Blood Type | AB+ Height | 5 feet 8 inches Weight | 128 pounds Ethnicity | Thracian [Bulgarian Present Day] Eye Color | Honey Brown Physical Description | Hakua's typical character description is somewhat bombastic in appearance. A head full of curly unkempt ash brown hair hangs down well past her buttocks. The back top half is tied in a bun and fastened with two silver chopsticks. A pair of honey brown eyes was given to her, by her parents whoever they are, and seem to be able to pierce through fog. Her forehead is decorated with a band adorned with jewels from her previous conquests. War paint has been finely dragged down to her cheeks, which she is never seen without. Some speculate that they are marks of a demon, others think that it's just a tattoo. A nose of Greek origin separates Hakua's face into two perfectly symmetrical halves. Pearlique lips sit an index fingers length away from the nose and just under that, sits a silver labret piercing. Somewhat small ears protrude from the sides of her head, every space on her ears covered with piercings as well. On the neck, a studded choker is worn. It has an appendage of a five pointed star that hangs just above her breasts. Hakua sports an exotic skin tone that is slightly darker than caramel and on it, tattoos veil some of the beauty it so has. There is something about dragons to the woman but a very large one starts at the top of her foot, coils around her right leg and stops at her upper most inner thigh. Two more seem to helix each other, breathing fire upwards toward her breasts. A tribal tattoo band lines her upper left thigh. Words of an ancient Earthen origin, also in band form, wrap around just above and below the wrist and elbow respectively. Crystal of a random pattern are embedded into her skin on each of her forearms. Wardrobe | Although it isn't much, Hakua does wear clothes. Nothing of the typical girl but rather clothes of a savage. No panties, nor bra. However, a semi-tight fitting green crop top blouse is worn as an upper garment to give some decency to her, pinned together by one button for her breast's sake. Attached to the back of the blouse is a hood that is capable of completely masking the top portion of her face, leaving the bottom portion open. The bottom half of her body is covered only by a green subligaculum a kind of undergarment worn by ancient Romans. It could come either in the form of a pair of shorts, or in the form of a simple loincloth wrapped around the lower body. For this sake, the garment is worn as a simple loincloth. Hakua sports a thin material strip that serves as her garter belt around her hips, fed underneath of her subligaculum. Two elastic suspender 'slings' are attached on each side clipped to the stockings with metal clips, just above the knee. On her feet, she displays a pair of black open toed high heeled shoes. The fasteners to hold the shoes in place are replaced by metal clamps that resemble shackles, to keep her ankles in place while doing strenuous activities.

.. _______________________ Personal Attributes
Quirks Very often is Hakua called a demon for her brash and abrasive personality. She has little regard for anyone, especially those that cross her about her habit of smoking. She has a barbaric nature preferring to eat with her hands, instead of utensils or wear clothes that either the Shinigami or standard souls wear, refers to them as restrictive to her free flowing spirit. Undergarments are one of the items that she despises as well as those who comment on her choice of clothes, even going as far as to draw her blade when spoken of. Many don't exchange conversation as she comes off as hard to approach and difficult to sustain an intellectual exchange of words. Although being a ruthless criminal in the past, Hakua is quite protective and dependable to those who she considers "friends". Not many of those come to pass, so anything that is the slightest bit hurtful to these people, she will not hesitate to attempt to cut the laryngeal prominence from the neck. Through all of this, Hakua is very spiritual, believing in a Divine Being that supposedly supplies the world with Forms (mind independent abstract objects or paradigms) and Particulars(instances of objects and properties that is regarded as a copy of its form). Anything that is created in the world is a Particular of many possible Forms. For example, the ideal triangle — a figure with perfectly drawn lines whose angles add to 180 degrees. Any form of triangle that we experience will be an imperfect representation of the ideal triangle. Regardless of how precise your measuring and drawing tools you will never be able to recreate this perfect shape. Even drawn to the point where our senses cannot perceive a defect, in its essence the shape will still be imperfect; forever unable to match the ideal triangle. These don't necessarily have to be objects, beings are subject to this rule as well. An example for a person would be that the skin, hair, and eyes of Hakua are Particulars of Forms of those who came before her. All beings are recreated in the image of their predecessor. Favors | Smoking The starry night sky long walks at night Being in tune with her Forms Lounging around Killing Cleaning her weapons Chewing ice Running Disdains | Authority although she now is the Authority Work Children People who talk just to talk People who mispronounce her name People who say something about her smoking People who comment on her not wearing underwear Underwear(panties) Preference of Food | Yakisoba Bread Any meat Pizza Disliked Foods | Any form of Vegetable Preference of Drink | Alcohol Water Cran-Pomegranate Juice

xxDetainee's History ____________________________________________________________ .. She continues to live up to her Legacy
Chapter One The Beginning Time Frame? Unknown She is named Hakua after a Thracian King of old, as her true name is unknown to the Romans.
