Located in Ottery St. Catchpole, the Lescott family had just moved here from London, building their own house based on their high salary. This is a beautiful glass home, with a beautiful kitchen, den, master bedroom, and two bathrooms. Within this home is a bookcase, and behind this bookcase is a hidden room owned by the father. This room is technologically advanced and requires a hand print scan to get in. On the side of the house is a nice pool that is all it is...a pool. No fancy design or anything. Outside, because of Theo's want to supervise himself over the years, the Lescott's decided to grant him that want. They built him his own mini tree home that is close enough in proximity to the main home that his adopted parents can hear him if he needs help. It looks relatively similar to the main home, but has just three rooms, which is his own little man cave, that had a playstation 4, a High Definition Television, and an electronic fire place because Theo couldn't be trusted with a real fireplace yet. Main House: Bathroom: Kitchen: Den/Tele Room: Guest Bedroom: Master Bedroom: Theo' Tree House Theo's Room: Theo's Mini-Man Cave:

The home 1. The reason Robin Gibbs has his own tree house is because he is adopted and the boy is used to being alone, despite being adopted at a young age.
2. Within the house is a room where the father Patrice gets his debriefings for missions that MI-6 gives him. Eva knows what it is, but Theo just believes it is a surveillance room.
3. The pool is ten feet in depth and there is a large yard around it where wild animals actually find themselves. Wild cats, rabbits, deer, and sometimes dogs find themselves around the edges of the yard. The mother Eva always feeds them as well. She puts food out for them on the back terrace.
4. One spare bedroom for any guest who is visiting.

Robin 'Theo' Gibbs Eleven year old Football Prodigy House: Gryffindor{|}Football Club: TBA{|}First Year Theo walked into the house after his old weekday babysitter had picked him up from the train station, believing that Theo had gotten off the train from boarding school. He couldn't wait to see his mother and father, but they weren't home just yet. So, Theo just followed the path to his own mini house and decided he wanted to take a nap after the long train ride.
He found his way to his bed, falling asleep quickly. It was a deep sleep and not much could disturb him at this point. His bed was so comfortable. He missed it a lot and when he got it in his head that he would be sleeping, nothing could stop him at the point from doing it. I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Robin 'Theo' Gibbs House: Gryffindor{|}Dueler{|}Fifth Year Theo sat there on his video game, playing fifa. He was bored, but that seemed to be a normal occurrence after he had been playing for a few hours. It started to get pretty repetitive actually, but despite this, he still enjoyed beating people. Like he has said before, if he wasn't allowed to play the real thing, might as well do it virtually.
He was actually only playing them at the moment to pass the time while he waited for Ronna, whom he had planned to spend that day with. The girl that was indeed like family to him, only growing closer by their arguments that they had gone through over the year, whether it was at the Dueling Club first meet, or any other time for that matter. Unfortunately, he told her a time, but he truly had no idea whether or not she was coming or not. He had a cell phone of course, and she may or may not have had one, but it wasn't like an O.W.L would be able to traverse the whole route to his house before Ronna could get there. Because of this, he had no idea when she was coming. His adoptive parents did know that she was coming as well, both not being in the house at the moment, but surely they would be there later.
So, he kept playing his game, hoping the girl yelled for him or something. But then again, maybe he could just sync his laptop to the outside cameras, which would allow him to view the front door. He actually decided on this option almost instantly. Getting his laptop out, he went through it, syncing to the camera outside so he could view the door. When he got the right camera, he had moved back to his game and then started playing once again, turning down the sound so he could listen to the live feed of the camera. I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion. (OOC: Figured I'd just post now and you can post whenever xD)

