Quirks Violent tendencies, Sunsuro wears his heavily restrictive garb to restrain himself from his powerful desire to harm others, even those who have only made minor offenses can at times see his ire rise up in his features until it seems like he is getting ready to literally murder them. Luckily along his long life he has found ways to control his murderous nature, and instead focused it into a constructive force. Still, no one would ever doubt the man’s blood thirst. Hetrochromic eyes, Sunsuro’s eyes hold a secret in his closed right eye, an eye that holds nothing but blackness, which he keeps hidden away. The secret is one that he would seal away if he could, if only because it is a dark part of his life, hidden in his flesh. So he hides his eye, and his past, in his body like a terrible fear.
Favors | Meditation: He likes the solitude, and the chance to center himself. Hard Work: Despite being a brilliant mind, and a dangerously powerful individual, he is also one who believes that without hard work nothing is worth doing. Though he is not above enjoying the thrill of a good shortcut. Killing: Ever since he could remember he had a thirst for death, one that he couldn’t deny. He loves to kill, and if the mood strikes him, and the opportunity is good, he will cut down anyone who draws his thirst. Zanpakutō Activation Statement | All is consumed by the storm, Shippuu no Zennou! Zanpakutō Blade Changes | Sword of the Storm Shikai Abilities Ability OneStep of the Storm (Wind and Lightning): The first touch of the swords power is personal power that increases the speed, and reaction speed of the wielder by a magnitude. This power is stronger the faster the user is. If the wielder is crippled, or injured the power grows weaker as they do. The overall increase to a fully healthy, uninjured warrior is incredible enough to allow a warrior to at least defend themselves from a higher class warrior for a time. For an already skilled warrior, it is a skill to spread blood and death all around.
Ability TwoEdge of the World (Lightning): This power is one that takes a sword’s purpose, and magnifies it to a keen, and deadly edge. The sword is capable of cutting incredibly dense material, as if it had been struck by lightning; it is not a subtle power as the blade crackles and glows with power. This power can be discharged to fire a bolt of lightning from the tip of the sword. If it is done it must regain its power to become charged again. Annoyingly, the more the blade is swung, the friction in the air begins to help charge it even faster.
Ability ThreeThe Almighty’s Touch (Wind): This power is the twin of the Edge of the world, and yet is its opposite. This power surrounded the blade with a barrier of wind, defending the sword and the wielder from damage. Strangely the wind generated by this power cannot help charge the sword’s electric edge, and even slows it. This power however, is more dangerous to a lightly armored foe, as the winds cut the flesh of those who draw close to the blade’s edge. Even clashing with the sword’s user can leave superficial cuts. The closer one gets the more dangerous the blade becomes. It too can be discharged, like its twin, but it cannot be regained until the wielder rests. When discharged however, the storm of wind is like a twister, consuming all before the wielder, and yet leaving them untouched by the winds dangers. Description

