Delphine's Biography Name: Delphine Tabitha Kale  Gender: Female Age: Toddler Nicknames: Delphi Eye Color: Topaz Yellow Hair Color: Red Gold/Brown Markings: Red and black tiger/lionfish stripes on face, body, arms, legs, fins and tail. Other: Frilly tail fins, tail, spiked fins, black spines on arms (now with added fins), feet are kitty paws, kitty nose, fluffy half-mane. Infirmary Notes: arrow Fins are not poisonous at this age. arrow Spikes on arms are not poisonous or very hard. arrow There is webbing between her fingers. arrow Her legs are extremely flexible and good in the water, but they will be quite capable at supporting her weight (at the right age) no matter if they're straight or curled. arrow Has "frilly like" fins on each side of her tail. Likes: Attention; being fussed over; the water; bathtime; fishies!; winning. Dislikes: No attention; grumpy people; getting fins caught. Persona: Delphine is still the little attention lover that she was when she was a baby. However now she appears far more interested in socialising and interacting with other children; though she tends to be rather bossy, loud and outspoken. She's of the opinion that she can never be wrong about things and is far smarter than everyone else, even when it's obvious she isn't. Delphi is a little attention lover. She likes nothing better than when everyone in her vicinity is fussing over her. She'll try all sort of things to get attention fixed back on her if it happens to drift for to long. Doing cute, funny and just plain adorable things to gain attention is her main way of gaining attention, being a baby and all at the moment it works pretty well. If that doesn't work she'll usually bawl until someone comes to see what is the matter and gives her a snuggle. If everything else should fail, which at the moment would be rare, only then will she usually resort to doing naughty things. Delphi doesn't like to be around people who are grumpy or angry even if it isn't actually directed at her. She is also fairly protective of her mum and is quick to become jealous if anyone steal her atention for to long.
She's also fairly curious at the moment - there's so many things to learn when you're a baby. Her cat-like eyes seem to be attracted to any kind of movement.

Lions and Tigers and Bears Oh My! Lionfish:  Appearance: Large poisonous fins, small 'horns' over eyes, zebra patterning in red and black, numerous small teeth. Feeding Habits: Lionfish are predators, they use their large fins to corner their prey. They eat shrimps, crabs and small fish. Habitat: They inhabit coral reefs, both near and offshore up to a depth of 50 meters. They like to shelter under ledges or in caves during the day, where they remain almost entirely motionless. Danger!: The sting of the Lionfish can cause - intense persitant throbbing sharp pain at the site of the sting, sweatiness, tingling, blistering, headaches, nasuea, vomiting, abdominal pain, seizures, delrium, palarysis of limb, unconsiousness. The sting can be treated by placing the area in hot water, but it is advised that you seek medical attention.  Tigers:Appearance: Orange fur striped with black. Feeding Habits: Wild pig, cattle and deer are it's main prey. Mainly large animals. Usually the tiger will gorge itself on the fresh kill and then not eat for a few days. Habitat: Spread across Asia. Found in a variety of habitats from the forests of Asia to the woods of Siberia. Water!: Tigers do like water and can swin well. They like to cool off in the water on hot days.

