Montiago is a a*****e. He is rude, blunt, and often will go out of his way to make things unpleasant for people he doesn't like, which is most of the time just about everyone. He is a bit nicer to his squad though, as long as they are drinking and partying just as much as he is, and when he isn't being rude to people he is being what is best described as raunchy. Things like staring at womens parts, drinkings, swearing, and any excuse for a fist fights are the things Montiago loves most in life, besides you know, killing hollows. In battle Montiago is all out brutal and will take any advantage he can get without any mercy to his opponent, even if it is a "friendly" spar.

Zanpakutō Blade Changes | The weapons blade becomes pitch black as well as much heavier, weighing a total of 50 pounds. This makes simple strikes devastating on impact, and much harder to block or predict if you have not fought the weapon before.
Shikai Abilities
Ability One
A massive increase in Montiago's personal strength, allowing him to lift up to 8000 pounds and deliver powerful strikes and movements with only his muscles alone.

Ability Two
Montiago is able to concentrate his reiastu into a thin shield around his body that is capable of blocking attacks ranging from sword strikes, elemental hazards. It works very similar to a arrancars hierro but due to the fact that it is running off of his reiastu alone if the shield is used to much or used to block a large attack it can quickly drain Montiago and leave him vulnerable. The stronger the attack or the stronger the rank giving the attack is the faster it will drain the shield itself.

Ability Three
Montiago's endurance has been increased to very high levels in shikai, being able to withstand far more punishment then he normally would be able to even as a captain class alone. It roughly boosts his endurance to 4x that of a average captain.

The blade itself has little change, besides the guard becoming a full golden circle. Body wise Montiago's hair extends down to his back, becoming slightly more wild, as well as his skin becoming almost chalk like. His captains haori has become shredded and no longer on his upper body, instead only the torn remains covering his bottom.

Ability One

Ability Two
Montiago's reiastu is increased to monstrous proportion upon entering bankai. High levels of reiastu can have multiple effects on people, personal self, and even the environment in high enough proportions but is mainly used to fuel his own energy and needs. Large amounts of reiastu are usually used to fuel the body, allowing the user to push themselves far past the normal limit and pull off large feats of endurance and strength. This ability also makes it almost impossible to hide his reiastu due to the amount being unleashed and makes him easily trackable.
Ability Three
The ability to move at extreme physical speeds but losing all ability to flash step. This makes his entire bodies movements nearly untraceable to the human eye and very hard to keep up with.
Ability Four
Proudly named the "Gut Splitter" Montiago drives all of his reiastu into his weapon before releasing it in one powerful downwards strike, creating a massive crushing wave of reiastu. This attack would be best classified as a last resort and or a suicide tactic as once the attack is finished it leaves Montiago in a near death state from having his reiastu drained to such a low amount. He needs at least two weeks to recover from using the attack.

Zanjutsu | A brutal personal fighting style Montiago invented it often consistse of taken damage in order to dish out fatal blows or attacks with many grabbing attacks added onto the swordplay itself.
Hakuda | Montiago has studied Hakuda extensively and is a master at the art itself. He knows all styles of it and will often use it to throw off opponents or destroy them entirely.
Hohō | Master
Durability | Montaigo boasts a very high level of durability being able to take multiple hits without any sign of tiring, even being thrown through something like a building not holding much of a effect.
Reiryoku | Being a captain Montiago holds a very large amount of Reiryoku though he rarely lets it all out at once.
Hollows | Montiago has a massive knowledge base of every single type of hollow, known powers, and activity of them at almost all times. Due to being the captain of squad 05 there is little he doesn't know about his most hated enemy, especially when it comes to killing them.

I see no problems with your characterization.
Biography:
Thanks for notating the Biography, I won't judge on length at the moment but there's something that I do need to address before you actually do write it all.
This should really help you with having key points I've set. Your character will be the first and only Captain of your Squadron. Captains came to their position through either being personally recruited by the Captain-Commander or the Soul King himself.

