[Stage 3 Begins!]

Here we are, experts...the grand finale! Five segments of rural-urban biking that will make your bike spin, your vision swim, and your bike likely crash into something very crash-able along the streets of this cramped little finish line. Inaba isn't exactly what I'd call spacious, but at least this first section of this track will allow you to pick up some speed to carry into the latter portions of the race. Put some distance between you and your opponents while you still can! It's going to get dicey...

I won't sugar-coat it. 9 out of 10 of you will crash in these 5 stages. That's not a joke, that's a real figure. I didn't make it up just now, and no, I won't produce the stats just for your amusement.

Just know that I ran this segment like a BOSS, and I almost definitely ran it perfect. They don't call me the Bike Guy for nothing!

And they were in the streets before long. She'd watched Shu make this path many a time before...And she was lightly familiar with it.
Though, she had to admit, she was worried someone was going to come out oa shop in moments, and cause them to get into a wreck. It wasn't an open-ended zone, though it was the last parts of the race. She had only a little bit to try to catch up to the strange man...and as things were, it wasn't looking good. She revved up the engine of her bike, trying her best to put the pedal to the metal.

With the clear streets and no pedestrians in the way, Kiki-Jiki barreled through with ease, and on to the next stop on the final lap.

"This is it..." Saiga said to herself with baited breath, taking in a big breath of country air, as she continued right along her path, driving as fast as she could manage. "The final leg..."
She inhaled sharply. before sharply exhaling, aiming to finish this race on top.
"No time to relax now.." she called, revving the engine. "Don't want this to be like the tortoise and the hare."
Kanade herself continued along the path, letting out a happy, pleased sigh as they made it back to Inaba. She felt relieved to be back in familiar territory, even if it was still a race. She kept driving right along, unsure of how far the other girl was ahead of her...but relaxed. It started otu tense, but now, she was actually enjoying herself.

Faust drove along more and more, as he started to come up on Nix.
"Hey there...don't give up." he called cheerily to her, as he tried to pick up speed. He wasn't exactly doing the worst he could do...But he was far from the best. All he could do at this point was encourage the others, and continue along...
Oh, and hope Yosuke was still in one piece by the end of this.

'Focus! What was that stunt you just pulled? Letting yourself lose control of the wheel when you were coming off a hill like that, you could have easily wrecked or hurt someone. I thought you were an adult...but there's nothing mature about acting like an idiot.' Gin chided himself as he pulled into Inaba. Ah, Inaba, he had a lot of memories of this town, mostly fresh. He'd only moved in this year, so that he could become close with his family; there was Nanako, and Soji was as close to him as a brother, and of course Dojima...and oh yeah, Dojima. His detective uncle probably wouldn't appreciate him riding motorcycles through town, would he? Yet somehow, as Gin passed through the quiet, somewhat sleeping town, he felt his hand wrap a little tighter around the handle...and rev the engine just a little louder, though it would probably wake a couple old folks along the way. Hey, nobody was perfect.

Oh, why did King Moron have to give such oddly specific insults and shadowy forewarnings before he died? Oh whhhyyy!? "Noooo, King Moron, why must you haunt me from the graaavee!?" Yosuke could see the sidewalk coming closer...the street lights were kind of blinding too. No, nooo, no no noooo! "Partner, heeeeeeeeelp!"

"And that Senpai you were so sweet on? Her death was the perfect excuse!"

Final third of the race...and it had been a great race so far, he had to admit. Getting out into the open of the Trans-Inaba section of the race and seeing the countryside was a bit soothing, albeit somewhat boring as well. He was a city boy, through and through, and though he could appreciate what the country had to offer, he'd be worse than that Hanamura Kid from the P1-Grand Prix broadcast, all "Everything that bores me has gotta go!" ...That would be awful, really.

"Faster," he urged himself on sternly, not wanting to slow, not wanting to lose...he had to do better and win...for himself, for his reputation, for...something. He just needed that something to get him over the hump...to help his mind refocus on what was in front of him, not behind.

And, as they were driving, they circled around to Inaba. She slowed down as they circled in, wanting to make sure she wasn't about to hit anyone that happened to walk or drive by, as she continued along. She was silently fuming, though with the wind blowing through her hair, she couldn't stay mad for too long. However, one of her arms seemed to grip the handlebars a bit tight, as she moved.
Dammit..Thought I got that fixed...