Hakua was born in Thrace to her father and mother, whom are both deceased, most likely due to the Getae, another Thracian Tribe located near the Black Sea. She grew up with an intense hatred for them, having seen many from her village perish from their attacks, despite the Thracians' successes in pushing them back. However, she also desired for a greater solution. Peace. Although her hatred was strong for the tribe, her desire to not take up arms against those that bled like herself, was stronger.
Hakua was not born with the name she currently uses, and her true name is currently unknown. A siren to men and a womanizer, she was often plagued by the reputation of having slept with many men and women in the villages, being regarded as a whore by men (though her endeavors were praised by female tongue). Eventually, a woman named Aria came to her bed and the two fell in love shortly after, becoming married not very long after that either.
Hakua rises to a position of respect within her Thracian community, and when a Roman General visits her village in search of help fighting his enemy, Hakua suggests a treaty that would have the Roman's army fight the Thracians' enemy, the Getae. Hakua then joins the Auxiliary to fight the Getae and Macedonians but never make it to Greece; the Roman General betrays the Thracians and refuses to aid their hometown against the invading barbarians. When Hakua attacks and humiliates the general for breaking the treaty, she and her wife are captured as slaves for vengeance and Hakua is shipped to Rome, bounded by chains.
Whilst Aria is taken to lands unknown, Hakua is thrown into the Rome arena games against four gladiators to be executed. To the surprise of the Roman dignitaries present, she defeats the four gladiators and gains the favor of the crowd, which prompts the ludus owner to buy her as a recruit to be trained in his ludus. She is named Hakua after a Thracian king of old, as her true name is unknown to the Romans.
Chapter Two Hakua, Champion of Rome Time Frame? Unknown The Master calls out for his wife and Hakua taunts him, ramming home his false promises concerning Aria's return, before slashing his' throat open when he reaches for his wife.
Hakua proves to be a difficult recruit in the ludus. She is stubborn and will obey no man, thinking only of escaping and finding and rescuing her wife. This leads to her being humiliated and badly treated by the other gladiators. Eventually the Ludus owner strikes a deal and agrees to find Hakua's wife as long as she trains to become a gladiator and heeds him as her master. During the training Hakua finds a friend in fellow gladiator trainee and an enemy in the current Champion of Rome. Her first real fight in the arena takes place against the Champion. Hakua loses miserably but produces the Legends. The Legends is refers to the sign that a gladiator may give when they cede a fight to their opponent. It serves as both an acknowledgement of defeat and a plea for mercy. A gladiator performing missio would raise either hand with their middle and index fingers together and the remainder of their fingers clenched. The fight's victor is expected to accept and cease combat at once, turning to the match's editor for judgment as to whether to execute their defeated opponent or not. The editor's mercy relies on how well the gladiator fought, poor fighters being mainly being rejected while those who pleased the crowd being allowed to live. Hakua is spared so that she may live to fight another day and find her wife. In doing so, she loses her honor and status as a gladiator, and to regain it, must fight in the Pit. She excels in this, eventually regaining her status after saving the life of her Master. The pit is a place of unrefined brutality and violence. Where there are rules of combat in the arena, there is only one rule in the pit: Only one survives. The only purpose is to kill or be killed, whilst the onlookers place bets on the respective fighters and revel in the bloodshed. There are no restraints between the crowd and the pit.
Before each fight begins, the two fighters are brought forward and they pick a symbol out of a bag, which determines which weapon they will wield. A sword is amongst the weapons, along with an axe, a hammer, knuckle-duster, dagger, and many other things. Some fighters receive no weapon at all. The fights in the pit are uncontrolled and the fighters can use anything they find as a weapon, including the sand they stand on.
Hakua's second fight in the arena is by the Champion's side, as they fight as one against the legendary Giant Slayer. Despite their initial hesitance and difficulties, they find a common purpose in uniting to fight for their women. The beginning of the battle is in their favor, until the Giant Slayer - after feigning death - gets up again. They start to fight at cross-purposes and in doing so, the Giant Slayer seriously wounds the Champion. Hakua, taking advantage of the Champion's shield to propel herself into the air, delivering a fierce strike. Not giving up yet, the Champion grabs a helmet lying nearby and reflects the light into the Giant Slayer's face, blinding him momentarily. Hakua uses the moment, circles behind the Giant Slayer and cripples him with a slash to his knees before decapitating him. With this victory, Hakua rises suddenly in fame. Rain comes to the drought-ridden Rome and the people believe it a sign that Hakua's fight against the Giant Slayer had pleased the gods.
