Personality: When he was a child, Kenji was very kind, loving towards his parents and respectful to his Samurai teacher. He was even very proud of being an Uchiha. His original dream was to become Hokage when he grew up, and as such greatly sought his father's approval and acknowledgement of his abilities. After the death of his mother, however, Kenji's ideals and personality changed drastically due to him suffering his clan's curse and became cold, indifferent, somewhat arrogant, and unreasonable. However, some of his old personality comes forth with people he's let into his inner circle of friends.

Bio/History: Kenji’s parents, Shin Uchiha and Akane Uchiha, knew their baby boy was going to be special. First off, Akane, the first Uchiha to have red hair, was a master of Fire Release jutsu. Secondly, Shin was the strongest Lightning Release user in Konoha besides Kakashi, even though he was just a lowly farmer. However, they also knew about the coup de'at that was to occur with Itachi Uchiha, and they refused to allow themselves to be destroyed before they could have their baby. So, 8 months before the planned attack, Akane and Shin travelled to the Land of Iron so they could be left in peace. But when they got there and Kenji was born a year before the Fourth Great Ninja War, the samurai that was housing them told them that to continue living there, they had to allow Kenji to be trained as a Samurai in addition to his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu training. Thus, Kenji grew up to only know the Land of Iron and his training, never to find out where he was from. He became very skilled in Fire Release jutsu, and his sword technique was mediocre at best. One day, when Kenji was 13, a Jonin from Konoha discovered them and threatened to expose what they were doing. But Kenji stepped in, and challenged the Jonin to a fight. If Kenji won, then the Jonin would have to take Kenji to Konoha and leave his parents in peace. The Jonin accepted the offer, thinking that the fight would be easy. However, Kenji's training was too much for the caught-off guard shinobi. He defeated the Jonin quickly, and his life as a true ninja began. However, a year later he failed the Chūnin Exams, so he went on a journey to find himself and become stronger. In his travels, he met a wandering Sage, who taught Kenji how to refine the Fire Release he knew. After his training with the Sage and they went their separate ways, Kenji decided to finish his Samurai training in the Land of Iron as well. Unfortunately his mother became ill during his stay and died. This traumatic event caused Kenji's Sharingan to awaken for the first time. After burying his mother, found out his father abandoned him, so he returned to Konoha, bent on defeating the Chūnin Exams this time with his new strength and to prove he's strong enough without his father.

Kenji's Custom Jutsu and Weapons Item User: Kenji Uchiha
Item Title: The Inazuma (Lightning Strike)

Item Mechanics: Can cut through chakra, such as Chakra Threads used for puppets, or techniques, and absorb the chakra. Made of highly-tempered steel with a special gem core that gives it the ability to absorb chakra.
Example Performance: Kenji stood with his trusted broadsword Inazuma in his hand, while 3 Shadow Clones of him ran at him, attacking with multiple jutsus. One used the Great Fireball Technique, which Kenji slashed and absorbed, smiling. The other two used Chidori and Rasengan, rushing him, but Kenji dodged the first, ducking under the Rasengan and throwing the clone up and over him. Then Kenji held the Inazuma's point towards the Chidori, and the blade absorbed it and the clone. Next, Kenji turned and leaped up into the air, cutting the final clone in half and absorbing him too.

Jutsu Description: Ninigi is a high level fire type ninjutsu which is on a scale much higher than normal fire type techniques. Rivaling Amaterasu, Ninigi is an advanced technique enacted and controlled by the Mangekyou Sharingan. This technique is controlled by Kenji Uchiha's left eye while it is controlled by the right eye of his brother Arashi Uchiha. It is said to represent the good nature of humanity. Ninigi has been stated to be gods will to pacify the masses, being a celestial gift from Heaven. It is said to represent the immaterial, everything beyond the physical body can perceive. Ninigi it is the antipode to Hitodama, a Mangekyou Sharingan doujutsu of similar power. The user of the otherworldly white flames has the ability to quell active chakra in the area around them. Appearing as a small burning flame around their body the user commands them utilizing flame control to intercept any chakra source different than their own. When coming in contact with an alien species of chakra the flames feed off of the source whether it be a jutsu or sentient life form, the fire grows as if absorbs the chakra of the mass until it fully engulfs the target, only once the chakra in the target is expelled does the flames smoulder.

