We could also have the students work together with their classes or in groups to put together stalls or games. (Kind of like in some anime's where they make a haunted house or a small student run cafe, etc...)

Tracey thought of the name for the organization and she took it from an anime called Blood+, because uncreative. And I went on the anime's wiki page the other day and read why it was called the Red Shield and I thought it was pretty clever. So yeah. I wanted a clever name for this organization though. Maybe a cool acronym? I dunno.
