(It's a joke - he was going to write "PLEASE WELCOME [BLANK]" but he "ran out" of characters - he's been a little s**t. I think they're electing to be a little more private because some fans can be a little scary? I wasn't in fandom when Tom came along so I'm only going by what I've heard.)