Veronica Kiss stepped off the Knight Bus, cursing the fact she hadn't agreed to visit a week or two later in the summer when she could legally use magic and just have apparated there. The bus was fairly cheap like Crash had told her a couple years ago-and a lot cheaper than the train-yet, while Ronna wasn't exactly that timid or scared of a person, she didn't actively seek out danger and she was sure that anyone who willingly rode that bus once they could apparate had a death wish. The bus was already gone when she looked up to the Lescott family home, where Theo lived with his adopted parents, which left her to wonder some why his adopted parents never bothered to change Theo's name to their last name considering he wasn't that old when they adopted Theo from what she could tell.
She caught her breath and made sure not to sink the heels of her boots into the lawn and looked up at the house-it was modern and pretty impressive. It was a lot more expensive than the house she had lived in with her Dad (and sold a while ago). Then again a police officer's salary tended to be fairly modest. Especially when you were a single parent. She shook her head, pushing the fishtail braid that was already a mess and walked to the front door, glancing at the tree house (if you could call it that-she was fairly sure it was about as big as her childhood home), but decided that it was probably best to knock on the main door first.
Raising a fist she rapped on the door with her knuckle, ignoring the doorbell by the door and adjusting her bag on her shoulder.

Robin 'Theo' Gibbs House: Gryffindor{|}Dueler{|}Sixth Year Theo sat there playing his game, not really knowing what else to do. Soon enough however, during one of his games, he heard a knock at the door coming from the live surveillance feed on his laptop. So naturally, he looked at the camera and saw Ronna at the door. He got up from his seat and turned off the game, a small smile on his face. He then proceeded to go out the door of his treehouse, walking as fast as he possibly could. He didn't want to keep the girl waiting longer than she had to.
As he made his way across the yard, he circumnavigated the whole main house, not coming from the front door...rather, the side. "Hey, Ronna," he said to her, going up to her. "Would you like to see the main house, or do you just want to skip to the part where you see where I live? Because I don't live in the mainhouse," he said to her, wondering what she wanted to do. He really had no preference and was more than happy to give her some kind of grand tour. He could just get the key underneath the doormat to get back into the main house, because he left his key inside his abode.
"And how is your summer going?" he asked her, giving another question to ponder while she was deciding what she wanted to do.

Veronica turned when she heard her name and raised a brow seeing Theo coming from the side. She raised a brow, adjusted her bag on her shoulder before crossing her arms and raising a brow listening as Theo asked about seeing the main house or skipping to the part where he lived. She didn't say anything at first before stepping several yards back and pointed at the treehouse-which was probably a poor name for it considering it was fairly large to call a treehouse. A guest house? "You mean that?" She asked still pointing at the place before shaking her head and dropping her hand. "Bloody show-off. You live in a guest house that is probably bigger and at least twice as expensive as my childhood home."
Rolling her eyes she waved a hand, "I did not take the Knight Bus here and spent at least half the ride possibly finding religion or God or something because I think I was praying for part of that ride-the driver is mad-just to see a house or admire architecture. So not worth it."
She shook her head and said, "Well, my summer just started. I'm doing my typical back to decaf thing I've been doing since well..." She trailed off, "At least the first week or two of the summer which we are still on, I'm pretty sure the cow that spawned me has enough tact to leave me be about asking how my uni applications are going. Well universities-I told her I'm applying mostly to American universities. Studying maths..." Ronna shrugged, "I'll probably end up half way through the summer realizing how much studying I have for my NEWTs coming up and end up switching back to my regular coffee brew. But you know, same old, same old, besides preparing for my last year."
She waved a hand but paused and brightened, "Well in a couple weeks I am legal to use magic. That'll be fun. I can aparate. And magic is useful, though I'm pretty sure Carl won't be cool with me using it all the time in the apartment. Besides I'm not that lazy to not get up and get a cup or something-and I can't use the excuse I'm too short to reach the top shelf after all. How about you? Did you get your OWL scores yet?"

