Each village as been on edge as of late. There have been numerous attacks and raids from rogues on both Soragakure and Tsukigakure. Little traveling is done these days after so many deaths had occurred. Both of the villages do nto trust one another, and recent events had only deepened this suspicion.
Three prolific Shinobi have been sighted recently, all of whom were once loved and feared all the same. Kaisen Uchiha, the former Sorakage has been seen roaming, pillaging, and destroying settlements in and around Tsukigakure. He has become a pirate of sorts, making no waters safe. Kaiser Shiro-Kame, the previous Yukikage as been seen around the plains of Soragakure. Many small towns and villages have been ravaged and destroyed, only his trademark frozen trees left amongst the destruction. Those who have been sent out to scout the lands in between and have come back alive have reported sights of Jade Uchiha, the previous Tsukikage.
Each village has denied affiliation with the three ninja, a blow to the pride of all. These ones treasured and revered Shinobi are causing an uproar, and these actions may lead to yet another war. Everyone is on high alert and any information regarding reasons and motivation for the Three Sages is highly coveted. No one knows what may have driven them to such madness, the three who led the world out of darkness have turned into the very monsters they battled.
