Find and reunite with three who share your shadow.
Red hadn't been too clear, but after listening to several mocking nicknames that related to shadowed royalty, she could only assume it actually did mean those who had been in the Black Kingdom. It was the only thing that made sense, because otherwise her shadow was a Patchwork, and she didn't know too many of those.
Aymet had been the first person she thought of, and then Merope and Night - she wasn't sure why she thought of them first, there was a block on her memories and it wasn't entirely clear why they stuck out to her - but next was Jericho. The large red Dragon that she hadn't seen much of in a while.
So she made a point of navigating the monster dorms until she found his room, and once she finally located it (seriously, the dorms were horrid!), she gave the door a heavy knock. "Hey, you in? It's Amrita!"

For the most part, Jericho had just been minding himself, going about a fairly normal routine as of late. In a way, he was also working on preparing himself for graduation. A part of him wasn't certain if he was really ready, having lost a good chunk of his schooling at Amity.
At this moment, he was just cleaning up a few trinkets in his pile when he heard a knock at his door. There was a voice there he hadn't heard in awhile. The dragon stood and stretched his great wings before opening up.
"Hey, what's up?" he greeted with a light grin.

"You exist!" Amrita clapped for him, and then made the mistake of glancing past him into his room. Fire. That was a lot of fire. A second later she let out a very unhappy whine and put as much distance as she could between herself and his room. Which meant that her back was now to the wall opposite his door.
"S-s-so! Um. Hello. It's been a while. I w-was wondering if..." She could still see the fire in his room from here. It wasn't far back enough. She tried to fix this by pressing her back even harder to the wall, trying to become one with it. "I-if you remember the B-black kingdom at all? If you don't--" The light flickered a little bit and Amrita paused with a yelp. "--it'stotallyokayandi'msorryforbotheringyou!"

"I exist!" Jericho repeated with a lighthearted chuckle. Though, he soon blinked as Amrita suddenly appeared to be either very uncomfortable or very scared. Maybe both.
He furrowed his brow, staring at her. It hadn't quite clicked with him yet that the big pool of lava he had in his room could be warding her back.
"Oh from that dream realm thing? Yeah, I remember. Kinda. Um...are you alright?"

"FINE I'm fine hey m-maybe you should come into the hallway and c-close your dorm door you know I think that'd be a really great idea a-and---" She laughed very nervously, trying to be cool about it and failing fantastically at doing so. She slid to the left a little, taking some very carefully planned steps to try and get his room out of viewing distance.
"I-I was asked to r-reunite with c-creatures in my - the - kingdom a-and did you want to hang out a bit?" Yes, just get away from the door and close it and everything will be okay, totally okay.

Jericho tilted his head at that request. Okay then. With a shrug, he came out and did just that since there really wasn't any harm in doing so. Once the door was closed behind him, he scratched his scruffy chin while he heard out her other request.
"That's kinda a funny thing to be asked to do. I mean... it was just a fake realm and all wasn't it? I mean, I don't mind hanging out."

The moment the door closed, Amrita seemed to relax. Then, as she leaned to the side to make sure it was actually closed, she relaxed completely to the point of standing up straight and fixing her clothing to be more presentable.
"Yeah, weird, isn't it? But still, that's what I gotta do." She nodded, producing a piece of paper - in Red's handwriting - from her pocket to show to Jericho. It looked well worn and had been folded and re-folded several times. On a couple of the ticks there were names as proof of completion.
"Besides, it's been a while, so it works out. How've you been?"

Well that got her to calm down, oddly enough. Jericho still wasn't really sure what the deal was with that. As she produced a piece of paper, he peered forth. So this was instructions from the gym teacher then. That made it even more odd.
"Huh. Interesting. But yeah, I can hang. Shadow realm or not. And I've been alright. Thing's been pretty quiet as of late, hasn't it? What about you?'

"Good!" The Patchwork shifted closer, casting suspicious and distrusting glances at his dorm door the whole way until she seemed to get brave enough to stand beside him. She may have gotten closer to the door again, but at a cost; she was hugging herself now, tightly, as if afraid to let go. The paper remained in her hand, clutched between nervous fingers.
"Wishing the JOY would go back home." Amrita lamented, slouching for a moment. "But otherwise, not bad." Another glance at the door, another shiver...but this time she took a step forward, then two, and looked at Jericho as if expecting him to follow.
"I was thinking we could go to the mall first? I'll buy lunch. Then...maybe the gym? ...Hey, have you graduated yet?" She turned a hopeful stare up at him. Please say yes.

Jericho gave a friendly pat onto her back, and nodded in agreement.
"Yeah. I've uh... kinda been avoiding that. Snow's fine and all. I just uh... some...awkward...memories."
Considering he once believed himself to be a true Christmas Elf. He rubbed the back of his neck at that thought.
"But that works! And...no. Not yet. I've been preparing myself for graduation. Ever since I've lost my memory, I've been wondering just how ready I am. I kinda lost a good chunk of my education when that happened, you know?"

The back pat - which was contact and as a general rule she didn't much care for contact - actually felt nice. It was reassuring enough for her, and not as lingering as she feared.
"Awkward memories?" She parroted. "It's okay, I won't ask...but man, that sucks, I'm sorry." Normally this was where she would reach out and pat him too, but she was too busy mistrusting his room to think to be comforting. She wandered away from Jericho's room, and the further she got the more she relaxed, until she was finally able to pocket that list again.
"Oh, that's right...I'm sorry about that too, I really am. I actually lost some memories recently too, but...definitely not to your extent." She peeled down the zipper of her hoody, showing a twisted black lock embedded into her chest. "I don't blame you got not being ready to graduate. What are you going to do? Try and just make up the classes? Get a tutor, maybe?"

"Let's just say things were different last year."
It wasn't even around this time of year exactly, really. But the fact still remained that he was very JOY infused when he returned from his foggy self. Jericho soon tilted his head when she mentioned losing some memories as well. Apparently it had something to do with that lock she had within her chest.
"Huh. And ah... Well I technically have a mentor. I hadn't really spoken with him in awhile, though. And er... I've just kinda been doing some studying on my own, really."