This marks the beginning of Hakua being named the "Bringer of Rain", crowned the new Champion of Rome and becoming a favorite in the Ludus. Her master buys her her own personal set of gladiatorial armor and gives her a room of her own in the ludus, instead of the cell she was living in before. He also promises Hakua the return of her wife, albeit in his service, and Hakua eagerly awaits her, all the while planning her escape attempt for when Aria arrives. She purchases vast quantities of wine and hires prostitutes to exhaust her fellow gladiators and the ludus guards. She steals a Thracian dagger to arm herself for her escape attempt. She even drugs Doctore, the Head Trainer to avoid fighting him. However, when the caravan with Aria arrives and the driver is covered in blood and greatly weakened, Hakua fears the worst and finds Aria at the very end of her life, thwarting her hopes of escaping the ludus with her. The driver says their caravan was attacked on the road, and that there was nothing he could do. Aria dies in Hakua's arms. While Hakua mourns her death, the Master arranges his next fight, which is to be a historical fight representing a Roman's conquest over the Thracians. Hakua is to play the Roman and will slaughter criminals dressed as Thracians. At first she refuses to fight as it is against her heritage. Her master warns her that if she wants to remain Champion of Rome, she needs to stop being a Thracian and become a true gladiator, letting go of all those ties. Hakua is hesitant but receives inspiration from her wife in a flashback. Putting her fate in the hands of the gods, she heeds her master in the end, agreeing to fight as a Roman. She is set against six criminals who, whilst at first overpowering her, eventually all reach their end. When the sixth is at his knees, Hakua hesitates in killing him because she sees her own face on the criminal's. She eventually decapitates the man, signifying the death of all the Thracian that was left in her and the embrace of the life of a gladiator. As she basks in the glory of her fame she screams out "I am Hakua, Champion of Rome!".
Hakua enjoys her standing in the ludus, which is now above that of the former champion's. However, her enjoyment of this special treatment comes to an end as she is forced to kill her closest friend in what was only meant to be an exhibition of a gladiator fight for an young aspiring politician's birthday. This breaks Hakua's spirit, and she realizes that all the comforts and respect she has gained with her success in the arena amount to nothing, as she cannot save the ones dear to her. Wounded in the exhibition with her friend and consumed with fever, both Aria and the friend come to Hakua in a dream and reveal to him that the caravan driver killed Aria at her master's command. With clear goals of revenge and escape, she decides that she will rise against her master and "kill them all", heeding Aria's last words to her before she left their village to fight.
Hakua begins to draw allies to her side. She quickly brings the German twins into the picture, and they convince others to join, but many of the Gauls in the ludus still follow the former Champion's lead. Meanwhile, due to Roman Generals grant of patronage over the ludus, Roman guards are present at all times and the gladiators are mistreated and herded like animals, fueling their resolve to revolt.
The Master decides that for the celebration of the Roman General's patronage, Hakua will fight the Ex-Champion in a fight to the death. Hakua learns that he is destined to lose, as the Master has poisoned his food to weaken him. She tries to convince him during breaks in training, but is unsuccessful. Finally the battle comes, and the elite of Capua watch on from the balcony. They fight as was meant, but the former champion gradually weakens. He discovers the master's betrayal and decides to join Hakua's rebels. The former signals his change of mind by tapping his shield when he is down, signifying Hakua's overpowering move in the fight against the Giant Slayer. Hakua takes this signal and launches herself from the shield towards the balcony, thrusting her sword through the head of another Roman Aristocrat. She is halted from killing the Master by Doctore although the former Champion stops the doctore. At the urging of the Champion, the former Doctore eventually relents and joins with the newly freed slaves, leaving Hakua to hunt down the Master.
The gladiators, all now following Hakua and the former Champion, destroy the household and butcher everyone in it. The gate to the villa is unlocked by another, who Hakua persuaded in exchange for laying with her. The massacre reaches a climax when Hakua meets her master. Whilst they speak, his wife stumbles into the room, having been stabbed in the abdomen by the champion. The Master calls out for his wife and Hakua taunts him, ramming home his false promises concerning Aria's return, before slashing his' throat open when he reaches for his wife. Hakua then delivers a rousing speech to the assembled survivors, before leading them from the ludus.
Chapter Three Servile War, Death and Legacy Time Frame? Unknown Hakua's name will forever be known as she was one of the Pillars that brought about the Fall of the Roman Empire.
In the weeks following the breakout, Hakua and a small portion of her followers conduct a series of hit-and-run attacks against the city of Rome, partially to steal supplies for her men, but also to draw out the Roman General in the hopes that he can be killed. To this end, he defiles his victims, carving the Roman General's name into their bodies as a personal challenge. Soon enough, Roman General is forced by the Senate to come back to Rome to deal with the situation, and Hakua prepares to attack him and his men, against the counsels of both the former Champion and her Slave Lover. She commands the escaped slaves to leave the city and make for the hills in the west, while she herself departs in secret to face Roman General. He also provides her dead friend's widow with a pouch full of coin to make her own way back to her son and leave the Republic.
Ultimately, the gambit is a disaster. the widow is captured and mortally wounded by the Romans, and in her resulting outrage, Hakua mistimes her attack, merely wounding the Roman General. It is only with the surprise aid from the ex Champion and his men that Hakua is retrieved from sure death at the hands of the Romans, and she returns to a fierce berating from an irate party. She is then summoned to her friends dying wife, who with her last breath makes Hakua promise to stay away from her son, so that he will not die because of her, as she and her husband did. Grief-stricken, Hakua agrees with the ex Champion that they should go south to search for his , and departs Rome with the escaped slaves, planning to free enough slaves along the way to build an army to take on the Roman General. While traveling, the rebels attack a villa, killing the guards and dominus and reeing the slaves to join the army. One of the slaves, tries to kill Hakua for taking away his preferred life as a slave. Hakua decides not to kill him but instead train him in combat and convince him that freedom is a better life.
