In the past, Lord Izu was nothing like he is currently. In the past he was known to be a violent fighter, Lord Izu's actions tended to be for the best. He had a very poor sense of direction. Lord Izu lived for battle, and enjoyed a good fight more than anything. He even helds back in an effort to make any fight last longer. He used to claim that injury and death are nothing but the price one pays for a good fight. Despite his tendency to be brutal, Lord Izu was known to usually stop a fight if his opponent is too injured to fight back, claiming he is not interested in fighting "weaklings who can't fight anymore", and he did not feel obligated to deal a death blow to anyone who could not stand up to his level. However, he will unhesitatingly kill his opponent if they refuse to end their fight, "The Demon of the Blade".

On multiple occasions, Lord Izu was shown to greatly respect those who can defeat him in a fight and those who can push him to his limit. Ever since the current Kenpachi handed him his first known loss, Lord Izu has considered a great idle and still respects him to this day. It was said that Lord Izu also contradicted his own logic in fighting. On the one hand, Lord Izu wished to increase his own personal power. On the other hand, he had concealed his strength to enjoy a fight for as long as possible. Lord Izu used to strongly believe fun comes before working. In every battle, he tries to get as much enjoyment out of it as possible.

Current:
Izureign is a laid back and flamboyant man, evident in his style of dress and general attitude, and he is rarely seen without a smile. In his off time, he often drinks sake in bars and naps. He likes steamed buns that go with sake, but dislikes powdered green tea. Other times, he likes to watch nature takes it course.

Izureign tends to use a more casual speech style than many other captains. He generally refers to his fellow captains and Shinigami by their first name followed by an honorific. Izureign is a peace-loving man who will always try to talk his way out of a fight, though he doesn't wish to insult opponents by refusing to fight. The slightly eccentric Izureign also seems to like making an impression on opponents.Though Izureign tries to talk his way out of a fight, he will fight when the situation demands it, as seen in his battles.

He maintains a level of honor and integrity when engaging in battle. He refuses to fight with children or even in the presence of a child. He always maintains a semblance of respect for his opponent and is polite in combat situations. Even when fighting powerful opponents, he rarely loses his cool, going as far as to make small talk and joke around with his opponents.

Despite being one of the strongest and oldest captains, Izureign retains a level of humility and isn't overly arrogant about his strength, acknowledging that other Captains has or will have the potential to become stronger than himself given enough time. Izureign has shown a great distaste for fighting, stating "that it doesn't matter whether you owe someone or they owe you; as soon as you start fighting, you are in the wrong either way." He also dislikes taking the life of innocent people.

- Bio: [A boy by the name of Roka Junsui was born in Japan. Roka was raised in the small village of Konkara. He lived under the priest and along all of his students whom are still connected with the old fashion remedies of what would be feudal Japan. As a young child Roka loved playing the bells of the sanctuary and singing about the wonderful gifts that Buddha had blessed him. He was always a happy and a playful little child. His best friend was a boy named of Miroku and they would always meet under a Sakura Tree that was in full bloom to play music together. Roka would live a happy childhood with Miroku by his side and slowly becoming a priest.

During his middle years, the ages between 20-40, Roka became the Head Priest of Konkara. He soon became infamous all throughout Japan as becoming known as “Heaven’s Hands” for it was said that he could cure any disease that he could come in contact with. However even though his abilities were based on the healing side , deep down in her heart Roka wished to gain strong abilities that would allow him to fight alongside his comrades and face demons with his fighting techniques rather than just healing people for the rest of his life.

During his latter years of his life, Roka continued to heal people with his remedies and he would live out his life doing so. Eventually Roka, at the age of 79, fell ill. Roka would soon die to his illness but thanks to his incredible deeds and undertakings, Roka was blessed with a new life. He was to be reborn within the Soul Society, a reincarnation so to be speak. That's exactly what happened.

After Roka's death, the small town had a whole week of the year dedicated to his efforts against illness and buried him in a Shrine. Some legends say that is was the Shrine and Roka’s soul that blessed the town with all of it’s wonder but that is just a legend. Roka died with the agonizing thought on how he wished he had more physical powers rather than healing.