Jutsu Drawbacks: Use of the technique puts a great deal of strain on the user, usually causing their eyes to bleed.
Jutsu Description: Hitodama is a high level fire type ninjutsu which is on a scale much higher than normal fire type techniques. Rivaling Amaterasu, Hitodama is an advanced technique enacted and controlled by the Mangekyou Sharingan. This technique is controlled by Arashi Uchiha's left eye while it is controlled by the right eye of his brother Kenji Uchiha. Hitodama is said to be the breath of the God of Death which reaches out to claim the living, and the embodiment of the evils of humanity. It is said to represent the material, it is the antipode to Ninigi, a Mangekyou Sharingan doujutsu of similar power. The area around the user becomes super heated, to a level on par with Amaterasu. The flames are omnipresent, distributing the heat outwards from the body. They appear blue in color and ghostly in appearance. Though the temperature change does not physically burn anyone within it it quickly consumes the oxygen in the area. This results in less oxygen being introduced into the bodies of anyone within its effected range, thus resulting in physical abnormalities due to oxygen deprivation. The most notable effects is weakening physical endurance, heavy breathing, physical exhaustion, and slower reaction time. Even those used to high temperatures are affected by the Hitodama. The user of the technique is unaffected by said effects because the way the heat spreads out from his body creates a air current system which channels oxygen back in towards the users body before converting into heat and spreading back outwards. This makes the area around the user a bit cooler and allows them to breath. Hitodama can also be used in as flame control, shape change, and in conjuncture with other jutsu.

Jutsu Drawbacks: The user's eyes and body are strained while using Shinigami because the coating of white flames slowly consumes their chakra if opponents chakra hasn't been absorbed for some time. Intense sound and light can still penetrate the moves defense and stun the user.
Jutsu Description: Shinigami is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan to those who awaken the abilities Hitodama- which symbolizes the evils of humanity, and Ninigi- which symbolizes the good nature of humanity. The one said to awaken the Shinigami is the chosen being to bring understanding and prosperity to the human world by spreading their teachings. As one of the strongest techniques granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyō Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, however it drains the users stamina when operated for long periods of time. Named after the god of death, symbolizing the fate all humans meet at the end of life, Shinigami is the final jutsu awakened by Kenji Uchiha to judge his foes. The technique starts off as a hooded cloak around the users body which protects the user from physical damage, made from the white flames of Ninigi and retains the flames properties. After absorbing enough chakra, either foreign or the users, the jutsu expands to it's second stage in which a rib cage coated in the white flames surrounds the user. In this form Shinigami is able to manifest skeletal arms and hands for shot periods during combat. These manifestations are also able to protect Kenji from harm, as only the strongest physical attack could break the bones. Following this stage, after acquiring even more chakra Shinigami takes on it's full skeletal form, consisting of a ribcage around the user, a skeletal head, and arms bearing hands. It's entire figure is surrounded by the white flames in the form of a hooded robe. Unlike his brothers Shinigami, Kenji's takes more of a skeletal deceased form. The final part of the transformation spawns the god of death's signature weapon from the ghost flames of Hitodama, the Death Scythe, a weapon soul bound to the Uchiha that awakens the Shinigami guardian deity. The scythe is a demonic weapon, and the grim reaper's ultimate tool in judging it's foes. With coming in contact with it's target, the giant scythe pierces the intended soul ripping it apart with it's divine judgment. Anyone struck with the Death Scythe is given absolute death. Besides its signature weapon the Shinigami is able to preform a variety of jutsu utilizing Hitodama and Ninigi.

Jutsu Description: By utilizing the properties of Chakra Flow and the element Lightning, Kenji Uchiha has been shown to dramatically increase his reflexes and overall speed by electrically stimulating the Somatic Reflex Arc; a neural pathway that controls the action reflexes within the body, and the optic nerve to increase Visual Acuity. Unlike similar techniques, this technique is completely anonymous and is activated without the usage of handseals. In terms of usage, this technique can allow the user to see with an extreme degree of clarity, though not as defined as a doujutsu, and react with speeds rivaling those of similar anatomical techniques, such as Lightning Release Armor, but not quite as fast. In terms of drawbacks, the concentration required to pinpoint the reflex arc and optic nerve is enormous, requiring the user to stand still or remain under cover for exactly two seconds; which, as any shinobi knows, battles are won in seconds. Also, damage inflicted by the Wind Release upon the spinal cord could potentially deactivate the technique

Jutsu Description: An extremely powerful and versatile technique that revolves around the creation of a violent electrical current. Originally developed as an extension of the Chakra Flow technique, this technique has two functions. One is the ability to run current through a weapon to maximize cutting power and also damage the nerves of those impacted by said blade. Two is that it is a ranged attack capable of ripping through solid rock and even destructively rending through insulative materials such as wood, in the form of a large, true lightning bolt coming out of the users index and middle fingers. It's power is further enhanced when used in combination with a technique of the Water Release. The mechanics of this technique are simple, yet complex to master. Generating lightning involves a circular motion with the arms. Mentally, it involves a complete absence of emotion and peace of mind, and physically it requires separating the energies of positive and negative electric potential in the air using chakra. When the positive and negative collide together upon the user's fingers to become whole again, lightning is created, with the user only guiding, rather than controlling, the lightning's direction. Because of this complexity, this true lightning attack usually takes much longer to initiate than a standard Lightning Release attack. It makes up for this by being the same speed as natural lightning, 1/1000th of a second. As with techniques of similar nature, it can also be utilized as a nullificationatory measure; counteracting and nullifying lightning release techniques of equal or lesser strengths. Of course, it's strength is directly proportional to the amount of chakra placed behind it.

