Lead Instructor/Instructor Application Form
Please fill out the following application in full and submit it via PM to the Head Master of the element you wish to become a Lead Instructor/Instructor for. If there is no current Head Master then please submit the application to the current God/Goddess of the element. If there is no current God/Goddess then please forward the application to the Moderators for review. Please only submit your application ONCE and do not spam the PM boxes of those receiving it. Each application shall be kept on file for a period of six months. After six months, you will need to fill out another application to be considered if a position is available. We ask that all candidates be open and honest with their answers in this application. Any falsification of anything in this application will result in immediate disqualification for the position.
