Elemental Academy Forms Rules and Regulations
Here you will find the different forms to be used within the Elemental Academy by different staff members and those seeking to climb up through the Academy ranks. If you think there should be a document/form here that isn't, please post an idea for that document/form in the Suggestion Forum.

Rules and Regulations
- No one shall create a new form or document unless it's approved by a Moderator.
Only approved Elemental Academy documents shall be within this forum. A person who has created a document/form within this forum without approval shall have that form/document deleted and shall be charged with a minor offense.
- Upon first offense of submitting a document/form to this forum that has not been approved the person shall be issued a written warning.
Upon repeat offenses of this rule, it shall be up to the discretion of the Instructor, Lead Instructor, Master, Head Master, God/Goddess and/or Moderator to issue out an appropriate punishment from a written/verbal warning all the way up to expulsion from the Academy grounds.
However, upon a fifth offense within 14 days time the person(s) shall be found guilty of habitually offending and shall be suspended from the Academy for no less than 7 consecutive days and no more than 14 consecutive days. The person(s) shall be stripped of any ranking and awards they possess. Upon completion of the suspension the person(s) shall be allowed back within the Academy grounds on a probationary period of 14 days.
- The forms and documents here will be used by the person(s) that they are strictly meant for.
No unauthorized person(s) shall use or submit a form/document that is not meant to be filled out by them.
- A person(s) caught using or submitting a form/document that is not meant to be filled out or submitted by that person(s) shall be found guilty of a minor offense and upon first offense be issued a written warning.
