The Captain's office is a traditional, tatumi room. The doors to the office lead out onto the walkway between areas of the squad, overlooking the garden in the center of the division headquarters. For the most part, the squadron has a simple layout due to the fact that most members rarely spend time around. On the opposite end of the room from the door, there is a desk with a brush, ink, paper, and a mound of unfinished paperwork. Most of it has dust settled on top, as a nod to the lack of commitment toward finishing such things. When the captain is in, he can sometimes be found laying on a mat against on end of the room asleep or actually finishing reports from the latest expeditions to the human world. More often than not it's the former.
