 *~::[3-3] Inaba Outskirts::~*
[Stage 3 Cont...]This section of the course is fairly tricky, since it melds the countryside portion into the outskirts of the urban Inaba sector. Top-notch bikers get used to the change in grade and turns and use this opportunity to separate from bikers who are not so skilled. Others have trouble shifting gears and fall behind.

Mitsuru yelled at me for my comments on the last segment, so I'm supposed to keep it serious for this one. ...I probably wasn't supposed to tell you that, but I guess it can't hurt anything now. She also said if I wasn't serious, we'd not be going back to Hagakure together any time soon, and I...LOVE...watching her struggle with the Hagakure Bowl, trying to take it all in...the face she makes when she slurps the noodles just right, her lips puckered, this heavenly gleam to her eye and the slightest of smiles...the liquid glistening on her...uh...
...
I'm never going to be taking her there again, now, am I?

 Saiga Giriko Saiga did her best to maneuver the area, even as the road beneath them turned into more of a country-side. The bike shook under her as she watched the man speed past her, moving far out of sight. This was pretty much over at this point...
"I've..got to keep going." she muttered, as she tried to race over the ground, moving to try to catch up with the masked man.  As Kiki-Jiki floored the engine, he darted forward, farther away enough so that it would be harder for Saiga to catch up. And his focus continued to be on the road ahead of him. His destination. His goal.

 Saiga Giriko, and Kanade TachibanaSaiga fumbled about on her bike, losing her balance and a lot of speed as she felt that uneasy sensation again. Like someone was going to run out in front of her..Kanade kept her pedal to the metal, and raced right along, starting to see the pink haired figure again. She was catching up, that was for sure. Though, she still had a lot of distance to cover if she was going to pull the win out...
"Either way...this has been fun." Kanade mused to herself, gigglign lightly. Riding the bike was just so...relaxing. Quote: Roll for Saiga, then Kanade Saiga: 73+5 Kanade:59+9

 Faustus Necromonium
Faust accelerated a bit more, as Nix seemed to slow down. She might have been having a bit of trouble with the turns, perhaps...But either way, Faust drove up beside her, and leaned to help keep her from falling over.
"Don't give up Nix." Faust called, still there to support her. "We're near the end....We can make it!"
He believed in her with every fiber of his being. As for Yosuke trailing as far behind as he was though...
That hope had vanished, along with the condition of the unfortunate Senior's steam bike. It was really quite sad....
And a little funny.

 Ƞix Gallen Nix was about ready to give up when Faust pulled up beside her, giving her words of encouragement and some help. He was right! They were almost to the end and giving up now would be a waste! "Thanks, Faust! I would've given up without you.. Let's end this race with all we've got!" With renewed spirit Nix revved the steam bike to go faster than she was going just moments ago. Quote: Matsu Class Speed Bike: Roll 3-10 instead of 1-10 on the first segment of the race! Eiji "Gin" Mishima  "Yes. Come on, come on! Ha ha!" Gin pumped his fist again as he began to truly pull away. He'd been riding a bike for as long as he was capable, and he knew that although this might not be record breaking speed, he was definitely blowing through this course faster than the average bear! The smell of burning rubber, the sight of the whole countryside spread wide around them, this was a completely different place from where they'd began, but it was also one that was just as beautiful when seen from the back of a steam bike as the Moonlight Bridge and other highlights of the big city. This was Inaba...this was his home. And he was going to wake a few old ladies, sure, but he was going to celebrate what he had by revving up his engine, damn it!

"Your death will be quick!"The outskirts of Inaba were an area of growth for the small town; ever since the Kirijo, the Government, the Nanjou, and god knows who else had become interested in the area, tons of new buildings were cropping up each month...with some equally shady outfit now inhabiting them and doing their work inside. Tatsuya could name quite a few of the people who had invested in the land, and he might have been able to stop and visit a few of them as something close to a friend under better circumstances. For now, though, he simply flew past the compounds...looking to gain more on his competition as he went.
"We're almost there! Defeat me if you can!" he called out to the others, urging them on...wanting that competition until the very end. It was a fun race...but in the end, he still wanted to win. Saiga GirikoShe circled around the hilltop at a careful pace, as they spun on out to the outskirts of Inaba. She took a deep breath, and exhaled at this.
"Almost over.." she called to herself. "Just a little more, and this Goddamn Race'll be over."
She was quite frustrated, yes. She wasn't a blip on anyone's radar, she couldn't even see what they others were doing, competing for the privileged second place. She was just driving along slowly, trying to appreciate the atmosphere as she moved along.

Ƞix Gallen A frown took place of the normal smile that occupied Nix's face. Normally she was pretty good races but tonight seemed to be her worst ever.. With the lack of focus of what the other racers were doing, that green-haired girl had came up from behind and was racing along side him. He was angry, and seriously wanted to just jet forward and grab the top slot.
