ ".....or am I just a waste?" ╚═☽†☾═══════════════════════════════════════════════☽†☾═╝

"You don't have to keep saluting. You look idiotic if you keep doing that," he says as he grabs her writs and places it back to her side. Zoro begins walking away and without looking at her he signals her to follow him. "C'mon, go run and get your uniform on. Having a punishment up here without it is too dangerous. We don't want to lose any more of Humanity now do we," he says in a sly voice while hiding his grin from the girl. "I have a better punishment in mind for you that'll hopefully teach you a lesson. Once you're dress go to the training camp. I'll see you there." And with that he uses his 3D maneuver gear and is gone.

Isabella would kick a nearby pebble, playing soccer with it as she approached Wall Rose. She had a pretty nasty habit of running up walls, and using the 3D maneuver gear to go bungee jumping off of them. This of course, was done in secrecy and when her superiors weren't there. As she made her way up, she could see two people in the distance. One of them she recognized right away as her captain. The two of them were actually leaving, so she stopped to give them a small salute as they left.
When she was sure they were gone, she looked around. She was the only one there. Isabella stretched her arms out, and took a deep breath. "Ah.... how nice..." She hovered over the precipice of the wall. It was quite a way down. Hmmm... and to think those creatures could break through a wall this sturdy looking.... She began to daydream again.

She begins to wonder what type of punishment he has in store for her for not wearing her uniform. He said training camp.....does that mean he's going to demote me and put me back with the trainees? Oh please don't do that! Death would be such a better punishment. Zuki sighs as she walks to the area that would allow her to get down from the wall safely and exits noticing a young girl at the scene as she leaves.

Jared had been walking along most of Wall Rose out of basic boredom. His Maneuver Gear making barely any noise as he walked along the wall, looking out. He then saw a girl standing there, seemingly in her own world as she stood there ".........." so then out of his boredom he quietly walked up behind her, standing at his full height of 6'5 and casting a large shadow over her and he reached out with both hands and easily lifted he high in the air and held her there for a moment ".....If I were a Titan, you'd be dead right now...." he stated as he continued to hold her there high in the air.

Wonder what goes on outside of the walls... Usually, Isabella was a bit more attentive, but not this time. She squeaked a little when she felt her form being lifted. Am I flying?! She glanced down. Nope. Well, that crushed her hopes and dreams of one day being able to grow wings and fly. The girl merely tilted her head and grinned. "...But you're not, right?" she would answer mindlessly as usual. It was quite a moment before she realized he was still holding her in the air. "Heh.... you could put me down anytime now", she suggested looking down at the drop again. Bungee jumping off her house roof and off Wall Rose were very different experiences.

Jared Belli Jared gave the girl a blank look as he slowly put her down on the wall "........Jared..." the older man stated, holding his hand out to the younger girl to shake. He had been walking along the wall to simply get some fresh air from the stifling barracks. He assumed that the girl was the doing the same, although he wasn't entirely sure.

Isabella would mentally sigh in relief as the man placed her back down. Now that she was facing him, she finally noticed his rather tall, staggering height. She herself wasn't particularly short either, but the man in front of her was at least a head taller than her. When he held his hand out, Isabella shook it with the same grin from earlier. "My name's Isa-...." she stopped herself for a moment. Isabella wasn't a name that she was very fond of. It sounded too.... princess-y and petite. A name that her parents gave her. "...You can call me Izzy. Nice to meet you, Jared~!" She much preferred her street name. Plus, it was only two syllables compared to Isabella, which was four. She could tell Jared was a quiet one. He probably came up to the wall for some peace and quiet. That most likely wasn't going to happen with Isabella there.

Jared nodded his head at Izzy before stepping beside her and walking to the edge of the wall and sat down on the wall "..........." he sat there staring out at the city, looking at the many people wandering the streets before glancing at Izzy "So.......what brings you here?" he asked with his ever neutral poker face. He figured he might as well start some kind of conversation, he approached the young girl after all.

Izzy watched Jared as he sat on the wall. She attempted to look out into the city, trying to share the same view that he was looking at. The citizens sure looked like ants down there. I wonder if that's what the titans see us as.....ants. The thought was a little upsetting to her. She realized that she was letting her mind drift again, taking a little more than just a moment to answer Jared. "You know.... patrolling, making sure everything's s**c and span", she lied. The real reason that she was loitering around the walls was because it reminded her of home. Izzy used to sit atop of her roof when she often would sneak out of the house to get away from her parents. It gave her a nice view of everything, and everyone. "So, I'm going to return the question back to you. What brings YOU up here?"

Jared just stared out towards the town as he pondered the simple question ".....Just got back from a scouting expedition....and the barracks were getting to stuffy...." he stated simply, thinking about the expedition. He had lost allot of comrades to titans on this one in particular. A group of thirty men and only fifteen came back, himself being the only one unharmed. I left a cold feeling in your gut.

The corner of Izzy's lips would force a small, but comforting smile. She knew what that meant. Most scouting expeditions did not go without a death. Chances of no deaths were slim. Even if everyone managed to survive the expedition, it still wasn't much to celebrate. All you could really think of was: I didn't die today. Or at least, that was all she could think of every time she was called to a scouting expedition. Her smile was something similar to that of a poker face. No one could really tell what she was thinking. She could only answer Jared with, "....ah, I see." Her eyes glanced off to the sky. Even with her optimistic nature, it was hard to stay optimistic with such creatures. "...Why do you think they were created?... the titans I mean", she blurted out. Was God so cruel to have these titans eat everyone? Did humanity commit such a big sin to be brutally broken by these creatures?
