Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E. 73 Stargazer
In late 2005, Gundam SEED DESTINY finished its run as the second TV series set in the Cosmic Era timeline. In early 2006, Sunrise announced a new OVA set in the CE universe: Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E. 73 Stargazer. Unlike the previous SEED series, the three episode Stargazer is directed by Susumu Nishizawa instead of Mitsuo Fukuda. Also, SEED and DESTINY character animation director Kenichi Ohnuki takes over as character designer from Hisashi Hirai. Set during the same timeframe as DESTINY, Stargazer shifts its focus to a new set of characters. So far, two characters have been announced: Sven Cal Bayan, a male Natural from the Earth Alliance's secret Phantom Pain unit, and Selene McGriff, a female Coordinator working as a researcher on the "GSX-401FW Stargazer Project". In addition, one mobile suit has been revealed: the GAT-X105E Strike Noir. Unlike other Gundam OVA releases, Stargazer will be made available through net streams and other events. The first episode is set to debut in May 2006, and the series hasn't been licensed for a U.S. release.

I can't wait to see it. There's a new producer and a new character design person. I love the Gat-X105E Strike Noir.

Meh...
Kill-'em-all Tomino was good, I think. At least he made things interesting.

I don't know if anyone else knows this, but the first episode of Stargazer has just been released. The episode looked promosing judging the screencaps and the Story is also interesting as is the first episode, the only thing that missed in it was the Gundam fight. But the episode was spectacular and did exceed my original expectations, i'm surely going to buy the DVD's when they come out.