Roka was reborn in the Soul Society to the Gravellia clan who’s current leader was an old Soul Reaper named Hyka Manseo Gravellia. However, in this life he was not known by Roka. He was renamed, Izureign Genreisai Kyokosaka. The first of a new side branch of the family that Hyka planned on creating. Lord Izu lived another happy life but in the polar opposite atmosphere. He was raised and taught on how to be himself and let his soul guide him through life and not the lessons of others. Roka soon blossomed like the flowers and let his personality soar. Due to his strong pressure and powers as a young child, Hyka had to hone it and started to train him at a young age to become a Soul Reaper. It was here that Lord Izu began to hone and manifest the way of the blade and it was also here that the blade soon began to take over his very soul.

After rigorous years of training with Hyka, Lord Izu left for the academy. Lord Izu would enroll in the academy and was praised for his abilities within all ranges. Lord Izu would eventually graduate at the top of class. He would return home but to his dismay he would realize that Hyka had died and moved on. Lord Izu would fall in a deep depression and would hide from the world in isolation for a total of five months.

After the five months had completed Lord Izu’s whole personality had changed. He was more deadly, demonic, and blood thirsty. Lord Izu then would enroll into the 13 Court Guard Squads where he was placed as the third officer of Squad 11. Lord Izu would not try to make friends during this time. He preferred to hone his skills and become and excellent swords man. Within six months he was promoted to Lt. of Squad 11 Under the current Kenpachi. In time he would realize that he was no match for the current Kenpachi, so he trained harder and faster. He would slaughter anyone who would come into his way, thus earning his first nickname. "The Demon of the Blade.". It seemed like he was going on a down hill slope fast until the Captain Commander approached him.

She claimed that he had a lot of potential and power. That he should not let his dissappointments cloud his judgment and allow the blade to fully consume his life. Upon hearing this, Lord Izu requested leave once more. Lord Izu would remain away for a total of six years.

Once a six year time spand had ended the "Demon" returned to the Soul Society wand requested a transfer into Squad Two. Upon doing so he would reveal that his whole personality had changed and that he finally spoke to his zanpakto for the first time. It was here when he revealed his true nature of his Zanpaktou, Kareinzai.

After Lord Izu was granted the transfer, He would learn the way of the Stealth Force and climb the ranks swiftly. He would learnt the way of the assassin's but his true ideal was learning the way of all the different weapons and blades that had come to exist and as in doing so, his zanpaktou Kareinzai would reveal more of itself. Thus earning him the nickname "The Weapon Guru."

After quite some time, Lord Izu was granted a Lt. Spot in Squad Two but he did not hold that title for long.

Due to the retiring of the previous Captain, the Vacancy of Captain of Squad Eight appeared. Due to his infamous title and background in the art of all weapons it was natural that he was given the opportunity to take the Captain's test. It was in his exam that Lord Izu revealed his Bonkai and how he already fullied mastered it but he did not want to show it because he wanted to know more about Weapons.

Then it was by a unanimous council vote that Lord Izu was to become the New Squad Eight Captain. {The story shall continue...through Role Play...} ]

Switching Prowess: Now there is on key in the switching powers that lie within the blade. Yes it is true that the sword has the ability to change state, however to keep the energy flow balanced, once the sword has changed from one state to another it must remain in that state for five whole post before it can change to another.

Special Ability One: {Dance of the Solider} - This is the first and natural state of Shikai state. This is the state it always starts off in. The sword has a special ability known as “Kigetsu no Dansu” {Dance of the Demon Moon.”} This ability allows a slim amount of the reaistu to retain on the trim of the sword. Then this trim start circulate around the blade thus giving it a slight lustrous glow. The speed of how fast the reaitsu moves in fact sharpens the blade two times per every three post. When the blade becomes sharper, it is obvious that the blade itself would become sharpened and easier to cut objects through and through with. However after the sword is sharpened at its maximum extent it will remain sharpened for total of six post where it would then dull down in the same way it was sharpened. Then after the ability is all said and done with, the wielder must wait a total of one post before using this ability again. ~ Stage one is a regular blade, Stage two- The sword now piece or slice through small kido attacks and now cut through top and or slim muscle or objects easily. Stage 3, allows the wielder to cut through heavy kido and cut through thick muscle and objects easily as well as metal, steel, and boulders~ {Not Including Zanpakto or Metal enforced with Spiritual Energy}