Jutsu Description: Lightning Release: Homicide is a ninjutsu that revolves around the manipulation of elemental chakra flow and the integration of Yin Chakra in order to form an intense magnetic field by the rotation of energies in a random-orbital motion. Due to the raw power of this field, the chakra becomes visibly solid as a large sphere which is erected in the near vicinity of an opponent. Depending on the amount of chakra dedicated to the sphere, the magnetic field's strength and size can vary from a palm-sized ball with enough power to barely attract shuriken and kunai to a massive sphere with monstrous strength enough to pull entire human beings into its depths (This occurs by directly attracting the myriad of metals within the body's anatomy). In addition, depending on the field's overall size, the sphere may or may not be durable enough to withstand physical and even certain lower-rank elemental ninjutsu launched from the outsude. Once a target is consumed by the sphere, the user can then systematically release the technique; thus resulting in an untold number of explosive electric discharges within the sphere's depths. These discharges can easily prove fatal to the human body and cause devestating damage to the unlucky soul caught within.

Jutsu Description: A ninjutsu that requires the usage of a Lightning Shadow Clone to utilize. As the name implies, this technique is a destructive ninjutsu that revolves around detonating a doppelganger with extreme force and trapping the target within an intense explosion of lightning.
This technique depends entirely upon the chakra partitioned when the doppelganger is created as this will be the reservoir for the explosion; once the doppelganger is naturally destroyed through combat or voluntarily detonated by the user, the insueing explosion will be a fireworks display of lightning enhanced chakra. The magnitude of this technique can range anywhere from a minute, dehabilitating jolt to a cataclysmic explosion that could even level a building from the inside and evaporate solid stone. Kenji can also use this technique himselft, but at the greatest expense, as such an explosive discharge would easily overload the user's organs and cause immediate death.

Jutsu Drawbacks: The user can not move while the jutsu is charging up. When releasing the jutsu it moves fast at first before slowing down as it grows.
Jutsu Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into lightning, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring electricity. When creating the attack the user holds the tiger hand seal and opens their mouth as the orb begins to form. Once it reaches about a foot in diameter the user leans forward and launches it, allowing it to continue growing while it moves. The speed in which this technique forms is based on the chakra control of the caster. As it moves away from the user it creates friction against the air and conjurers up static electricity which is fed into the attack causing it to grow with natural electricity as well as more of the users lightning release chakra. The released lightning ball will electrocute their target on contact, even indirectly through conductible weapons, and leave them to stand there as the sparking electricity slowly consumes them giving the target a dangerous shock to their nervous system. This technique creates serious burns to the targets exterior as well as overloading the nerve endings in their body for some time giving them constant pain until they recover. In the event this technique is intercepted by something other than its intended target it has enough stopping force to clash with physical objects without wavering.

Jutsu Drawbacks: The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. The attack also creates much strain on the users arm, the high level of vibrations has enough force to break the users arm with continuous use.
Jutsu Description: The Hyakumantori is Kenji's strongest lightning release jutsu, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the palm of a single hand and then performs a thrusting motion, which together allows him to pierce a target with much greater force than the Chidori or Lightning Cutter. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many thousands of birds chirping which just sounds like one continuous screeching noise. The Hyakumantori requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The core of the lightning, which is present in the users palm, takes the form of a small orb which sparks with an enormous amount of lightning. The intensity of the lightning chakra is so great that it heats the air molecules around the edges of the technique thereby transforming the outer most sparks into actual, natural electricity. The attack not only physically pierces the target but creates countless microscopic electrical impulses that damage the body on a cellular level. The electricity severs nerve channels in the body, leaving the target unable to move after being struck. They also attack the chakra circulatory system, which cannot be repaired by any form of medical ninjutsu. Depending on the severity of the damage, the user may not be able to perform a technique ever again.

Jutsu Description: Utilizing his Mangekyō Sharingan's Ninigi-no-Mikoto and Shape Transformation, Kenji creates an orb of white flames that surrounds his body in a 4-foot diameter. This barrier absorbs all chakra-based Ninjutsu that is fired his way, allowing the barrier to grow and become more powerful. However, Water Release is hard for the barrier to absorb, and can be broken completely by it.