Zanpakutō Name | Zennou no hitogoroshi English Translation | The Almighty Murderer Bankai Appearance | The sword returns to being a Nodachi, normal as can be but a bloody red wind begins to pour out from the sword until a hurricane of deadly winds spreads out to consume an area no smaller than ten meters in a bloody red twister. All caught in the winds are thrown away as they form. Those within find that the winds are like a gale of sharpened swords, cutting all who enter.
Bankai Limitations | Uncontrolled: The power of Zennou no Hitogoroshi is nature itself. Despite the wielder’s ability to guide the storm, the power is not fully within their control. Mutual Destruction: The time limit of this Bankai is not one of limitation of skill, but of the bodies of those within. The wielder has no problems using their Bankai based on skill, as that which they can control is within their power; it is instead a part of the weapon that all within are slowly torn to pieces by the winds around them. The more skilled the wielder is with the power the slower they degrade compared to others within. All degradation is based upon power compared to the user. Those who are significantly stronger degrade slower, but the gap must be large. Those who are weaker on the other hand are torn apart much faster. Slow Deactivation: Even when the wielder wishes for the power to dissipate it takes time for the winds to dissipate. Three posts are required to silence the storm. These do not require the user to remain still, but it doesn’t stop the storm from tearing those within to bits. Sealed Activation: The inherent power of this skill, and the dangerous bloodlust it drags from the user forced its current user to seal it away, within their own body. Hidden within his own eye, the Murderer’s Eye. It takes three posts to unbind the power.
Bankai Strengths | Area of Effect: If the wielder has the power, they could consume the entire world within the storm. For the current wielder, the maximum range is 400m. Unbreakable Barrier: It takes incredible power to pierce the barrier, but it is doable. However the damage sustained doing so can be fatal even to those who are protected from wind powers. This is true even of the wielder. Storm Affinity: If used during a real storm, the swords powers are amplified, becoming even more dangerous to those who oppose its wielder, strangely this is a pure advantage, as the power doesn't degrade the user fast. During a storm the user is considered much more powerful compared to normal.
Bankai Abilities Ability OneWall of Storms (Wind and Lightning): The red wind, is a twister of death and destruction that consumes all that it touches. Though the user is granted a slight reprieve, they take less damage from the winds, and can harden the inner wall into a truly wall-like hardness. This will not stop someone from entering (if they are crazy enough to wish to through the torrent of blade like winds.) Even if one could calm the storm, as long as the Bankai is active they will grow again from nothing a moment later (one post). The user can feel when someone enters the winds and from what direction. This power is based around the Mutual Destruction limitation as well. Ability TwoStormcaller (Wind and Lightning): The user can call down a piece of the the storm within or without of the barrier. Releasing twisters, and bolts of lightning from the walls with little more than a gesture. More dangerously to those who are trapped within, they can surround their sword with a power similar to the Edge of the World or Almighty’s Touch. These may not be discharged however, and no bolts may be called down while Edge of the World is used, nor may any twisters be made while using Almighty’s Touch. Ability ThreeThe Almighty Blood Soaked Storm (Wind): This power is one that restores the wounds created by the weapon itself. For ever life taken by the storm, the user’s wounds are healed by the life’s blood of those killed. Thus in a many vs one scenario this weapon is superior despite its obvious flaws, while it is weaker one on one. The weaker the killed person is compared to the user lessens the power of the healing. If one were to die that was significantly stronger than the user, the healing could potentially leave the user stronger than when they entered Bankai. Ability FourDeath Throes of the Murderer (Wind and Lightning): This power requires the user to die while using their Bankai. The storm rages on for three posts after their death, raging on growing slowly in force as the only thing containing it is removed from it. The storm eventually reached critical mass, and one last demonic chuckle of the user can be heard as the storm literally explodes throwing bolts of lightning, and tear up chunks of the earth and hurling them in all directions as the very ground where they last stood seems to be cursed with their life, a stain of red will always remain upon the ground of the murderer’s death. The sword stabbed into the ground right into the center of the mark, looking as if an endless age had weathered it.

Spell Name: Inemuri (威眠, Forced Slumber) Number: 01 Incantation: Unknown Description: This technique knocks the victim unconscious when the user places their palm in front of their face. For a moment, the victim's pupil's dilate several times before they fall unconscious.
Spell Name: Tanma Otoshi (タンマ落とし, Time-Out Drop) Number: 04 Incantation: Unknown Description: The user of this technique holds the palm of their hand over the victim's face. White light emanates from their hand, disorientating the victim and causing them to black out.
Spell Name: Kai Kizu (解傷, Release Cut) Number: 05 Incantation: Unknown Description: This Kidō is used to heal cuts. Does absolutely nothing for internal. It's performed by simply passing over the cut with your palm, while concentrating an appropriate amount of spiritual energy in it. The used amount of reiryoku is rather low, but must be measured precisely, otherwise a scar would be left after the healing procedure.
Spell Name: Kogoeru (凍える, Chilling) Number: 07 Incantation: Unknown Description: This is mainly used for lowering body temperatures as this Kidō allows you to control the body temperature of the patient. The user puts his left hand on the patient's forehead and leaks out a small part of his own spiritual energy to flow through the patient.
Spell Name: Kakusei (覚醒, Awakening) Number: 12 Incantation: Unknown Description: The user of this technique touches their index and middle fingers to the victim's forehead. A blue light emanates from their fingers, reviving the unconscious victim.
Spell Name: Nuku Doku (抜く毒, Draw Out Poison) Number: 13 Incantation: Unknown Description: In this Kidō the caster puts their hand on the patients back and says the spell. Then the poison in the patient body gets transferred to the healer’s body and winds up storing itself into their mouth. So in small terms, the poison transfers from the patient to the healer’s mouth where they can just spit it out... or onto someone. Despite the low number, and the low amount of energy required, this can be a demanding technique since it requires the caster's full attention as to not poison himself.
Spell Name: Shibireyubi (しびれ指, Numbing Finger) Number: #15 Incantation: Unknown Description: The user places a finger in front of the victim's face and a ball of white energy flashes momentarily before their eyes. The victim is immediately incapacitated and falls to the ground whilst still conscious and aware of what is going on around them.
Spell Name: Nesshōi (熱傷医, Burn Healing) Number: 16 Incantation: Unknown Description: This Kidō creates a flow of reiatsu that first soothes the burn and then repairs them. As most of the healing Kidō, it is cast by hovering the user's palms over the wound.
Spell Name: Shōsen (掌仙, Mystical Palm) Number: 25 Incantation: Unknown Description: The user of this technique holds their hands over the victim's wounds, which begin to glow green with spiritual energy to facilitate healing. Spell Name: Josaidōki (除細動器, Defibrillator) Number: 37 Incantation: Unknown Description: After covering the caster's hands in pale yellow Reiryoku, an electrical current passes over them and by pressing their hands to the patient's torso, they are able to deliver a biphasic shock in order to jump-start their heart. His body is riddled with the scars and hardships of his training. Reiryoku | Vice Captain Level. Spirit Crafting | A strange skill, but one that Sunsuro has mastered is the art of crafting objects using the dying blood, and bits of soul that leaves a being as they pass on. Usually very simple if beautiful objects can be made through this method, though the deeper the connection with Sunsuro, the more wondrous the item. The first such item he has made, he has never left behind. The bead that hangs from his sword. He can craft far more temporary objects in areas of ambient spiritual energy, but they cannot last more than a day, and can be destroyed easily if someone who knows how to manipulate spiritual energy merely 'pushes' or 'pulls' on the item.