Special Ability Two {Dance of the Twins} - When the incantation of “Pisutoru” {Pistol} is muttered or said by Izu, his Zanpaktou will change into a twin based pistols. One will take form of a black pistol with a silver cross while the other will take a black pistol with a red cross. There is a picture below for more detail. The ability of the pistol is that Izu can re-equip his weapon into dual pistols which fire reiatsu bullets from each gun. Each bullet will take the actual size of an average world of the living bullet and will travel as such. Meaning each bullet fired will travel at the rate of 15 meters per second. He can fire bullets with a fourth of a second drawback time to “reload”. These bullets may have good aim and a good stanza for hitting their mark as long as the target is in a 50 meter range. Another attribute to the pistols is that they can fire some Hado spells. Meaning when Izu has the pistols out, all Hado spells shall be channeled through the barell of the pistols. This has no particular effect on the Kido but is an unnecessary drawing hazard. The Kido work within the same attribute of when the zanpaktou was not released. Meaning Izu does not need to chat the incantation when using any Hado in his guns but it will not have the same strength as if it was chanted.

Special Ability 3 {Dance of the Assassin} - When Izu uses the incantation of “Sogeki-hei” Izu’s sword becomes a long black sniper. This Sniper is roughly the same length as his sword. Also a feature about his sheath in this form. His sheath widens up as well to hold his sniper. Izu can re-equip his weapon into a sniper which can release his reiatsu bullets at intense speed. The average speed of the bullet is roughly 35 meters per second. This concept was built around the reality of an actual sniper. However this weapon is good for long range battling it is not good for short range. It is a guarenteed missed shot if the target is within a 25 meter range. However the range of the target can be up to 150 meter’s away. The sniper can also release hado spells at intense speed. The bullets from this gun are unaffected by any support kido. However in this mode the sniper will double any hado that is shot from the sniper and it can deal double the damage of an average kido used. The sniper’s bullet twist at an un-variable rate which makes the force of the bullet even twice the power and condentration of what it should be. In other words, the bullet can pierce through average armor, steel, and or metal. However kido can easily resit the bullet. If the kido is strong, if it is a weak based kido, it will not stand a chance against the power of the bullet. Another bonus that comes with the sniper is that it also is the only portion of his zanpakto that comes with 2 support units. The first unit is a camouflage cloak which makes Izu's reiatsu “invisible” which means that no one can sense or feel where Izu is by his spiritual pressure; also the cloak blends in with the surrounding area or environment. Meaning that there is only one way to see him. One can see him by actually only by seeing him with their eyes alone if he shifts or the wind blows or something like that. However there is a drawback, he cannot move around while using the cloak or its abilities become null and void. The second unit is a scouter which helps Izu literally see the reiatsu within a 200 meter scope, the color will turn up red if it is an enemy's reiatsu but will be blue for an ally. This is done by a connection between Izu and his zanpaktou. Even if there is a physical object blocking the enemy the scouter can still see their reiatsu. Say, for example if the enemy is hiding behind a rock the scouter can still trace their reiatsu. The sniper has one special trick up its sleeve. The infamous "trick shot" which allows the bullet to bounce off different objects instead of penetrating them, by using the scouter to lock on to every enemy in sight the scouter will pin point the spot for Izu to shoot that will allow him to have the best way of hitting all the enemies at once with one shot. However, he can only bounce off a target once and he has a special process that is done between his finger and the trigger once. Meaning if the target is in a complete maze of boulders it is likely that Izu cannot hit them. Also there is a five second reload processing for shooting bullets.

