The Division Three Barracks are located across the the Division grounds from the Captain's office, putting two of the axis of powers, the residents of the soldiers (the common people) and the Captain's personal office (the throne room of a king), directly opposite each other as if balancing a square. Although both buildings are lavish, the barracks seem to be more lavish than the office itself, at least from the outside and foyer. However, through the grand doors are barracks in similar design to most others, with the exception of a personal desk for each Shinigami in the employ of Squadron Three. Rumors circulate from time to time that the building was built with stolen money or through protection money put in place by Yeon himself, just one of many types of deplorable competition Yeon has to combat.
