Jigoku is the lowest level of the dome and by far the hottest. The atmosphere is very humid once on the outside of the base of the Reinō Spiritual Ability Research Facility. Only in that lab is it cool for human interaction. For an unknown reason though there is never any appropriate sunlight like on the level above it, which would be named Chikyū. For an odd reason the light that shines down below in Jigoku is blue. This was a mistake but Oleander or Rokamaru never fixed it because he said it looked very elegant and it brought out the inner beauty of Jigoku. The places that exist on this level are the Reinō Spiritual Ability Research Facility and Creation Graveyard. The Yūbokumin do run down here, they may take you to either the Reinō Spiritual Ability Research Facility or the Creation Graveyard. They may also take you back up to the second level of Chikyū.