Special Ability Four: {Dance of the Demon} - Once triggered by the incantation of “Tsume” {Claw}. Grasping onto zanpaktou with his right hand, the entire sword glows white and shrinks in size. When the emitted glow dies out, it is revealed that the sword has now taken on the form of a black and purple gauntlet, with a small chain linking it to a stinger-like blade on Izu’s middle finger. The "blade" is about twice as long as the normal length of Izu's fingers, which slightly increases his striking distance. In this form, the zanpaktou is still capable of withstanding an opponent's sword attacks, as Izu can block incoming attacks with the "blade" and gauntlet portions but extreme aim and caution has to be taken in order to do so. The actual capability of this zanpaktou is taken into two “Dances” As its first “Dance” Izu’s stabs the enemy with the Zanpaktou’s “blade”. In addition to creating a rather deep wound, the attack leaves a flower-shaped stamp on the victim’s body, which in fact resembled the Oleander flower which is the deadliest flower known to man. Spreading from the center of the wound, known as the “Shi-Hanabira” ("Death Petal"), this stamp becomes the target of Izu's second attack. This stamp also is only good for a Six post interval and then it will disappears. The second stamp is known as Shi no Butō {Dance of Death}. If struck in the same spot where the “Shi-Hanabira” was located or that was hit the first time, the person will be intoxicated with a sheer amount of poison that eats away at Nervous System, and thus illustrate "Death in Two Steps.". If the target is pierced twice in the same spot, it will take a three post allowed intertacking which means the person won’t feel like that have been poisoned or even know that they have been poisoned. Following that procedure, a two post pain process of high extreme will kick in that will affect the host of the poison. During this process the host of the poison will suffer dementia, pain, blurry version, nero-cronic symptoms, and muscle spasms. Then lastly, on the third post the host of the poison will faint due to the “eat through” of stimulants which shut down the Nero System. If the host is treated within five post {or unless the RPC decides they want to die right away} they will ultimately die. However it is possible to save someone from this poison if they know it is in effect or even five post after the person has “died” . Another counterpart to this technique is that the poison works as well on Izu as anyone else. So he has to be extremely careful to not touch the “blade”. This is also Izu’s favorite weapon and style.

- Zanpakutō Bankai Name: Akuma no Tsubasa-dansu {Dance of the Demon Blades}
- Zanpakutō Bankai Appearance: [Izu's released Bankai Zanpakuto Kareinzai, is a straight double edged sword. A most slim sword that is most diligent and graceful (almost like the Rapier sword). The blade itself is blood red. This allows Izu to be very flexible with his sword movements; therefore, making him a most skillful swordsman. ]

Special Ability 1: Upon the command "Unholy Demon who has not been please, rain your blades from the heavens and destroy all in you wake. Dance your deadly Dance, Kareinzai!" his Zanpakuto is then released in Bankai mode, thus the sword pulses red. When this comes to effect, Izu suddenly slices his hand open or pricks his finger which allows blood to fall upon the blade. After this process has been done he will stick the sword in the ground and recite the word “Dance”. When this occurs this lets the blooded blade to come in contact with his surroundings (or mainly the ground itself), and within the range of exactly 200 meters he can then use his sword to conduct the power of his riatsu, which is already one with the ground itself; Therefore, with but a swing or any movements of his sword, he can shape-shift the ground, turning it into blade like structures. By using this ability, he can aim any of his opponent's surroundings and turn them into a most dangerous obstacle. This ability is called " Burēdo no Odori" (Dance of Blades). This is what makes him lethal as a medium/sami-long range fighter. As for close range, it is much more dangerous, due to his skillful swordsmanship. All swords created by any ability within Bonkai can also harm Izureign as well.