The rebels later raid a cart carrying slaves to the mines. The German brother and the newly freed slave interrogate a wounded slaver about te ex-Champions woman's whereabouts. Finding so, the rebels infiltrate the mines, disguised as slaves and slaveholders. They sneak underground to search for the ex-Champions woman and soon find her. Their success is short-lived, as the Romans are right behind them. They chase them through to another end of the mine, where he sacrifices himself to save the others. He gives Naevia over to Hakua and attacks the guards alone, while she locks the gate to the exit and watches in horror as the guards apprehend her friend. They exit and escape into the forest.
Hakua and her dwindling number of allies pace through the woods to Vesuvius, with the Roman soldiers in hot pursuit. The rebels are attacked by squad after squad until only she and a few others are left. One suffers from a serious wound to the chest, which slows the group down as Hakua desperately tries to heal him. They finally reach Vesuvius, but soon see a large squad of Romans approaching from behind. She turns around to face them, but sees the German brother leading what is actually the rebels in disguise. She reunites happily with her brothers.
After apologizing to each other for their split. Hakua and the German brother lead the slaves through the woods and find a ruined temple. The owner, is a Roman who was persecuted by other Roman nobles, and he welcomes them and informs them of the planned execution of some of their best warriors in the arena. Hakua plans a rescue a select few agree to follow her to infiltrate the arena through a gutter.
Just before the execution of the former gladiators is about to commence, she and the German brother disguise themselves as guards and enter the arena behind the other gladiators to 'stand guard.' They observe the fight, and see one of their comrades fall. Meanwhile, the rest of the rebels succeed in setting a fire underground, and the arena collapses in flames, spilling thousands of spectators to their fiery deaths. Hakua rushes to aid the prisoners, killing the rest of the guards and gladiators in the arena and in doing so eyes the Roman General in the pulvinus. She hurls a spear at him but he dodges it, and instead it impales an Aristocrat instead. After finding her comrades, the rebels escape the ruined arena.
They take refuge at Mount Vesuvius and the Roman General plans to starve the rebels out. It does not take long for Hakua and the rebels to grow restless as hunger and impatience sets in. After some time a number of other Germans decide to try and break through the Romans to escape. The plan might have worked however with the Egyptian present the group is quickly defeated. Just as the group was to be killed, Hakua and a number of other rebels attack the Romans so the rest of the group can escape. Hakua and The Egyptian very briefly engage with her kicking The Egyptian down from the higher ground. Before she can land a killing blow more Romans arrive forcing the rebels to retreat back up Vesuvius. However during the retreat an axe is hurled at Hakua which instead hits her slave lover, mortally wounding her. Hakua tries to save her by carrying her to the top of the mountain so she can be cauterized; unfortunately, she dies before Hakua reaches the top. She, deeply hurt; and, in rage, beats one of her allies for indirectly causing her passing. She mourns the death of her former lover by wrapping her body in his cloak along with the vines of the mountain.
The Traitor then treks up the mountain to discuss terms with the rebels. The true loyalty of Hakua' men are shown, as when offered their lives in return for Hakua, the rebels unanimously declared that if they are to die they will die as free men. The Ex-Champion's woman duels the Traitor and, after almost being killed, decapitates him.
Hakua then comes up with a plan after the comrade she had beat, comments on their not being enough vines to bury them all. The rebels fashion ropes out of the vines and her and three others climb down the other side of the mountain surprising the Romans and taking control of the catapults. After firing upon the Roman's camp the army gathers to attack the four. As they march forward the rest of the rebels arrive surprising the Romans and flanking them, exploiting the weakness of the Roman's tight formation. The Romans quickly lose and are forced to go back to the temple. The rebels chase them and quickly overwhelm the decimated army. During this time Hakua first avenges her by killing The Egyptian and then turns on the Roman General. There is a brief fight and he almost succeeds in killing Hakua out of sheer rage. However, Hakua would not be denied her revenge and stabs the General through the stomach commenting that he is a free man. When he is on his knees (discovering his rightful place), he comments that this only means that Rome would send legions in his stead and one day Hakua will fall to a deserved end. Hakua accepts this, commenting, yet reminding, she would not die this day and plunges her sword down the Roman General's throat, finally taking her well-deserved vengeance. Hakua then tells the Rebels that they have triumphed and they shall let Rome send their legions. They would face them and see all follow the General in death. The rebels cheer in victory, she then embraces the Ex-Champion and tells him that the time has finally come to transform their group of rebels into an army capable of threatening Rome itself, while the rebels continue to chant Hakua's name. Following the Battle of Vesuvius, Hakua liberates the Mines and other Roman territories to increase her army's numbers.
