[The Happiest Gambling Den on Earth!] "Pachinko SIIIIIIIILLLVEEEEERRRRR!"
How lucky are you? Do the fates favor you over others who act upon a similar fate? Here is a chance for you to test your luck against the very whims of chaos and fortune! Now working together in tandem with the city of Okina, Pachinko Silver opens the gates to its newest franchise gambling den right here in YOUR backyard! However, there is a catch...you must first obtain pay a toll in order to enter and spin the wheel of fate! How do you pay the toll, you ask? Elementary!
This is not a test of skill, nor a test of wits. It is a test of destiny itself! You may spin the wheel of fate as many times as you wish, but only the fates will decide whether or not to allow you to score a victory at the Pachinko Slots! Do you fancy your luck? Shall you give it a shot?

[Rules]
1. To spin the wheel, you must make a complete post here in which your character observes the den around him and actively spins the pachinko wheel. You must also place a minimum [100 gg] wager on the line to spin the wheel.
2. In each post, RNG a number between 1 and 10,000. To win a [Regular Prize], you must generate a PERFECT NUMBER. These are [6, 28, 496, and 8218] To win a Special Prize, you must generate one of PACHINKO SILVER'S FAVORITE NUMBERS. These are [7, 8, 11, 15, 27, 777, 867, 1111, 5309, 9000, 9001]! To win the MEGA-ULTRA PRIZE, roll [PACHINKO SILVER'S NUMBER OF THE DAY] [Changes Daily with En's first OoC post of the Day!]
3. You may enter three levels of bets. [100gg] will make you eligible for the lowest level prizes of each type. [1,000gg] will make you eligible for the medium level prizes of each type. [5,000gg] will make you eligible for the highest level prizes of each type. You must denote the monetary value of your bet with each roll.
4. You may enter AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WISH! But you must always adhere to rules 1, 2, and 3!
5. You do not talk about Pachinko Silver (unless you are Maya Amano)!

[Betting Table!]Here, you can bet on various fights, games, contests, and other interesting turns of event for a chance to win a monetary prize or otherwise! A simple betting table where you square off either against the house, or against your fellow bettors! The contest may be a bet about a fight [out of character], or even the results of a much more relevant fight [in character]! It might be a bet about the outcome of a soccer match, a football game, or any sort of event which suits the house's will!
Contests up for open betting will be listed below: a small format for placing bets will be placed below that, and must be used to place your in-character bets! Quote: Pachinko Silver's Betting Table!

1. You may use whatever resources are at your disposal to research each contest before you place your bets. The internet is your friend.

3. The last option in the format is to pick your contestant/fighter/team!

Rena bounced on her heels, as she made her way to Okina. She'd heard from a few whispers that there were games to be had if she headed out. One could only play Tag for so long, before getting bored with it, and wanting to play something...More.
She glanced around the area, her eyes sparkling.
"Ooooh....I've never played a game like this before!" she cooed out loudly, as the person asked for her bid.
She pulled a sum of money out of her pocket, before placing it down, smiling.
"Here you go. Can I spin the wheel now?" she inquired, hearing the person give her the all clear. She thrust her hands in the air with a Yaaaay. She moved to the pachinko wheel, before giving it a big spin, unaware of the rules or the like. She just wanted to have fun~

"Hooray! I lose!" she called out, as the owners glanced at her. She pulled out more money, before starting to reach for it again. "Let's see how much I can loooooooooooose."
She giggled, beaming brightly as she spun again, clapping with every tick.

Rena giggled louder as she lost again, getting a low number.
"Come on, Come on~" she giggled, pulling out more and more money. "I'll lose it Allllllll~"
It was startling how optimistic she sounded, despite the rather glum outcome. She was having a lot of fun playing with fortune. She could keep this up for hours~ days even. Well, if they'd let her. She was sure they would stop her as soon as she was out of money, but that could be a long time. Or it could be a short one. Either way, she gripped the table, bent all the way over the table, and Spun it with all of her might.

Rena was overjoyed as the wheel stopped spinning. So close, and yet so far.
"Ohh, the elation. The feeling as it stops just oneeeeeee too far."
She let out a wistful sigh, as the people asked if she wanted to continue.
"Of course I do!!!" she called out, stepping up on her tip-toes. "I'm gonna play and play as long as I can!"
She leaned over again, and bent allllll the way over, spinning it yet again with a clap. She hoped for the best, and the worst~ It was all in good fun~

She was so pleased. So disturbed. So....So....
Ready to play some more! She only wished she had some of her friends with her. Surely, they could all enjoy playing such a fun, fun game together. Even if it cost her her whole Allowance~

It was kind of funny at this point. She'd been hitting oh so many low numbers...none of which were winners. She clapped as it slowed, stopping before every other number that could win, yet after all of the later numbers.
"Again, Again~" she mused, the others watching the almost-lucky girl tossing more and more Money into the Wheel, bending over once more to pull the wheel with all of her might for another lovely Spin.

"Hello Three, my old friend." she cooed, knowing it was a losing number....but still finding it hilarious that she was hitting so many small, yet familiar numbers.
"One more time!" she called out triumphantly, before gripping the wheel, popping her foot up as she practically leaned over it, then pulled it back quickly for another, large Spin.

"Oh, looks like I have one more." she called, before pulling out the change and piling it up, a mere fifth of what it was before, but still a bet.
She sat her money on the table, before reaching over, and pulling the wheel with all of her might, waiting for her inevitable end to this wonderfully fun game~

"It's been really really fun, but I must be going now~" she called, making sure that she paid her dues...That they got her money. She giggled quietly, waving her hands at the group. However, she had one last bit of yen left.
"Here you go." She called, tossing it in and Spinning the Wheel. She didn't think she'd win this one any more, but she stuck around just enough to spin it once more. As she saw the number, she giggled, before turning around.
"Bye bye everybody!" she called, bouncing on her heels as she moved on out, wondering where she could go now.

 KisaGo ahead and gamble, they said. You'll make friends, they said. Bah. Like there was any chance of that actually working out the way they intended, but if they were willing to pony up the cash for her, the least she could do was spend it. Sigh. Not that she knew the first thing about the things they were betting on, so the Demi-Fiend simply tossed some money onto the table. Hope for the best and all that.
