After the blizzard roared throughout two islands, coating everything in thick layer of snow and everything is silent because they are either huddled in their shelters, waiting it out or is slowly emerging from their shelters like this blue roan stallion. Lifting one of his legs, Daegus blew a puff of hot air and eyes the snow with mild distaste because its thick so that means he will have to trek through it with high-stepping posture which he doesn't like to do.
Spotting a fox hopping as it runs across the meadow and it gave the stallion an idea so he decided to mimic the fox's actions by leaping forward and uses the hop, step, hop, step pattern. Daegus realized that he's thirsty but he knows that eating snow isn't a good idea so he does the hop/step walking, heading toward the pond so he could see if he could break the ice with his hoof and have a refreshing drink of the water after this quite workout.