As the months and years pass, Hakua's army grows to thousands. His numbers and superior skill overcome a number of legions causing them them to retreat. News of these defeats causes the Senate to grow increasingly worried, summoning a the Roman Warlord that holds a perfect record in battle, to lend his forces in the endeavor. Hakua continues to be a strong leader, although she is unaware of the dire situation that is happening around the rebel's camp and also how the rebels and escaped slaves begin viewing her as a "god" or "goddess", while some also express slight contempt. Her mind is constantly on defeating the Romans at any cost and although she has successfully killed his former Master and the Roman General, her heart remains empty at the loss of her lover and so her resolve continues to be that of ending slavery in Rome forever.
Hakua soon discovers that Romans drawn near the Rebel encampment. She executes an ambush for the few men, whom are revealed to be messengers. She learns that the Roman Warlord leads a force of 10,000 soldiers. She also learns that the two armies she had defeated earlier have retreated into a villa nearby. With this knowledge, Hakua launches a plan to invade the villa at night with her and few others, while the main force lures out the surviving forces. The plans proves to work flawlessly as they invade the villa, slaying all of forces until finally reaching the Head's themselves. Denying any terms of surrender, Spartacus executes the two men. Following their defeat, Hakua intends to prepare for the upcoming winter and the arrival of the Warlord's forces. Knowing that no villa can house the numbers of her army for the winter, she readies her forces for an invasion of a Roman city.
Hakua travels to the Roman city of Sinuessa where she obtains informations about the city from an inside man. The inside man is a blacksmith who she recruits to forge weapons at great expense. Later on, she wanders Sinuessa taking a particular interest in the city's holdings of grain. Following the discovery of a curfew in force within Sinuessa, Hakua forces the Blacksmith to assist her in the opening of the main gate. They are ultimately successful, the main force flood the city. Hakua kills the Aedile before he could set the grain on fire in attempt to keep it out of rebellious hands. She then announces that Sinuessa is now theirs, managing the rebels newly found home and ensuring that captive Romans are fed and unharmed. The German brother voices concern to Hakua that they shouldn't waste what little food they have on the Romans. Ships are later spotted outside of Sinuessa to which she meets a Cilician Pirate who had secret dealings with the Aedile. When Hakua reveals that she ended the Aedile's life, the Pirate Captain reveals that he requires the Aedile's seal in order to provide the city with grain. Hakua enlists the help of a reluctant captured Roman to help reveal the seal of the Aedile. Later that night, she agrees terms with the Pirate that they shall meet just outside city walls where Hakua will present coin, and he shall present grain. Hakua and a few others meet with the Pirate Captain and his troupe and come to a standoff when negotiations turn sour. However, both rebel and pirate alike are ambushed by a Roman force led by the Roman Warlord's Son. The Pirate Captain proves his good intentions by bombarding the Romans with fireballs from his ships, ultimately causing them to fall into disarray and retreat. With their defeat, Hakua orders the Pirate to take coin and sail into port.
The Pirate Captain delivers what little grain he has managed to get his hands on to the rebel occupied Sinuessa. He tells Hakua how much of the grain has been stowed away by the Romans in advance of the winter. More escaped slaves arrive at Sinuessa's gate and are granted access provided they show their mark. When Hakua is attacked by Romans at the gate, a man comes to his aid. This man, unbeknownst to Hakua is Julius Caesar. She gives her thanks and orders the Roman heads to be placed on spikes. The German brother shadows Hakua in light of recent events to ensure no harm comes to her. She visits a captive Roman who tells of him of the Warlord's impressive accomplishments. Hakua then realizes that the Warlord had led her to the death of the defeated armies' Generals, as part of the Warlord's plan to seize command of the Roman armies. She leaves the company of the Roman and later discusses an unknown topic with the Pirate Captain when he is interrupted by two of his messengers who tell him that the Ex-Champion and the others are slaughtering the captive Romans. Hakua arrives just in time to prevent him from killing the Roman he spoke with earlier. She and the Ex-Champion have a brief standoff, before warning him not to make further attempt against her will.
Hakua must now take a trip on the Pirate Captain's ship to Cicilia, to make an attack on the Warlord's grain supply. She expresses her annoyance at the fact he will not travel with him, given the amount of coin the Cilician was paid. During the sea journey, Hakua recounts to her companion that the last time she was on the sea was when she was first taken captive by the Romans. When the group of Rebels reach Cicilia, they attack a Roman party, slaughtering them all and taking their grain. The group returns to city walls and as night falls, Hakua puts her plan into action, however, the Pirate Captain arrives late. He betrays Hakua and reveals that he has brought Roman soldiers aboard his ship back to the city. Caesar seizes the opportunity and literally stabs Hakua in the back. A fierce battle ensues as Hakua and one other face the Roman Soldiers. The Ex-Champion arrives with other Rebels just in time to finish them off. After the short battle, Hakua spots Roman ships heading towards the city and demands that everybody flee to the Ridge.