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTheo GibbsxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxGryffindor Sixth Year"Some are born great, some achieve greatness..." Theo gave her a chuckle when she commented on his home and its size. It was big in size, but honestly, sometimes he wished he had smaller. He had never been one to really take much of a care in where he lived or its size. He'd take a nice car over a nice house any day, but then again, a lot of guys were like that. "Yes, Ronna, I live in that. And I'm not trying to show off to you. I just figured you'd want to come," he commented, not really taking it to heart, mainly because they both threw those small insults at each other. It was all in good fun to him.
"I've actually never been on the Knight Bus. I've actually wanted to try it one time to see what would happen. I mean, before I could apparate and would have no need it," he said to her, shrugging his shoulders. By the sound of her tone, she did not like it, but then again, he had heard the Bus had gone at very high speeds, which he's always been a bit of a speed demon, but Ronna loved the rules; so the speed limit had to be broken in the process.
He snickered a bit when she said she reverted to decaf coffee, which he knew wouldn't last long. The girl was addicted to the stuff to say the least. Maybe that was an over exaggeration to say that she was addicted, but she certainly drank a lot of the stuff. He was surprised he had never seen the girl eat chocolate, because chocolate was full of caffeine too. "So, how is the university search going?" he asked her, snickering a bit as he waved her to follow him, starting to walk across the yard, hoping that she was following. "You probably could go to an American University for maths honestly. Your ability in arithmancy really tells it all." He continued walking across the yard. "And I'll tell you my O.W.L scores when we get to my room. I have them written down."
As the two got there, he went to his drawer. "There isn't a kitchen in here, but there is one in the main house, with a coffee maker if you want any. Eva is a high-end lawyer; so she's drinks a lot of the stuff. And the bathroom is over there if you ever need it," he said, pointing in a general direction without looking. He shuffled through a few pieces of paper, looking for the grades he got. About one minute later, he took it out and put it on the drawer and read off of it. " I'll just read it through: Astronomy...A; Charms...O; DADA...O; Herbology...EE; History of Magic, A...thankfully; Potions...EE...still can't believe I got that; Transfiguration...O; Alchemy...EE; Cursebreaking...O; Healing...O...can't believe that one either; Mythology...O; Wandless...O; Wizard Law...O. Wizard Law was definitely my favorite O.W.L. It was really fun." He threw the paper back into his desk, a smile on his face. He had no idea what she wanted to do, but he would just wait until she came up with something. "And some have greatness thrust upon them"

Ronna raised a brow when he said that was where he lived and followed him as he spoke about the Knight Bus and wanting to try it sometime. However, when it turned to university talk she shook her head adamantly and said, "Not really. I don't have an acceptable degree-and won't-to go into university. Not a muggle one they'll be looking for. I'm not planning on taking any of the college entrance exams and even if I did and say in some crazy world got a perfect score I still don't have a prep school degree or high school diploma or whatever. I was given extra math work when I was younger, though. I was ahead of my peers in that, but it is just one of those generally useless talents."
She paused, "Well I guess that's not exactly true. I figured out what I want to do after graduation. And arithmancy is about probabilities and it is a study of personality and such. With just a name or a few factors you can figure out a lot. That can be really useful as a witch watcher-basically they look for fugitive wizards and witches. Sort of detective-y."
She smiled and leaned against a wall and rolled her eyes as Theo told her about the kitchen with the coffee maker and said, "I don't survive purely off coffee you know. Eva might know Carl though." She didn't say anything else as Theo began to go through his papers and read his OWL scores.
"Not bad," She said, "I was actually surprised by my healing score too. That was probably one of the OWLs I studied the most for, though, I probably should have studied more for DADA since I only got an EE in that. Or maybe cursebreaking. I only got an A in that one. Then again, Defense Against the Dark Arts isn't my strong point. I'm not the only one who had trouble with the boggart my year. That's how Gypsy and Jer finally hooked up though. I don't know the details. And I'm sure it isn't worth the effort to pry those two apart long enough to be able to hear that story."
"But, no, the Wizard Law OWL wasn't bad. I enjoyed it. Though, being the nerd I am, I liked the arithmancy exam best," She continued. "But I got wrapped up in a few of my exams forgetting I had meant to fail them-like my Astronomy exam. I got half way down the parchment going on the physics of the gravitational pull of a moon system... and I think on my History of Magic exam I put that Salazar Slytherin had left a giant basilisk and the Chamber of Secrets to Hogwarts when he left along with his locket, which was sort of a sarcastic answer."
"Regardless, I'm way more worried about my NEWTs. Especially since I am taking NEWT level healing. The only class I'm not really worried about is arithmancy. I guess if I fail everything else I could still get a job as an arithmncer, right? So what classes do you plan on sticking with at the NEWT levels?"

