________________The Forbidden District is the smallest section of Seireitei. This area is considered "high-level' clearance grounds as deemed by Central Forty-Six. The Central Board themselves dwell here when they are not meeting inside the Hall at Seireitei's center. This area contains very few landmarks, but the ones that are here are classified as highly important. Entrance onto these grounds is only permitted for Gotei Fourteen Captains, Central 46 members, or anyone ranking higher than the latter. Lower ranking officers must be granted permission to enter or else be strictly punished for illegal trespassing. Anyone entering must first pass through the Market District.
________________The Captain's Meeting Hall is located here. It is built on the western side of the small complex. Captains are to enter through the wooded path to arrive at the hall. On the opposite side is the BLACK Prison. This prison hosts all high-level criminals who have been arrested and tried in court. They are escorted here, after their ruling, by high ranking Squadron Three members. Finally, those most important location of all, is where the Divinities enter Soul Society from their realm. The small temple, located in the center of the small district, is the only place permitted for the Soul King and his Guard to come in contact with the Shinigami of Seireitei. This small temple is kept heavily guarded at all times and, once the portal has been opened, is placed inside of a kido barrier. This area is strictly off limits for anyone to enter when the King is not present in the realm.