More Romans are killed that are now freely invading the city. She has a brief standoff with the Ex-Champion over their next course of action which is only interrupted when one of the men offers to cause a distraction, to allow the Rebels to escape through the northern gate. Reluctantly, Hakua allows this and leads the others away. As she is hurrying the Rebels through the northern gate, the Warlord's forces attack them and after a brief battle, Hakua kills more Romans and barely manages to escape the city but not before meeting the Warlord face to face. When the man that offered the distractions, escapes the city and returns to the Ridge, Hakua reveals that the Warlord had always intended to trap them on the ridge, as the Warlord has constructed a trench and a wall to bar them in.
The situation is dire as temperatures plummet on the Ridge. The Warlord's army assembles on the Ridge, and the Ex-Champion wishes to attack them, to which Hakua cautions him against it. Hakua devises a plan for a small group to attack and hopefully kill the Warlord, stating that he has become "overly bold". That night, a small force led by Hakua manage to penetrate the Warlord's poor defences and gain entry to his tent. They discover no sign of the Warlord. They realize it has been a set-up and the Ex-Champion's woman is injured in the escape back to the Rebel encampment. After visiting her tent, Hakua and the Ex-Champion enter a heated argument with each other. He smashes a frozen jar of ice over her head which causes a brawl between the two, but the fight is broken up by some of the men.
Hakua forms a new plan after the snowstorm. The Rebels kill the Roman soldiers guarding the wall that the Warlord built and discover only a small number of Romans on the other side. She bridges the trench with the bodies of those who died in the previous night's storm, and the Rebels successfully defeat the Romans on the other side. When the Warlord, his son and Caesar arrive to assess the situation, Hakua surprise attacks them by hurling spears and firing arrows at them from the wall. She gives them a coy smile before the Warlord falls back in retreat. The Rebels had won their first victory against him and they see themselves far from the ridge.
The Rebel forces move further north and are constantly hindered by Roman attacks from the rear. After killing a Roman soldier, Hakua discovers that the Warlod is a mere four days march from their position. She later visits a tent within her encampment to lend support to a woman giving birth. Two other women also give aid. After discovering one woman was a former slave to the Warlord himself, she angrily questions her to as to her motives threatening her with death if she does not answer her. The other woman steps in and Hakua grants responsibility her the responsibility of the other woman. Two men return from scouting to inform of many villas that could offer a plentiful supply of food nearby.
Spartacus, and the three other Generals of the Slave army meet later and it is here that the Ex-Champion informs Hakua of his intention to march on Rome and disband their army. Hakua and the Ex-Champion have a private heartfelt conversation in which she states her intention to cross the Alps. Hakua says that she will no longer stand in the way of his' path. The Rebels later seize control of a villa in order to host a final celebration to the Ex-Champion and all those that will follow him to Rome. The next morning Hakua embraces The Ex-Champion as a brother for the final time before moving her forces towards the alps.
A small group of Rebels led by Hakua attack a group of Roman's seizing their weapons and armor. Later, she and the rebels spot the Ex-Champion in the distance and hurry to her aid when she collapses from her horse. Hakua learns of the Ex-Champion's demise at the hands of the Warlord's Son, but are also concerned by the imminent return of forces stationed to the East to Roman shores. The Warlord's is later captured when Hakua and a clutch of rebels disguise themselves as Roman soldiers.
In honor of the Ex-Champion and all those that have fallen, Hakua and the Rebels build a makeshift arena for the Rebels to watch as a select group face the captured Romans ad gladium. Hakua once more takes up the mantle of a gladiator for this occassions. She opens to the rebel crowd by first chopping the head off of a kneeling soldier before facing two Romans on her own. She entertains the crowd by easily besting her opponents. She then announces who was to fight next, and then goes to sit once more. Hakua is informed by a messenger of the arrival of Julius Caesar who has been sent to broker a deal with the rebels: 500 rebels for the Warlord's son. Hakua halts the Ex-Champion's woman from killing him and gives her the choice of whether to go through the deal or not. She chooses to delay her vengeance in favor of the survivors. The rebels then go to hand the Warlords son over to Caesar, when a slave, who had been rudely handled by the Warlord, kills him. Hakua is visibly angered by this but is relieved when she offers herself as the bargain in the exchange. That evening the Rebels light a pyre with the Ex-Champion's head and shield upon it. From there the rebels chant the names of the fallen before continuously chanting his name. Hakua tells the Rebels that they will prepare for one final battle. She realizes that all the Rebels cannot escape, and she decides that the women, children and the wounded will flee over the alps while she along with all the remaining warriors face the Warlord one last time. She says her goodbyes to all the Rebels and they thank her for everything she has done for them. She later meets with the Warlord, who wonders if she knows that she will not win this fight and wishes to have words with his worth adversary. Hakua answers that if that if she will lose the battle, she will at least have his life before she dies. The two then shake hands and return to their respective armies.