Mummy Dear  Name: Kay Kale Nicknames: Seer Age: 20-ish; never ask a girl her age! Gender: Female Species: Mainly human Appearance: Petite, but with fairly long legs proportionally. Dark brown eyes, shoulder length light brown hair, usually in a ponytail. Pointed almost elvish ears. Mouth that is turned down at the corners so it usually looks like she's grumpy or sad. Usually wears jeans or long skirts and t-shirts. Occupation: Seer, bum XD Persona: Generally shy, quiet and thoughtful. Slightly obsessive complulsive when it comes to her routines and how her home is organised. Quick tempered when riled. Hates violence and is not fond of being around large groups of people. Loves to make people she likes happy. Since becomming Delphine's "Mummy", Kay's nuturing side seems to have taken over. History: Spent some time as an apprentice to a village witch, telling fortunes for the village and learning some basics about magic. Kay soon got itchy feet however and has spent the most part of her life travelling from place to place. She had been a few months in Durem, a fairly long time compared to how long she genreally had been staying in places, when on that fateful day she stepped into what appeared to be nothing more than a potion shop. Since she left to travel she has become rather lazy about practicing and so using her seer powers do require rather more concentration and work then they used to. (Kay's picture by Azumi~! Baby's Belongings  Her Kangaroo plushie - "Roo" his ear, feet and tail are good for dragging along and chewing on. [ Sheepy ]A plushie sheep made for Delphine by Retta. <3 Delphi seems to carry it around alot. [ Origami Fish ]An origami fish made by Avery (Chesire)! Delphine loves it! The fishy always sits by her cot a bedtime. [Other Toys]Her other toys. Delphi can't actually 'write' in the diary yet but scribbling is just as fun. [Best Blankie]Her Dolphin blankie with matching pillow. This blanket is Delphine's favourite. [Other Blankie]Her strawberry blankie with tiger pillow. Kay likes strawberrys and the pillow matches Delphi! [Earmuffs]Earmuffs, to shield baby ears from loud noises and the cold. Delphi liked the rainbow ones, Kay picked the animal prints.

Supplies [Milk]Strawberry, Plain and Banana flavoured milk. Calcium to help growing bones! [Baby Food]Apple, Cereal, Meat and Pea baby foods. Trying to get Delphine interested in foods other than fish. >.< [Fruit]Mmm fresh fruit! Kay's favourite! Maybe Delphi will enjoy it too? [Bibs]Bibs help prevent Delphi getting her nice clothes icky. Unfortunately they don't stop the food getting on Kay's clothes. [Dental]After all that food Delphi needs to keep her teeth nice and clean! [Hygeine]Baby care essentials - unfortunately. [First Aid]Incase of emergencies - hopefully will never have to use these. [Bath Time]Delphine loves bathtime! Kay loves the strawberry scented soap and shampoo! [Brushes]To keep that lovely mane of hers tangle free.  So Kay doesn't have to carry Delphine everywhere.

Other Family Rosalyn:  Rosalyn is a leprechaun Kay stumbled across one St Patrick's Day. Unfortunately for Kay she wasn't wearing green so Rosalyn pinched her all the way home and has never left. She likes the color green, drinking, stealing and sheep. She speaks with a heavy accent, presumably Irish, but Kay's awful with accents, all she knows is sometimes it's really hard to understand what Rosa is going on about.

The Room  The key to our room. Delphi likes the fishie on it. <3 [Delphine's Room] [Loungeroom]Inside the loungeroom you will find everything neat in tidy. Infact so tidy it's slightly scary. All the cushions are arranged neatly on the couch, magazines are sorted into their appropriate holders, Delphine's toys are put away into boxes neatly labeled and stacked, even the books are arranged alphabetically on the shelves.  Delphine's playpen sits in the middle of the lounge area so she can see eveything going on.  Kay's diary sits on the coffee table. It has anti-snooping charms on it. So no peeking! [Books]Delphine's books are neatly stacked on the bookshelves. Kay likes to read them too.

Other Stuff A bunch of stuff Kay has hoarded for herself and things Delphi can't have until she's older. Pets:  Blib and Blob. The ickle fishies Delphi has already tried to eat. Maybe she'll learn as she grows up that not everything tiny that moves is for putting in your mouth.   Bubbles and Squeak! Delphi hasn't even met these pair yet, for fear she'll try to eat them as well and hurt herself! gonk   A purple rabbit-esque creature and a cockatrice that hatched from the easter eggs. Yet to be named. Lucky the rabbit creature doesn't have rabbity ears. Easter Time! The eggs we found at Easter! No pinching them! [x]The things that were in the easter eggs. Delphine hates the rabbit mask and refuses to wear it. The tree has been put on a pot on the windowsill. And the wind-up chicken is being constantly fought over - isn't Kay a little to old to be playing with such toys?