Ability Two: See Bankai ability four in Bankai.
Bankai:
Ability One: Is this an activated ability or is it just a general thing?
Ability Two: Is there an amount of area this affects? How long does it last or is it just cracking the earth to expel lava from down below.

Ability Four: Does the stone help repel Reiryoku? Or does it have another ability?

I suggest you add some information on Hollow knowledge and skills that go accordingly with that (being that you're the Captain of Squadron Five).

Thanks for that note on the bio, i'll fix that then as it was something I was wondering about. Bankai: Ability One: It's constantly active, but I did make a note on how it is best to avoid it. Even though it is very high strength it has no range to it. Ability Two: Added on a note of range, it is more along the lines of the ground itself turns into lava as though it was instantly melted. However it can NOT be pulled from thin air, only from transforming the ground itself. Ability Three: The ability says manipulate and change, so when he pulls on the earth as like shikai instead of just using the rock beneath him the rock transforms into obsidian he can use in the same way as shikai. Ability Four: [x] Just as it would do in the anime, that is all. However it could be noted that because it does this type of stuff it would also leave Montiago himself slightly weaker and unable to use things like kido if he were to get to close etc. Edit: Also added on Hollow Note to Shinigami Abilities

Shikai Ability 1: It's a very good ability in mind! However, it needs to be toned down....a lot. 50 tons is in fact 100,000 lbs. That is way to OP. Especially for a shikai. I need this brought down. Preferably meter's in depth not lbs. You could crush an entire country with that weight.

Okay first off, like, I talked with the head guild captain before and there was no issue up until now, why is there suddenly a complete rejudging? Also for tons i think your a bit off.....for example. The average weight of a ship ranges from about 30000 tons to 220000 tons, which is a lot lot LOT less then what i have for bankai or shikai, and those things could still with that weight not "crush a country". Even a skyscraper itself I found some things saying around "If you search for published values of the mass of WTC 1 or 2, the number quoted is invariably close to 500,000,000 kg or 500,000 tonnes" Same thing as before. The biggest BIGGEST thing I want to say though is that this is just rock were talking about here, something that in bleach isn't exactly extremely tough nor is it in real life, it only takes a fine amount of pressure to shatter rock even in large amounts.

I am just the humble messenger. I respectfully told you I am sorry about the inconvenience but my decision of my judgment stands. I'm going to add onto what I said towards the judging. Obsidian isn't poisonous, it is hazardous if ingested but so is eating probably any rock. It is extremely sharp though, but on the flip side its also very very VERY brittle making it easily shattered. Shikai ability two : Don't see why as 10 tons of stone still isn't much besides a few large boulders at best, here is a better example for it "Class 4 Medium Duty Weight: 14,001 to 16,000 lb. Truck examples: Ford F-450 series, landscaping utility vehicles, small city delivery trucks, mini buses." So 16000 = 8 tons about, so I could make a trucks worth. Shikai Ability three : for liquid its arguable but if it is liquid molten rock then it would only be the same amount as above, and it would be as hot as lava. Bankai ability one : I see no logical reason to put a cool down or post limitation on a persons raw physical strength bankai ability two, it is just transforming the ground into lava and being able to throw it around already commented on three basically commented on 4

This would mean you will not be allowed to role play. I ain't retaliating a opinion, I'm arguing for the reasons I have it up here. I do accept judgings but they are best done with comprise where both sides agree on something in the end, not one side simply forcing a judgeing without listening to why the person who created it has it that way. All those reasons I listed were why I have it as it is, I won't change something right off the bat just because someone else says it is bad if that persons reasons aren't justified in reason

Very well I see your point. However, to put it simply. All of your moves have made the mods feel like you are over powered. The things I have addressed do not come from one who is 'judging' but multiple perspectives. You also have a physical strength that is seen as a berserk mode. Therefor it does need stipulations and limitations as well as a cool downs on all of your moves. Again this is not coming from one perspective but multiple. I am allowing you to choose you rate and weight as well as your limitations. So basically its how you change it. I am allowing you to do that because I respect you as a fellow role player and I want to make a consensus, I am not forcing anything.