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTheo GibbsxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxGryffindor Sixth Year"Some are born great, some achieve greatness..." He nodded along as she went over her university talks, to which he just shrugged his shoulders, not really knowing much about them to be honest. If he were a muggle, he probably wouldn't have went to a muggle university anyway. He would've been in a youth academy until he was about sixteen and would have moved into a senior team, to which he still would be made to go to school until he completed at least high school. Then he would go straight into the pros and not have to do it anymore, which was his dream job after all. It still was, but of course, it only held a small part of his mind now that he had to ponder what he wanted to actually do with his life. He wanted to be a professional dueler, but he was starting to think that the job wasn't...practical. It was just that it may or may not be very secure at all. One mistake and he was done. Maybe it was just Ronna wearing off on him, but he wasn't too sure if he should do that. "Well...you are very good at math nonetheless," he said, getting a bottle of water, from a small mini-fridge at the side of his bed. He then opened it and took a sip of it, the water feeling great on his stomach, temporarily sheltering him from the heat. He had an air-conditioner, but it was most certainly wasn't working right at that moment. "You want any water while I'm up?"
"Ahh...I see. Well, I think that is certainly something you could be great at. You certainly know the law..." he said to her, talking about what she wanted to do. She was certainly a good fit for the position. And he only could imagine her father's occupation may have rubbed off on her a bit. "And I definitely could see Eva knowing her. I would imagine that they've probably faced off in court before." A smile grew on his face as he imagined his adoptive mother just happening to know Ronna's caretaker...or legal guardian is a better term for it.
He nodded in approval as she said 'not bad', knowing from her that was sort of compliment, which she didn't always give out. Then again, she didn't say many compliments at all. But then again, nor did he. "That healing score pretty much made my day. Thought I was going to fail," he said to her, snickering. "I never had a problem with that boggart. Apparently, I'm not too afraid of my greatest fear. I hate spiders so of course, the form the boggart took on was an acromantula. The king of spiders. I mean, I was scared. Tripped and fell I think. Well...my first time of course, but I got the job done. Well enough..." He trailed off on the last part, chuckling. He did it well enough. Not necessarily perfect, but he did alright. "I didn't study at all for the Cursebreaking and the Charms O.W.Ls. Just good at Cursebreaking and Charms...well, there is a reason Conri's class is so damn easy right?" He gave her a smile as he talked about the classes, not really knowing much to say about them. A lot of them were indeed easy. He just didn't do that well in anything that wandwork didn't apply. Of course, theory behind everything sometimes baffled him, but when it came time to actually perform it, he had down solid within a few minutes.
"I can help you study for your N.E.W.Ts if you want. I'll be learning what you need to review so I mean, I can help you out if you want," he said to her, taking another swig of the water. "And I plan on just taking all my classes at the NEWT level. Only thing that was in question was Potions...and I got a good enough grade to move through; so I guess I should do it. Opens up a lot of career opportunities I suppose." "And some have greatness thrust upon them"