Chapter One: The First Kill, The Purest Crime Time Frame? Over Seven Hundred Years Ago 'Blood is thicker than water, but a blade can cut thicker still!'
All things can be painted red, did you know that? Few know what it means to paint in the purest of reds. I am, I was and always will be an artist. I create works of art, painting in reds, and slowly darkening blacks. This fact was always true, I could always feel it, pulsing deep within those around me. Those who beat me, who told me my dreams were blasphemy, and my ways were broken. I had but one light in the darkness, and red painted people. A girl whose smile was blinding, her touch always took the pain away, wet sponges of stinging cleanliness. I was always safe with her arms around me, but I desired more than safety. Slowly my hatred died however, giving way to something many would call far darker a curse. Unending Bloodlust. Those who called themselves my parents, those who beat and broke me for my dreams of creating with my own hands...they were the first to see, that I was no mad child. No They were victims of Murder. Clean, pure, and Unquestioning. When my salvation returned to find them, I was already washed clean of my crime to some, but salvation to many. She thought my eyes betrayed fear of ending up like them, and she cradled me in her arms.
She could never know, that look was not fear or trauma from my parent's death, but instead the eyes of a satisfied killer. For now I was free of them, and looked to the sky, thinking my bloodlust was sated. I was never so wrong, though it would be sometime before that was proven.
Chapter Two A Century of Peace Time Frame? Six Hundred Years Ago 'Peace is an illusion, you think you are safe? Think again.'
I am here, I have moved beyond the home I was born. I stand among a crowd. I have joined them, I have become them. I can create a world of dreams, I can craft a masterpiece with my hands, and upon my back. I have finally found peace. No longer will the pulse under my skin burn for the ink hidden with these meaty things around me. I can move, I can create. Nothing...keeps me bound now. My light is so far now. Lost beyond my eyes. I can feel it, under my skin. Some one wishes to take my light for their own.
I did it. I do not know how, but I can feel the paint upon my fingers for the first time since those demons were killed. It makes my heart sing, even as I look at the cold unmoving face of the one who took my light from me. He was a strong man to be sure, but steel cuts all equally, strong and weak. I look over to see her, my light pouring her beautiful paint from her failing body. She looks to me like I am a horror, begging me to tell her why. I leaned down and captured her light for my own. She seemed to be in shock now, she looked at my smile, and I felt alive as I saw fear and understanding fill those beautiful orbs. Blood bubbled from her lips and I captured it, as I slowly stole away her life with her lovely paint, I took a piece of her and forged it into a small bead of black and red. I took her with me, and I felt again at peace. Now no one could have my light, and the red flames of my old home, spoke to the end of my dream.
I had peace again. Though a part of me wondered for how long, my squad would likely never see this smile of mine, but a part of me wished...prayed to be found out. That part would have to wait for some time, but I was right about one thing as a child. There can be no peace, in a world as colorless as this one.

