Feeling his communicator vibrate Jack took the small red device out of his pocket and read the message. The boy let out a shaky breath. It was an assignment, a mission. His first mission. The teen took a deep breath to try and settle his nerves. He wasn't sure he was ready for this but the higher ups had decided that it was time so he had to follow their order.

He walked to the fitting room and got the cloths mentioned as well as changing into them before heading up to the entrance where he would wait for his partner. The message wasn't clear on who his partner was, not that it was likely he would know them by name anyway. He hadn't really gotten a chance to met a lot of the other members and he was nervous, about how they'd react to him. He was the son of a cop after all, he would be surprised if many people who knew that would trust him.

Jack was tempted to let Viper out and pet her, some how having her around helped his nerves a lot. Petting her was relaxing and he knew he could count on the Ekans to keep him safe. Unfortunately he probably shouldn't have her out before the mission and unless pokemon were running loose at the party, he would have to keep her in her pokeball until the mission was over if all went well.

Jack sighed softly to himself, wondering how long it would take for his partner to show up, while he was nervous about who it was the anticipation over them and the mission was starting to drive him crazy. He fiddled with the cuffs on his wrists a bit, no one was around, so it was okay to fiddle. It helped calm him down a bit and he was looking the to the entrance for his partner it was possible they had arrived first and were waiting for him farther up.

Hearing a voice right next to him, Jack jumped letting out a surprised noise. The teen took a big shaky breath and turned to his partner Xander, it was just Xander. No need for panicked hysterics, all though it was a bit late for that. He nodded as he tried to catch his breath from his scare. If Viper had been out of her pokeball she probably would have given him a look akin to 'really?" or be rattling her tail in laughter, he wasn't quite sure yet. "Ye yeah, I guess."

Jack followed Xander out of the base as they headed to the car. He blinked rapidly as the sun light hit his face. This was the first time he had been outside the building since the kidnapping. While the base was mostly well lit, it still didn't compare to the bright afternoon sun light and it took Jack a moment before he was able to continue following the grunt.

He could do this right? No, he could not he really doubted that he could get this right. The training sessions had taught him a lot, but he still wasn't confident he could actually put the info to good use. At least Xander was here, all Jack had to do was not screw up and they'd be okay. Try, he'd have to make and effort to get a pokemon or two. If worst came to worst he's make a pretty good distraction at least.

Jack manged to catch the sunglasses without fumbling with them and slipped them on his face. He listened intently to the set up that they would have to deal with for the heist.

Hearing the pop quiz question jack froze for a moment as he thought about it. "Split up? Distract the guards, either with an emergency or escaped pokemon while the other sneaks in and grabs the pokemon? Maybe using a paralyzing attack or sleep powder so the pokemon cant call for help?" He said sounding more like a question than an answer as he walked to the car.

Jack sighed with relief when he had given a few good ideas. He knew Xander was nice, but the idea of messing up sent shivers down his spine. It never meant anything good, even if it was a simple question.

Jack slid into the car and closed the door. He took more mental notes as he put his seat belt on. Scouting was the most essential. Scouting, plan, execute. Three steps. It sounded simple enough but he doubted it would be as simple as it seemed.

Jack nodded, he had assumed that the pokemon would be in their pokeballs during the party, he hadn't however expected the daycare like area. He wasn't sure if that made the task easier or harder. He just had to relax,everything would go fine. If he acted all nervous and skittish they would think something was up and he'd ruin their cover. He wondered if the party had some sort of name list for those who would be attending and how they would get past it if it did.

Jack nodded, he was a bit surprised that he was the one who would use the canister. He had no idea how to use it. But that was probably the point, to teach him how to use it. Looking over at the other male he though he saw a slight bit of redness but he didn't see why that would be and it was faint enough that he probably imagined it.

Jack nodded that was good, stick to the plan and everything would be fine. They were just going to grab a few pokemon, no one was going to get hurt. Jack leaned back in the seat and closed his eyes as he tried to relax. Everything was going to be fine.
