YOU ARE JUST GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS

What makes you tick? The truth is, you’re not really sure. It seems like a silly question: why ask what makes you tick when you have to keep going anyway? Generally, you get out of bed in the morning because you’re on autopilot, rather than because there is something that you really want to do. It’s not that you don’t like your life, but, at the same time, you don’t really get the feeling you’re in control of how it unfolds. You are like an extra in the film of your own life, turning this way and that without ever quite knowing how or why. As for total happiness and profound wellbeing, you’re not even sure they really exist. They seem to belong to a fairytale world, rather than the daily grind we actually experience. It’s because of this attitude that you feel you’re just going through the motions, or that everything is beyond your control. It sounds like your confidence, your self-esteem and your opinion of what life has to offer have taken a bit of a knock. Perhaps there have been few occasions when you have felt really happy, have been told you have done well or have felt truly appreciated; those are the sort of things which inspire people to move forward. And yet there is part of you that really wants to be in the thick of things. Take time to rediscover the excited, fearless child inside you, who still has their hopes and dreams intact. Get back in touch with the things you really like doing. Stop walking around on autopilot and learn to be more spontaneous. Remind yourself it is OK to have fun in life. You have nothing to lose if you try these things, and much to gain.

Not sure how to take this. I am a bit mehh about life, but I'm pretty sure I'm having fun in life atm. Oh wait I forgot, college. *facepalms*

What's Your Attitude To Life Test.

TEST: WHAT’S YOUR ATTITUDE TO LIFE?
TEST: What’s your attitude to life?
YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR OWN DESTINY
It’s a thirst for success and a desire to be a winner that keeps you forging ahead. You are someone who sets themselves goals — usually quite challenging ones — and you won’t give up until you’ve achieved them. You believe it’s a jungle out there, and only the fittest will survive. But there is another side to you. Life in the past might not have been terribly easy, and it may be that old wounds and unfulfilled wishes drive you in your quest for success. It’s as if you want justice for the things that have not gone your way in the past. If, in the past, you’ve ever been really short of money, you will do everything in your power to make sure that you’ve got as much, if not more, money than other people. If, when you were a child, you were told you were a waste of space, you will take on anyone who dares to put you down. Of course you want to show others that you can be successful and in complete control of your life, but don’t forget about your own happiness. Take some time out and stop running about like a headless chicken. Are you putting all that energy into something that is really going to do you good, and which makes you happy? If you can find the answer, it will help you get back in touch with what you really want from life.

You are guided by fate

It’s curiosity about what life has in store that keeps you going. You think that there is a path mapped out for you in advance and that all you need do is stare in wonder as it unfurls in front of you. What’s the point in forcing things? It’s much easier to be carried along with the tide, to go with the flow. You’ve got a lot of confidence in what the future holds. You’re able to remain calm in the face of most challenges, when others would be climbing the walls. And if a storm is brewing, you will just wait it out. But take care: letting things run their natural course can mean you’re wasting time, or missing out on excitement and discovery. Some people take this to extremes, leaving their life entirely to fate. Don’t forget about what you want from life — about your own deepest desires — and take action to achieve your goals. Make things happen, get the most you can out of life. Life has a lot to offer, but you can give something back by playing an active role. Remember that life is what you make it. Find a balance between having confidence in what is in store and allowing fate to run its course. Your journey through life will be all the better for it.

This is pretty accurate. o:
