This level, known as Chikyū, represents all levels of earthly value. Located on this level Communication Research Section and Spiritual Wave Measurement Lab. This atmosphere's acts like that of the normal earth or Soul Society, however its has a clear blue sky with the perfect humanoid temperature to where it is not to hot nor to cold. This level is the middle level and is the level that everyone walks into if they use the main door of the Biome. Which in fact, is the only way to get in. This level has perfect harmony and life. It has the nickname of "Utopia" because all plant life forms are at the healthiest point in their life thanks to the special fertilizer and compounds that are dropped from the sealing every two hours. Do no fret, it is not poisonous. The water is also crystal clear. The Yūbokumin may run anyone to the third level and to any labs on the second level.