Letting you know in advance seeing as I am head over the illegals, none are of captain class. You do not have a mastered shikai control level, it is unmastered but skilled. No Captain class or, as for Shikai it is 15 post duration. Nothing more, nothing less. Nor do you have Bankai.
You are Vice Captain level just barely, nothing higher; lesser is up to you but I believe it'd be only to 3rd seat. Be sure to fix these and you'll be fine, also sorry for the constant notes. Just happened to notice more that needed to be fixed.

Shikai Control Level | Mastered ^ Change to unmastered.
Bankai, you do not have. Erase and save it or strike it out completely.
Lastly, you do not get any kaido unless you were formerly from squad 4, along with granted permission. Seeing as you were just a seated officer, you would not have the advance levels of kaido. Or barely any at all.
Shikai: First technique is vague, I understand what it does, but it is not going to allow you to fight on par with that of a Commander level or a Captain for that matter. If anything, this is the hakuda technique to an extent that yoruichi used by the way it is written.
2nd Shikai ability: Vague also, and seeing as you stated it in the wording itself; this technique will need a cool down. I'd suggest three post after firing off a bolt of lightning? Sounds fair, cause I went on to read how it only charges faster. That way you can have it to where with each use, the cool down decreases till it hits zero because you're capable of getting it constructed faster.
3rd Shikai ability: Okay firstly, Ima ask why are you slapping yourself with this tech? It holds so much potential, it makes sense for it to aid in bringing your zanpakuto into it's full capabilities. This wind barrier if anything could also become something of the lines of, invisible electric gyroscope with cutting winds that not only cuts the opponent open, but sends surges of electricity through the wounds to do double the damage. Also, give it a post duration, how long does it last? Does it have a cool down? Etc.

No, you are an illegal, you do not have mastered Shikai. It is unmastered due to the fact the illegals left before gaining such powers that branch even to being near mastered. If anything you are Advance at it. Nothing more, nothing less. So I never practiced on my own since I left the Gotei? Seems a bit strange to me, and completely out of tune with my character but whatever.
I stated the way it is worded made it that way, it is vague and it needed more detail to it so that others would not auto assume you are just power jumping the scale. That is the exact problem. <-- I don't really care what people assume, to tell you the truth, if they assume that then they do. Its really vague because I have no way to say what it gives besides a general increase, its not like I can give it a MPH increase or something.
This is totally up to you, I'll look at it when it's done to see how it goes. I was just stating how you could make the second a bit more efficient and stronger as well as faster. I don't really understand, all I saw was a comment on its cool down, I am uncertain how it could become stronger from gaining a cooldown. If you could elaborate I would appreciate it.
I can only really suggest, cause I have to see what you come up with in order to tweak it. lol Well you had a couple ideas on the thread itself could you just elaborate a little bit and I bet I'll get some inspiration.
As for the Bankai, I did mention in the mastery section that I don't have it yet, I don't see why it matters to hide it, or remove it...*shrugs and grumbles* Go on! Get! Remove it or strike it out for now! -swats at-

That's why I said how long does it last and how long do you have to wait before putting it out again? See I understand that, but I think the situation, and the story should dictate it, not some preconceived condition about it all.

All Illegals are a recent development outside of the Gotei, little to no practice has been made during the migration change. You are all at unmastered level unless you are, as I say again. The OX BRIDE. Who is the leader of the illegals. So no, you do not.

Do not have to, in order to fix a technique. You can put a mph's cap on it if you wish; for others have done it before.

Regardless a cool down is needed so not to spam and so there is not any vagueness as to how long it takes to load and fire another bolt of lightning.

To the last quote: Things are to be fixed regardless, you are a former VC if anything or Third Seater of the Gotei 14 Squad 13; these are the ways to set up for the illegals. Not much can be done for the position mishandling. Though yes, everything is fine; just some things need to be defined and with a cool down so that they go along with what your techs say they actually do. Being vague and saying stuff like it takes longer and gradually the time lessens when using this, it doesnt make sense without a gauge on it. Can also be easily abused. Trust me, you aren't the only one who got that type of thing happen to them. Ox Bride was just as pissed about it too cause they too had just finished a Captain Classed Character.
