Change of Element Form
Please use the following coded form below to complete the Change of Element form. You can only change one element at a time so choose wisely. You must complete all of the fields and submit this in a PM to the God/Goddess of their current element. If there is no appointed God/Goddess of the element you are a part of, then please submit this form in a PM to the God/Goddess of the element you wish to transfer to. Please note that this is an approval process and must be approved by both a God/Goddess and a Moderator for the main element only, sub-elements need only the approval of the God/Goddess of the element the person wishes to transfer to and the God/Goddess of the current sub-element being transferred from. Please expect some time for the approval process to go through.
