Yaholo attacks!

After battling his sickly friend back into bed, literally, Yaholo found himself yearning for another, stronger opponent. He searched pretty much all over Andile, wandered through several other villages, and finally ended up in a Shifter Colony he had never been in before. There, he finally found an elder willing to battle him, a woman called Antiope.
"I really do appreciate this, Antiope." He said, bowing quickly. "I've taken too long of a break from battling and, well, I feel rusty, to say the least."
He raised his hammer and raced forward for a strike, only to skid a foot or so off his mark. To this, he chucked. Yeah, he was rusty alright.

Antiope rotated her shoulders and stretched, nodding to Yaholo with a grin on her face. "I can't resist a chance to practice. Not when I spend most of my day inside helping others." She laughed out loud, knowing full well that she'll probably enjoy this.
Yaholo's first attacked miss, and Antiope barely even had to skip out of the way to avoid it. She pointed towards Yaholo and put her other hand on her hip. "You'll have to do better than that if you're going to get anywhere in this fight." She laughed and rubbed the beads she was carrying. An earthquake rumbled through the ground and cracked through the floor under Yaholo's feet. She was just getting warmed up.

Yaholo's feet caught the sensation of the earthquake too late, and slid into the hole, smacking his arms and legs in the process. Okay, he really needed to stop fighting magic wielders, they always had some trick up their sleeve. He wriggled his way out of the cavern and used his arms to shove himself upwards, before swinging his hammer towards her shoulder.
"Sorry about that faulty start," He chuckled. "I'll make sure it won't happen again."

Antiope shook her head, laughing wholeheartedly at the cheesy pun. What could she say; she was a sucker for bad jokes. She was barely paying attention when the hammer came swinging down. She jumped back, but she couldn't dodge it. It caught her leg with a thud and she bounced back with a blast of air.
It didn't hit her opponent, but at least the hammer was off of her. "Ooof. Maybe I should pay more attention next time." She giggled to herself. "I can be such an airhead." She raised an eyebrow and started to laugh again.
