Sailor Urda, officially 167 Urda (didn't realize [Q] Clifford Barnes // Chibi Senshi of Blackthorns was Urda! Sorry about that!)
Switching name to 1711 Sandrine
Execution - specifically the manner, style, or result of performance act or an instance of putting to death or being put to death as a lawful penalty. Not death itself, just the methodology of it.
Name: Jack Bromwich
Nickname:
Age: 19
Birthday: Sept. 4
Sign: Virgo
Gemstone: Sapphire
Blood Type: B-
Fav. Food: Beet Pickled Eggs
Hated Food: Any sort of fried potato product
School: DCU
Hobbies:
Urban Exploration – Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints. Its the thrill of the adventure combined with the excitement of discovery that keeps Jack out at all free hours. She prefers transit and utility tunnels of the underways forgotten by Destiny City- abandoned subway and underground railway tunnels, bores and stations where relics from the Art Deco construction, homeless squatters and beautiful graffiti impart a feeling of a dystopian super-future on a separate planet.
Period Dramas – Doesn't matter if its Tudor, Korean, Japanese, Russian, fictional, historic fiction...if its a period piece and a drama show, movie or book, Jack's got it on one of her shelves the day it comes out for purchase. She searches amazon.whatever country to import what she can't get domestically, as well as half.com and bargain bins looking for old ones that aren't in circulation anymore.
Burlesque – She doesn't do any full blowouts, but she likes to do the supportive dance, the MC-ing, the mime act, the audience laughs plants or heckling- the mix of energy from the audience and the vaudevillian performing in an amateur setting is a rush she can't get enough of. Jack is almost always trying out for the Rocky Horror floor show, and tries to get in on any midnight stage scene she can find. The improv aspect of this sort of show business suits Jack.
Virtues:
Adaptive/Inventive – A wall is just a door with a different key, and that's pretty much the philosophy that Jack lives by. She doesn't let a tight space limit her, and she's happy to come up with more than a dozen ways, many stupid or odd, to fix problems, get out of binds, achieve goals, or help out others. Homogenization is stagnation and stagnation is ennui.
So if someone needs a hand with a creative fundraiser, if there's important work done but the machine is broken, or just a break is wanted from the humdrum of movie and a pizza, Jack is the gal to find to gerrymander something together out of a rubber band, chewing gum, two paperclips and a wrapper.
Devoted – Jack's the gal who will stay up way past 24 hours to make sure a job is done as well as the gal who will stay by allies even when they make mistakes. She understands that sometimes wrenches are thrown into the works, things go wrong, and she'll be there to make sure business get finished. It might not be how it should have been finished, but it will get done. 'So in a word, don't shed a tear she'll be here when it all gets weird If she ever leaves this world alive'
Iron Stomach – She has the heart and belly of a king, so she's not squeamish about getting into the rough messy situations, dealing with her own mistakes, or making tough decisions. Jack's not afraid of facing confrontation, and making it a constructive experience, and believes in dealing with what comes with a good dose of humor.
Flaws:
Humor's a two-edged Sword – Not everyone appreciates a wiseguy. Sometimes going on with a witty repartee does more to offend people that nothing can be taken seriously or solemnly and makes enemies out of friends. Jack pretty frequently opens mouth and inserts foot when making jokes about stuff no one else finds very funny.
Short Fuse – While Jack's in it for the long run (whatever it is), she's also got a temper on a twitch line. She doesn't take someone being sarcastic or mean lying down, and comes right back at them in an explosive way. Oftentimes she escalates the situation in her reply beyond what it ever should have been to begin with. Not every overstep can be taken back, so she's damaged and lost some friends by popping off.
Proactive Extreme – Jack isn't much of one to sit around to discuss strategy, she's more likely to make a decision of how things are going to be and do them. Poor shy people, if she decides they need a hug. But in the field, this means she probably isn't paying close attention to scripts or decisions people made. It can get her into bad situations, or leave someone else high and dry because she wasn't there when the quarterback called for a pass- she was playing quarterback herself and calling for a punt.

Ability:
Execution was intended to be a primarily DPS-class Player Character.
Sailor Scout Ability: By the Sword!
How it Works. Sandrine drags two nails of one hand along the 'wrist' dagger of the other hand, then summons out from there a thin sword of magical blood.
Range. The sword acts as a projectile, throwing no more than 15 ft.
Duration. Instantaneous (like magic missle)
Damage Summary. The sword makes surface-wounds, nothing deep, but damaging to creatures like Youma or Wraiths. It is not corporeal enough to be used to inflict stabbing wounds in any way. In the case of blows that are thin-skinned areas (like the neck), the 'surface area wound' only still applies! It leaves deeper wounds on an arm than it would at the neck or under an arm where it might become OP by cutting an artery.
Weaknesses. It takes practice to aim the projectile, as it doesn't have the benefit of an aiming position like a bow. An enemy that blocks it with their weapon dispels it.
Frequency of Usage. Twice a battle
Super Sailor Scout Ability: By the Axe!
How it Works. Sandrine drags two nails of both hands along the 'wrist' daggers of the opposite wrists, then summons out from there an executioner's axe of magical blood.
Range. Axe range, throwing no more than 10 feet.
Duration. Instantaneous (like magic missle)
Effect Summary. The axe makes moderate wounds where it cuts. It is not corporeal enough to actually remove someone else's body part- hand, neck, foot or whatever.
Weaknesses. An executioner's axe is a very specialized sort of axe- heavy and not suited for combat. They were meant to strike an immobilized prisoner- weight, angle of the blade, and sharpness were all factors specifically designed to make limb removal fast....not for attacking mobile and very aggressive prey. It has awkward projectile physics that will take a lot of aiming practice. An enemy that blocks it with their weapon dispels it.
Frequency of Usage. Once a battle
Eternal Sailor Ability: To the Gallows
How it Works. Sandrine lifts one hand and shouts the command phrase. A ripple of magical blood splashes out from her feet (hence her boots coloring). Any perceived enemy ( AOE ) stepping into the bloodfield is garroted by a magical noose that appears and lifts them off the ground to hang. The noose becomes their physical tie, and can be attacked. Victims of this spell become ethereal themselves, and cannot be targetted by other attacks until the Gallows ends.
Range. 8ft radius centered on Sandrine
Duration. The blood lasts up to one minute, but does not move with Sandrine. The duration of hanging, if someone is successfully caught is 30 seconds. After the hanging, the rope vanishes and the hangee is magically standing back where they were when they were noosed. If someone is caught late in the duration of the blood, the hanging still persists the 30 second after the blood vanishes. Hangees appear on the ground after the spell ends, restored to being able to be attacked again.
Damage Summary. The nooses/hanging do NOT have any chance to break the hangee's neck. As the average person can hold their breath about a minute, this attack is not lethal. It can cause extreme discomfort, panic, deep bruising from the victim's weight being forced on their neck muscles, and shortness of breath for a while.
Weaknesses. The disembodied noose can be cut, freeing a victim Robin Hood style from the 'gallows'. Victims freed in this way drop down and are not subject to further effect of the blood field even if they are in its range. Victims of this spell cannot be hit by other spells or attacks. Sandrine herself cannot leave the circle of blood during the spell, but she can move around within it.
Frequency of Usage. Once a battle