The battle starts at dawn as Hakua employs several strategic maneuvers, such as spiked pits, arrows, and back-up cavalry lead by a Slave General. Eventually, though, the overwhelming odds of the Warlord's larger army soon prove too much for the rebels, as two allies whom she trusted, fall. The Warlord advances on Hakua by horse but, Hakua uses her trademark move, jumping towards the Warlord, while on horseback and slashes him and he who falls off his horse. The injured Warlord retreats with some soldiers. Spartacus comands another Slave General to continue to draw atention from the battle, that he shall kill the Warlod. Hakua follows and slaughters all his guards, including one of the Warlord's most trusted comanders. Alone, the Warlord and a now an exhausted and wounded Hakua begin a swordfight, which is evenly matched.
The Warlord manages disarm Hakua's left sword, but the rebel, exausted, still fights, remembering the people he loved the most. She also manages to disarm his shield and tries to stab him but the Warlord counters, but Hakua grabs the sword blade to block the Warlord's attack. While this catches the Warlord by surprise, Hakua knocks him down and just as he is about to finish him off, Roman soldiers appear behind her back and throw spears at her, three in total. She collapses, and an exhausted Warlord tells the rebel leader if only she had been born a Roman, they could've been Brothers in Arms to which Hakua replies she is glad it was not fated so. The Warlord rises to deliver the killing blow, but two slaves appear and knock him off a small ridge, to which afterwards they kill the rest of the soldiers in the area and take Hakua with them as they escape.
They then take Hakua to the mountains, where a few survivors are waiting. Hakua asks them if every one was safe. the Rebel General reveals that they were attacked and many were lost. Hakua says that they must continue over the mountains in an attempt to live free. One of the freed slaves calls her but she tells her that that was not his name. Her ability to hear fades as her true name is spoken and a strained smile stretches across her face. At last, she speaks to the last of the Slave Generals, telling him to not cry, and it was a victory to die free, before closing her eyes and succumbing to her injuries.
After Hakua dies, it begins to rain, thus symbolizing the end for the Bringer of Rain. She is buried with the Slave General's shield placed upon the ground above her final resting place.
Hakua's name will forever be known as she was one of the Pillars that brought about the Fall of the Roman Empire. Her name to this day brings terror to the faces of Romans and smiles to Thracians.
Chapter Four Soul Society and Imprisonment Time Frame? Roughly between 800 and 900 years ago Hakua's eyes shot open as she woke up in the fields somewhere, she had no clothes on and four weapons were all places around her at each of her for appendages.
Hakua's eyes shot open as she woke up in the fields somewhere, she had no clothes on and four weapons were all places around her at each of her for appendages. She sat up but could still feel the lingering pain of her battle in her past life, but couldn't remember much of it. Where she was, was the Rukongai portion of the Soul Society and as she walked further she came about a village. This village was set up exactly like her home in Thracia and she figured she was back. No one knew who she was though. This made her uneasy. She wondered exactly where she was so she decided to ask someone much to her dismay. She was in a place called the Rukongai. She knew not of a place called this. It was then where Hakua made her first mistake as a new resident of Soul Society. She mistook a shinigami's emblem as a Roman's emblem and attacked the group leading to all of their deaths. Word got back to Sereitei, the Shinigami Central HQ, and she was put on the wanted list. HQ continued to send Shinigami after her, each one being sent to their impending doom, that is until they finally sent three of the strongest combatants, not yet known as Captains to the organization, two hundred men later. Her body count had reached 200 before she was finally subdued and put on trial before the governing body of Soul Society. She was ultimately punished for her crimes, sentenced to Eternal Imprisonment within the BLACK level of the prison.

xxLævantine ___________________________________________________________ .. My master does not know my name.
