I'll go first, out of ten:
Tales of Eternia (PSP)
9.25
First off even though this is just a port of an old PS game, it's still incredible. Gourgeous 2d sprites on enourmous backgrounds that are beautifully rendered. When walking in the world, you get an giant 3d world like in FF7. While slightly cliched, the storyline is still deep and has plenty of character development. (Keele is a real a** in the beggining) The music is upbeat and cheery, though not particulary memorable. The gameplay however, is what makes it so great. When you enter combat, it's basically like a 2d fighter. However, there are sometimes over 12 enemies onscreen at once and spells are rendered in 3d. You can also cook, and strengthen certain attacks and abilities by using them more. By using them enough, you can combine any two skills into one. You can run and jump in battle as well, adding new depth to the system as you can dodge spells and attacks. There's also a title system which basically works like a job system. There's also TONS of minigames and is over 40 hours long. However, if you live in the US, Canada or Mexico, too bad because this was only released in Europe and Asia, so if you want to play it, either get the ISO like I did or import the english Europian version. Game hoarders. mad
Comments: Battle hurts my thumb slightly. Stupid little D-pad.
Also, this game is ******** wierd. There's Master Chef who pops out of things (Like a giant pumpkin, for instance,) to teach you new cooking recipes, The girl who uses a talking squirrel as a weapon and sounds like a Jpanese hentai star, (The girl, not the squirrel) and how the shopkeepers seem to wear bondage suits that make their boobs hang out.
This is the perfect portable RPG though because you can actually save anywhere in the game, except in combat.
Now you.
Also, if this goes on for enough pages, it'll become a sticky. Again.

Just wondering, is there such a thing as a PSP emulator for the PC? That'd be pretty awesome.

Seriously, I'd write dozens, save for the fact I'm pretty sure you all have awful taste and wouldn't agree with anything, so:
Xcom. It's a classic, it's abandonware now, and it has Chryssalids. There's no reason not to play it. neutral

I'd write tons as well, but I'm just too lazy. Just downloaded Magna c** Laude yesterday, it was pretty bad. Nothing compared to the other Leisure Suit Larry games.

The Mighty Z-Rex Hopefully it'll work with only two seeders. I usually don't need more than 2-3 seeders to get a couple hundred kb/s.

Eternal eyes: 8.5 (Playstation)
The best definition would be FFT and pokemon combine, and then "animeized". The result isn't pretty graphically, but some parts are still pretty good, like the fully 3d, FMV summons. There are over 300 monsters to train and evolve, and a ton of items and equipment. You can breeze through the game on a secondary playthrough in around 4 hours though. And it's under 10 dollars. Why not check it out?