Special Ability 2: If Izu cuts his hand again or he uses more blood that is freshly oxidized, he this time creates a clone of himself, made entirely from his own blood or anothers by mixing the blood, ground, and rachi. However, this is no mere clone. This one clone is a strange and red liquid creature-like technique, that is most lethal and should not be taken lightly. With but a wave of any parts of its limbs, they instantly melt back into blood at first, yet they instantly and quickly turn into blades. Depending on how many drops the clone splatters into the air, with a wave of its limbs, it could possibly shoot hundreds of blades or more, as they shoot with such blinding speed towards its opponent. What's more is that when this clone is created, Izu concentrates his riatsu into this clone, thus, he is possibly able to keep up with his opponents movements, by controlling the clone's speed to accelerate at such a massive level. By doing so, the clone is able to be a most dangerous obstacle, by continuing to follow and fight against Izu's opponent, and making it difficult for the enemy to get near him. This ability is called "Daruu No Dansu" (Mirror's Dance) As a last resort (if ever the clone becomes destroyed), it will instantly shatter back into drops of blood. However, this last move is to create confusion to the opponent. As the blood shatters away, it spreads around the opponent, in mid air, only appearing as simple drops of blood. But with a last clench of Izu's hand, he commands all those bloods, that are scattered, to instantly turn into hundreds of blades, as they trap his opponent in a barrier of blades. Once this is activated, with that clench of his hand into a fist, he immediately controls all the blades to close in on his opponent all at once, thus, which is considered to be one of his deadly techniques. This technique is called "Dance of the Iron Maiden". However it is obvious since, it takes blood to create such a puppet, during this process Izureign's own personal strength and speed will be cut in creating such a puppet until either the blood rejoin his body or his blood is built back up {a ten post recharge of blood should be sufficient}

Special Ability 3: If done properly, and set up perfectly, he is able to trap his opponent in a large perfect aligned circle, surrounding his opponent with 10 sharp scythe-like blade structures sticking out of the ground, in a perfect circle. Whether the opponent is fast or not, powerful or weak, once this circle surrounds his enemy, there is no escape from it. All 10 blades are spiritually connected, thus allowing Izu to begin his special technique, called " Dansu No Ishiozen Kyozei" (Dance of The Blades of Submission). When this comes to effect, the blades begin to spin around the circle, creating a massive pressure of riatsu, that is capable of paralyzing his opponent and his/her riatsu. When this happens, Izu begins to gracefully swing his sword in a certain type of dance (mainly his hands and sword, as if he was conducting or training). By doing so, he begins to perform 20 air slashes, which then causes the riatsu, that is containing his opponent, to shape into thin sharp-like blades that instantly inflict great damage upon his opponent. This move is so powerful, it completely immobilizes or causes the opponent to be incapable of fighting for a long period of time, due to the inflictions of damage, caused to the opponent. To some, who may be weaker, it can be quite deadly.

Special Ability Four- This ability is the final technique known to the Zanpakto. It is only used when Izu is ready to be taken “seriously” or he does not want to waste time. This technique is known as “Dance of the Blade Forest”. After stabbing his blade into the ground and concentrating a huge amount of spiritual energy within the blade, he may arise countless scythe like blades that arise upward from the ground which cover a 200 meter radius. These blades become all different sizes and shapes as well as curves therefor they depict a giant morbid forest. Izu can control the movement of the blades and can make them lung foreward towards a target, however during this whole process he is left without a sword and cannot use any zanjustu. As with the first ability, the swords can also cut Izureign so he has to be extremely careful.

- Hand-to-hand combat: (Hakuda)
[Lord Izu is a normal advent when using hand to hand combat. However he will never use any Hakuda/Kido besides Shunko which he has not fully mastered and can only hold for five post.]

- Agility: (Hohō)
[~Dashing~ A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's attributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks.

~Senkaimon~ (穿界門, World Penetration Gate) is the dimensional gateway which Shinigami use to enter and leave Soul Society by unlocking it. When guided by a Jigokuchō, the Senkaimon takes the form of a waiting room entered through a sliding door. Humans can also use such a gate through the use of Reishihenkanki (霊子変換 機, Spirit Exchangers), which convert solid matter into spirit particles.

~Shunpo (Flash-Step)~ A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high lieutenant ranking, must be able to possess Shunpo. Furthermore, it is a most fearsome mid-range/long-range speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. All in all, this ability can only be used by lieutenants and captains. For lieutenants it is nearly mastered, yet not perfected. Therefore, it is only of mid-range level 1. For captains Shunpo is of a level 2 maximum ability in which it is fully perfected for both mid-range and long-range.

~Air Walk~ Another skill, though not necessarily related, is the Soul Reaper ability to walk on air using spiritual energy. By collecting and solidifying spiritual particles beneath their feet, Soul Reapers can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. This particular ability can only be obtained from officer level. Furthermore, it cannot necessarily be used every so often, especially for officers. It is an ability that can only be temporarily used but cannot last for a very long period of time. However, for lieutenants, they can stay on air for quite a bit longer and for captains, it can be held for quite a long while considering the great amount of riatsu within a captain ranking individual.

