I really don't care where people do it, aslong as I RP :3 And your profile carries over to the other if you wish to jump.

Fairies have wings. Fairies don't. It depends on the type. Again, it depends if you're going with the common general one, or making your own sub breed of Fairy. And yes you're allowed to create your own rare, but if you do you're required to make a Race bio for it for the selection. Check out the OOG verison, I just touched up the Race section, I will finish and revamp, adding and removing stuff tomorrow.
