God/Goddess Application Form
Please fill out the following application in full and submit it via PM to the Moderators. Please only submit your application ONCE and do not spam the PM boxes of the Moderators. Each application shall be kept on file for a period of six months. After six months, you will need to fill out another application to be considered if a position is available. We ask that all candidates be open and honest with their answers in this application. Any falsification of anything in this application will result in immediate disqualification for the position.
