I read something about "sun catchers" that engineers in the steampunk "era" would use as light bulbs.
What you'll need
A jar of sorts.
A solar light (you can find them at dollar stores)
Tissue paper
Glue
Ok, first is the "hardest part". You need to removed the top of the solar light off of the pole.
Really isn't that hard the top usually comes right off.
Now place the top part (the light bulb looking part) into the jar making sure that the solar panel still reaches the sun.
Then, if you want you can add tissue paper to the outside to add a different flair to it or even sparkles or something.
It will turn out something like this:
