I've seen a lot in my 16 Years
And I have been told I am rather Odd, with a hint of crazy. When described he is the kind of man that when asked to make an essay would make a macaroni sculpture to go along with it, just for the giggles (True story). He is kind, warm, welcoming, just like his mother, it was some of the few traits he had recieved from his mother along with her excelent sense of human and her unbearable ability to talk whatever words happen to show up in his mind. Ever since he was a child he enjoyed going all out on everything he did, he never could tell if he liked it, or if maybe it was the struggle that these challanges brought to him was what kept him going all in. His friends call him a masochist, but he likes to call it "striving to acheive". Also one thing about him is he will be really nice to anyone who wears glasses, glasses are something he really likes, and though he doesn't really need them he always keeps around because they help a little, and he thinks he looks better with them though.
I really love Books, fighting, glasses, weapons, shiny things.
Get it away! Death, spicy foods, fire, sports.
No! Shoo! Fire, penguins, Clowns

My mortal parent is Cathrine Matyre
And turns out my other parent is Hermes
I found out like this Bastion started life with his mother Cathrine Matyre, a fair English woman that had spent only a year in New York she opened a succesful pawn shop in the heart of New York and three years later she met the God Hermes and had a child with him. Though Bastion was born and Hermes never stopped to visit, to his knowledge at least his mother would never tell him about any of his fathers visits, he managed to lead a really normal childhood. His mother would keep his life full of the life stories and bad puns any good father would bring to a family, and boy could he have done without the bad jokes. Though whenever he would go over to one of his friends houses their dads would be amazing, it made him wish his father would show up at some point, but his mother is all he would ever need. He always made top classes in school up until he was eleven and his mother decided to give him a position in the shop his mother owned where he found something he really enjoyed. Bastion started working, and he worked well with little to no help from his mother the eleven year old demigod could haggle even the toughest members of the New York society into making a good deal with him, and overall a profit. As he started learning more and more about money and the many aspects of it he soon started finding himself doing other, strange things like whenever he would go to gym class, no matter how scrawny he was or thin and pasty, he was always much faster than kids. But the most perculiar thing he had experienced was when he picked up one of his friends cell phones, he had suddenly felt as if he had had thousands of conversations in his head, as if he had read the memory of the phone just by touching it. Not much more than a year after these strange things had started Bastion found himself in one of the strangest situations he could've ever thought imaginable. One of his customers attacked him, if a strange bat esc creature counted as a customer, and his mother sent him away with one of his friends from school. They made it about halfway up a massive hill before he and his friend walked up and discovered that they would be staying at this camp for a while, the situation was very vague but Bastion wouldn't deny his mothers wish for them to stay here, no matter how much he would miss his mothers stories and lessons and company, this camp was apparently, "What was best for him." So he spent a year at the camp, learning that his father was a great Greek diety and that all of Bastions previous success in his foreign language classes, and other activities was because of the power his father had granted him, whereas this was a minor blow to his pride, he didn't think much of it, divine aid or not it was pretty cool. And what could be more cool then that? A father that is a diety, it might not be better than having a father who was there for all of his life, but it made the scenario a bit less drab. He spent a year at the camp just learning about the powers his father had given him, and just how and what he can and can't do. He also learned to have a new fear of various insects, Bastion was never much of a camping kind of guy. Now Bastion started his second year in the camp, what is in store for him?
And now I use Celestial bronze bladed knuckles
