Sailor Vanth, officially (90482) Orcus I Vanth
Felicity - (Felicitas): a condition of divinely inspired productivity, blessedness, or happiness. Although felicitas may be translated as "good luck," Fortuna was unpredictable and her effects could be negative, as the existence of an altar to Mala Fortuna ("Bad Luck"). These two goddesses were acknowledged as separate. Felicitas always had a positive significance.

Hobbies:
Singing – She likes to participate in community events of the choral variety, take private and group lessons, and occasionally trouble her dad to help her get a junior permit from the city during breaks to do some busking. She tries to record and mix down her own stuff as much as she can, but she hasn’t gotten so far as cutting any cd’s or releasing the tracks on the internet.
Gymnastics – She’s far from the best at the gym, but her favorite is the floor exercises and tumbling. Its even better when its to music she can hum along with as she’s making a pass across the floor. She’s been in classes since she was 5, and looks forward to doing it all her life.
Ephemera/Genealogy...ghost hunting – She likes to collect old photos, journals and letters from antique stores and then try to hunt down as much information about the persons, places, and situations behind and around the item as possible. She enjoys the hunt of it, the diving through old manuscripts, the calligraphy, but especially the hope that someday she’ll find proof of ghosts. It all started after reading “A Disappearance and an Appearance” by M. R. James. It might be fiction, but it could happen, right?
Virtues:
Dedicated – She doesn’t give up easily, even faced with daunting odds. This aspect of her natural Taurian bull-headedness has been nurtured by her ghost hunting and patient hours spent looking through records and learning how to decipher the messy scribbles of 1800s calligraphy. It has carried over to the rest of her life that Saorise is willing to put her nose to the grindstone, exciting or not the task given, to see it finished. If something calls her away from a project, she will return to it eventually to try to see it through.
Virtuous – With the loss of her mother early on in her life, Saorise has tried to treat everyone as though the they might be dead tomorrow and take nothing for granted. It has become second nature to her to be as kind, understanding, and generous with herself and her assets as she can. Her hand is one of the first in the air when volunteers are asked for. She won't gossip about other people in a negative way. Even if she doesn't get along well with a classmate, if she's assigned to work with them on a project she'll do her best to work in compromise with them.
Little Miss Sunshine – Even when things are going sour, Saorise keeps her chin up. Getting angry or in the dumps won’t help a situation, it will hurt it. Hurtful bullying, bad marks on a test, or even scraped hands and knees from a fall won’t wipe the smile off her face.
Flaws:
Haste – While she’s always willing to lend a hand up, a shoulder to lean on, or hold up the flag for someone while they rest a moment, Saorise’s generosity has a limitation on time. She won’t get nasty with the person, but there’s other stuff she has to help with, or other places she needs to be. This can come across a variety of ways to others- cold, superficially helpful, fair-weather friend, or any other way the person in question would interpret their help suddenly needing to scarper. It sometimes happens that she lets go even if the other person wasn’t quite ready to stand on their own two feet, which could be bitter even when she's there again the next day offering to help. Healing and readiness has to work on her schedule, or they’ll just have to take what they can get. Her dedicated virtue means she will come back and check on people she’s left along the path, but by then they may already be annoyed or cross with her.
Painted Smile – She simply refuses to be sad, even if she is sad. Even if the grin has become a rictus book-ended with tears. Saorise doesn’t believe she has any more time to waste on sadness or anger, even in the face of how they can be healthy to experience and express. She’s actively trying to saw the arms of these feelings off her emotional self. This means when something does wound her, she doesn’t actually have the full capacity or coping mechanism to heal anymore. Socially, it can mean others read her as being superficial or deeply unsettling, and with good reason. Smile, it makes people wonder.
There is No Evil / Trust – The Joker may have just wanted to watch the world burn, but that’s just fiction, right? Saorise does not believe in true, unmitigated, unreasonable evil in the real world. It was just a bad choice. Give everyone a second, third...nth chance and they’ll reform and prove they’re a good person. It is frustrating as beating oneself against a brick wall to try to reason with her otherwise. She just won't wise up. This also means anyone who actually is chemically unbalanced, illogical, or just plain evil and enjoys it has found a real sucker they can take advantage of.

Ability:
Felicity was intended to be a primarily 'buffing'-class Player Character.
Sailor Scout Ability: Divinely Inspired (insert name)!
How it Works. Vanth touches her own heart, forehead, then mouth and recites the words of the spell. The indicated target receives the benefits of the magic.
Range. Within sight
Duration. The buff lasts 15 seconds
Effect Summary. Magic reduces Vanth's speed, strength and stamina back to that of a civilian while imparting and adding it onto her target. No matter Vanth's personal level/rank, this magic only ever imparts a +regular scouts extra power on them
Weaknesses. It leaves Vanth herself more vulnerable to the environment and attack than other powered individuals. Additionally, she can't bestow the buff on anyone who's name she doesn't know. If she can't see them, she can't bestow it either.
Frequency of Usage. Thrice a battle.
Super Sailor Scout Ability: Divine Productivity (insert names)!
How it Works. Vanth folds her hands over her heart then unfolds them. This magic effects her 'squad', up to five names.
Range. Within sight
Duration. The buff lasts 20 seconds
Effect Summary. Magic reduces Vanth's speed, strength and stamina back to that of a regular scout while imparting and adding it onto her targets. No matter Vanth's personal level/rank, this magic only ever imparts a +regular scouts extra power on them
Weaknesses. It leaves Vanth herself more vulnerable to the environment and attack. Additionally, she can't bestow the buff on anyone who's name she doesn't know. If she can't see them, she can't bestow it either. If she's interrupted between names, only those successfully and fully named benefit.
Frequency of Usage. Twice a battle.
Eternal Sailor Ability: Saeculum Res Publica
How it Works. 'renewal of the public', Vanth Utena-style pulls a cornucopia (a traditional symbol of the goddess Felicitas) out of herself and sows magic gold dust out of it.
Range. Within throwing/spattering with the dust
Duration. She can spatter people for 20 seconds
Effect Summary. Anyone hit with the dust feels their personal energy replenish the equivalent of one scout spell level. So an eternal hit with the dust that has used up all their magic and was exhausted would find themselves able to once again use a single cast of their regular scout ability. A target does not have to be exhausted for the magic to give them the energy for the extra use of the basic magic
Weaknesses. Vanth has to actually fairy-dust someone with the gold glitter for it to effect them, so she's limited in how many she can viably reach if they aren't nearby. It will only replenish them once, even if they immediately used their magic and then got splashed with more dust. It will replenish anyone it hits, chaos or order, so an enemy could take the cornucopia from her in that 20 seconds to use the dust or get in the way of her dusting someone. If Vanth is knocked unconscious, the cornucopia disappears immediately.
Frequency of Usage. Once a battle.
