Demigod Abilities and Gifts from Parents? (A)

I have a few questions about how to properly have certain abilities once their godly parent has been assigned and if they can get weapons or other items from their parent. Do we add the abilities or items to the characters profile page and wait to get them approved by at least two crew members before they show up with in the RP? Also do these gifts need to be earned and your parent somehow reveals to you one of your gifts after you do certain tasks?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean with the certain abilities part, But as for gifts from the parent, we need someone actually playing the parent first, and it would be their call on how to give them if they feel like. But it would need to be approved by crew before this occurs.

Well i guess what i was getting at as far as abilities were concerned was whats the limit for abilities a character can have as well as the rare abilities. For example you have a very large chart put together for Poseidon would every single person who is claimed by poseidon be able to use all the demigod powers/abilities or do you have to pick and choose what you think would fit your character and do they still need to be approved by your god parent who is playing the part as well or is it approved by the crew?

If it's on the powers list they can do it. Special Abilities may need to be approved by crew though.