Zanpakutō Name | Lævantine [Pronounced "Lay-vonn-teen"] English Translation | "Demon Blade" Zanpakutō Element | Fire Zanpakutō Spirit | [ x ] Zanpakutō History | Lævantine's story is not a long one. Nor, is it a happy one or one of nobility. Instead, it is of sorrow and hardship. Unlike many zanpakuto, the spirit of a god or goddess of sorts does not reside in the blade. Instead it is that of a pitiful soul of a lesser spirit, condemned to a life of exile and as such as become increasingly shy and lonesome. Her spirit was left to forever wander a land of decay, or corrosion with little to no faith and hope. Her spirit wept for century, after century, after century of her banishment to this Lost world. That is until she found the monument to a monarchy long past, carved into the side of a mountain in an elaborate array of stone supports. It is here that Lævantine resides still as it is the one place she feels safe, even though her seclusion is never ending. When she first stumbled upon this place, there was a blade lodged into a stone throne, upon removing the weapon, Lævantine felt herself begin to dwindle and flicker out like a weak flame. Her being was being drank by the blade but she could not remove her fragile hand from its hilt. The inevitable occurred, she was swallowed whole by the blade and battled with its soul-sucking power before she became the dominant spirit within the blade and managed to manifest herself. She was no longer who she had once been, she was something more, something dangerous. Fear loomed over her like a cloud made of lead. Lævantine had become a weapon and nothing more, her emotions were dampened and her memories of her past lost, consumed by the very thing she had become. So, she waited for the time she could become something more again, something whole and not be left as a shattered fragment of her past self, doomed to be locked away with the walls of her sanctuary. Zanpakutō Inner World | Lævantine's dwellings are that of a bleak, desolate post-apocalyptic landscape, littered with jagged, craggy chasms that spew lava and other sharp drops in the landscape. The remnants of cobbled foot-paths litter the land, marked by charred cross shaped lamp posts from which enigmatic lanterns hang from chains of carbon. The ashen landscape is covered in similar crosses, although they are not as thin as the lamp posts and do not have as long a horizontal bar across their skeletons for which to hand objects from. Instead, these sculptures seem to be made out of a sooty black metal and have similar chains that wrap around their frames in varying patterns. Most just hang loosely and disemboweled from the corpse of the crosses. A feature that is incredibly macabre. But not so much so for the epicenter of the World. A monolithic coliseum like formation is carved into the mountain like rock, the only access being a spiraling slope that has been shattered and has lost its railings and supporting columns meaning a large amount of the 'path' has been broken and nearly impossible to cross. The stones here are of a checkered black and white formation, cracked by unknown consequences and covered in a thin layer of grime and shale. This pattern continues throughout every inch of the flooring and eventually onto the walls within a completely square cavern that is in fact the lower levels of the building. The cavern is dimly lit and exceedingly dank. A crumbling throne of white stone sits upon a pedestal like growth with several large steps leading up to its gargantuan mass. Broken, like most other objects in this World, the only source of light is from directly above the throne via a skylight in the form of a gaping hole in the roof above. Access to this upper floor can be gained by climbing the dark chains that hang from the hole or by using a dark tunnel, lit only by the exit light at the other end. The corridor like tunnel juts up at angles and coils around to reach the high floor above, which is completely unlike the room bellow. Within this room, which is circular, more or less, are archways forming the high walls, behind which are stairwells leading up to the next row or arches that soon come to a halt at the beginning of the roof which is made of the same light stone as the arches, and many other rock formations. The ceiling is rather uninteresting, just decorated in a similar fashion as the arches and soon collide to make a circular hole in the roof which lets light through, an odd amount seeing as the rest of the World is mostly darkened. Even the sky is grey like the land, and the sun is not blinding to look at and resonates no heat at all. Giving the World a feeling of death. In the center of the large room is a cross like the many others spread outside the walls of the coliseum, but this one is laden with many, many chains that even erupt from the floor in which it is impaled. The chains reach out like steel veins and vanish into the wall and floor occasionally. Although there are actually very few chains, it is thought that they multiply at certain links to expand their reach further. It is here that Lævantine is usually found, just waiting for interaction.

If an opponent lacks the physical strength to resist the power of the winds, they will be picked up and pulled into the funnel, and will be unable to escape the hold; physical strength becomes irrelevant when the opponent isn't in a position to resist, for instance, if they are in mid-air and cannot fly. Zanjutsu | Despite her appearance, Hakua is an extremely skilled fighter, using a combination of powerful attacks and cunning deceptions. While fighting, her preferred methods of attack are to take advantage of her great agility, striking from various angles to confuse his opponent. Relying solely upon instinct and reflex, she utilizes erratic movements that prevent anyone from predicting them. Taking bits and pieces from all forms of martial arts and making up the rest on-the-go as she fights her opponents, make her a force to be reckoned with. Hakuda | While preferring to finish her fights quickly with her Zanpakutō or Kidō, Hakua is a highly capable fighter unarmed as well. Repeatedly, Hakua has shown herself able to effortlessly catch an opponent's weapons barehanded. While fighting offensively, she has shown tremendous agility and dexterity, able to combine both sword and barehanded skills to simultaneously strike with her sword and kick opponents with great force. During her days as a criminal, her skills were great enough to effortlessly take down several Shinigami unarmed, stop a punch from a giant of a man, with a single hand, and showed enough power to create rather large craters. Hohō | Though Zanjutsu is her primary means of combat, her second most powerful skill is her mastery of Hohō. Her speed allows her to land blows against foes that would have otherwise found a way to counter her maneuvers. Not only is her agility with her normal body quick, Hakua has shown incredible speed-levels, capable of keeping up with and, in some cases, outrunning captain-class enemies with little to no effort shown. Her skill in Shunpō has a heavy emphasis on footwork. Hakua can cross considerable distances with merely a single step of her Shunpō, whereas even average captains would need a considerable number of other steps to complete the same distance as her. Durability | Her physical strength and speed is matched by her durability. Hakua often ignores most of the injuries she sustains in battle (much like a berserker), not suffering any debilitation despite having multiple slash wounds to her body. Reiryoku | Even by a captain's standards, her Reiryoku is absolutely monstrous. Before her imprisonment, she fought two captain class shinigami, full Bankai release with just her unreleased Zanpakuto.