~Utsusemi~ This technique is one of the most difficult speed abilities of them all. Furthermore, this is also one of the two, that Youruichi developed as well. It is the 4 ways of the Shihou through Shunpo which is also known as "Utsusemi". It's ability is a speed known to be so fast that the user leaves an afterimage of him/herself. Its affect is most absolute, superb, and flawless if ever fully perfected. And to be more specific, Utsusemi's speed is so fast, that the enemy can practically feel and touch the physical body of the afterimage and not even know the very fact that it is nothing more but an afterimage. Its very image can easily deceive the eyes of the enemy. This technique is very rare, thus few captains are able to possess such a flawless ability.]

- Swordsmanship:
Izu is an Expert in swordsmanship. He was once not only a Squad 11 Lt. but as well as Squad Two. There are many upon many incidents where his sword play is his strongest suit. Weapons are his forte and the sword is best weapon and knows more about. Some say the only thing that can beat him is a Kenpachi but those are just rumors

Well my commission was completed so I changed my RPC appearence

Background:
I edited by stating : "Roka was born into a family to whom have retained the old style teachings of feudal Japan, rather than stating that he was born in feudal Japan.

Personal Information:
I tweaked his personality a little bit to make him seem more of a playful guy. I will elaborate on how he enjoys dancing and how the art of dance is just beautiful. This will also be explained more in detail on why I didn't change the Bonkai.



Kidō:
Fixed to your liking.

Statistics:
I added the vulnerability to Dance of the Assassin as well as Dance of the Demon. I also added a five post sustain level he must use before he may switch again

Bankai:
I should have explained this earlier. Kareinzai is a Japanese ritual done through the art of dance. It was said to appease a demon long ago who, when not pleased, would make blades fall from the sky and slaughter everyone. My Great Uncle {who is Japanese} said that when doing this performance that there are four rituals or dances done to appease the demon. If not done well, the demon will perform his own dance which would in the end cause blades to fall from the heavens and slaughter everyone. This blade is based off that legend.

Of course, I changed the names so it seems like it fits in more. You have your four "illusionary" dances. The dance of the Soilder. {Which is based off the story about the Soilder who never returned and his blade.}

The Dance of the Twins, which is based of the story about the ancient twins that worked together to defeat their enemy.

The Dance of the Assassin: Which is based off the story about the assassin that stayed in the shadows and destroyed those of sinful nature.

The Dance of the Demon: The last dance which represents the story about the poisonous demon who killed other demons in order to become human.

Then we get to his Bonkai.
The Bonkai is the Dance of Blades. In other words this is the part where this so called demon or Kareinzai begins his own dance to show he is not happy and causes "blades to fall from the sky."

To show this more in depth I changed the Incantations to,

Shikai: "Dance to appease the unholy demon, Kareinzai."
Bonkai: "Unholy Demon who has not been pleased, rain your blades from the heavens and destroy all in you wake. Dance your deadly Dance, Kareinzai."

      -The reference does not change the fact that the Bankai is majorly irrelevant any more than it initially had. While it does continue to explain the utilisation of weapons, it still does not provide justification enough for details such as cloning or manipulation of the earth. They are, yes, loosely attached, however not enough to be fully considered, as they still remain to appear more outstanding than the others, within both the Bankai and Shikai.
      -The Bankai also remains to have no drawbacks to its usage, and allows the wielder to freely utilise its abilities without any worry.
      -That is all.

Bankai:
....It's a demon. A demon from which in Japanese folklore had a basic concept and earth manipulation since it is said that demon's are "Devil of Mother Earth." As for cloning. Cloning is a simple technique that any demon can perform. This is a basic concept in demonology. These are all abilities based on the actual legend my great uncle told me. It took me a long time to make this blade but I swear every ability is linked to the legend.

-I added drawbacks, but the most simulative one is when the blood clone ability. The sword ability are casual drawbacks that work in general.
