Yes, yes.. I know this event has been available since mid-October of last year but as we've been lax on announcing it to our members here at Pokemon Gaming, this is just a friendly reminder for you to download your Torchic from Mystery Gift before January 15th.
This Torchic holds a Blazikenite, the Mega Stone needed for Blaziken’s Mega Evolution. It also has the Hidden Ability Speed Boost, a very powerful Ability that increases a Pokémon’s Speed at the end of every turn during battle. You can’t find a Torchic with this Ability through regular gameplay, making this an exceedingly rare Pokémon! (at least until Pokemon Bank finally rolls around).
Nevertheless, if you haven't had the chance to snag this Pokemon, be sure you get it before it's too late!