Veronica waved off his offer on water and shrugged about job prospects, "I suppose I'll see once I get hired if I'm any good. And granted that is if I get a chance to be hired. I'm going to be stuck with the worst professional title ever if I am "Witch Watcher Kiss". It is beyond me why my ancestors thought to even keep such a ridiculous last name. Not exactly intimidating."
"I suppose I could always ask the woman but it really doesn't matter all that much. Well unless we were suing each other. I assume Eva would defend you in a muggle court and well Carl-he's my lawyer. I inherited him from my Dad," Ronna said with half a smile and listened as Theo talked about his own exams and decided not to offer her own opinion on why Conri's class was so easy. Sure charms was probably Ronna's biggest strengths in magic, but Conri also didn't exactly take an interest in challenging or pushing students to their limits of accomplishment. "Maybe we did so well in healing because the professor assigns so much homework that we end up studying pretty hard for the class regardless? And to think I thought Americans were supposed to be laid back."
"As for my NEWTs, you do know I want to actually pass them right?" Ronna joked. "I'm not really that worried about them. Defense might be a hair tricky but if for some odd reason I actually bombed that exam I could always say go into The Department of Intoxicating Substances," She added sticking out a tongue at him before waving a hand. "No, I'm good. I'll manage. As for potions-I can help you that. I may be only able to cook bachelor food in the kitchen but I do pretty good in a potions lab. Go figure right? Or I do decent if I'm not walking out of class because the professor is a right cow and crossed her line of authority ridiculously. But, hey, maybe it won't be so bad next year? And if it is, well, hell, I'm graduating and Gypsy, Jer, and I have a plan to make our own study group for that if the professor is still there and horrid."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTheo GibbsxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxGryffindor Sixth Year"Some are born great, some achieve greatness..." He nodded as she talked about the future, shrugging his shoulders and then saying, "I'm almost positive you can do well in it Ronna, but your name isn't that ridiculous. I mean, yeah, if I was a criminal and I heard the name, I would laugh, but hey, I guess that is when you get 'em," he commented in jest, giving her a toothy smile before taking a drink of the water he had just gotten. Looking around his room for a moment, he made sure everything was in order. He just wanted to make sure it wasn't a mess at all. The last thing he wanted was Ronna to think he was more of a slob than she probably already thought he was.
His eyes moved back to the girl as she began to speak again however. As she spoke a smile formed on his fact and then laughed at what the girl said. "I could only imagine us suing each other. Maybe I'll pull a crucible and go for defamation of character," he said, laughing a bit, remembering the book his adopted mother made him read because she thought it would have been funny. Of course, it did have some amusing parts to it because the whole witch idea, which to them, was a speculation, but Theo knew they were real, which made it interesting.
"And I have no idea. She is certainly a unique one. I have no doubt in my mind that she is a good professor though. And that's actually something I thought about. The whole laid back American thing. So much for that idea," he said to her, laughing a bit before it went silent for the slightest of moments, only for the hiatus to be broken by Ronna, who threw a little joke at him, to which he shook his head and chuckled.
"I mean, yeah, that is why I'm offering my help," he said to her, playing it off as if he was the smartest person in the world, just to mess with her of course. "I mean, it is me...after all." He let that sink in as it went, chuckling. "I'm kidding," he said, almost bursting out laughing as she said that she should go into the Department of the Intoxicating Substances. "Well, surely you'll be clearing the streets of criminals such as myself." All he did was chuckle at this, sarcasm marking his voice.
He did remember the whole cow story, hearing about it around the school. "How did the whole cow thing end up for you anyway?" he asked her, chuckling as he thought about Ronna seriously calling out a professor. Theo had done that and had caught hell for it, but then again, she was a prefect and still was one; so hey, maybe they got more leeway than a normal person did. "And some have greatness thrust upon them"

Veronica raised a brow at Theo as he talked about her catching criminals and said, "Oh, I don't know, I'd rather they not know my name until I actually have caught them. Seems more simple that way. I wouldn't be that great at wtich watching if they knew I was trailing them before I caught them."
She leaned back against the wall watching as he looked around and finally answered about them suing each other. "Pity you can't really win on defamation of character if everything I said was true and had a valid reason to sue you," Ronna answered with a shrug, before she had to roll her eyes off at the slew of cockiness about helping her study came from him. At this point it was almost hard to distinguish which statements about himself (most pretty outrageous) that he said he actually believed or not. She didn't bother commenting on any of that or his joke about clearing the streets of criminals such as him if she went into the Department of Intoxicating Substance-as far as Ronna knew she was more likely clearing school dances from criminals like him if she wanted to be technical-which she was.
"Oh, me calling her a cow?" Ronna asked. "Nothing really happened besides me walking out the first day and the next class me interrogating her on if she was going to use her authority as professor properly or not and if she was going to treat sixth year NEWT potion students with respect or not. She agreed more or less. Then again, me walking out turned into justification for others to protest her abuse of authority. Though some took it too far. But still. It wasn't nearly as dramatic or as exciting as everyone made it out to be."
Ronna smiled some and said, "Sorry, I'm as boring as ever, Theo. It isn't like I'm that changeable of a person. I'm too stubborn to change things up much."
