The holidays were a hectic time of year, and unfortunately that meant Shiny hadn't been able to actually take Tsuki up on her request that the fallen star come visit until now. With the direction to Tsuki's home given to her driver, she arrived shortly after school and promptly went to knock on the door.

Tsuki was the one to answer her friend’s knock, dressed in a red and black casual outfit “Welcome shiny! Please, take your shoes off “ She was glad she’d finally had the time to come over and talk

Tsuki_Kirkland Tsuki was the one to answer her friend’s knock, dressed in a red and black casual outfit “Welcome shiny! Please, take your shoes off “ She was glad she’d finally had the time to come over and talk "Thank you! I'm sorry I did not have time to come see you sooner." She exchanged a quick hug, then moved to take off her shoes so she could follow Tsuki inside.

That’s alright , this semester has been a bit hectic “ She moved, allowing shiny into a tiled entryway that was pretty formal , decorated with a few pictures of her family and tsuki “ Do you want a tour?”

Tsuki_Kirkland That’s alright , this semester has been a bit hectic “ She moved, allowing shiny into a tiled entryway that was pretty formal , decorated with a few pictures of her family and tsuki “ Do you want a tour?” "That it has, indeed!" Chuckling, she followed after, "I would love a tour, it seems only fitting after all."

“Of course, follow me “ She lead her carefully through the differing rooms of the house , stopping at the end “ And this is my room “ She opened the door to reveal a beautiful room with lots of fashion themed things in it among other things “We can stay here and talk or oh where are my manners, do you want a snack?"

Tsuki_Kirkland “Of course, follow me “ She lead her carefully through the differing rooms of the house , stopping at the end “ And this is my room “ She opened the door to reveal a beautiful room with lots of fashion themed things in it among other things “We can stay here and talk or oh where are my manners, do you want a snack?" "Ah, your room fits you very well." Spoken with an affectionate chuckle, "And yes, a snack would be lovely. We could bring it up here and eat while we chat?"

She giggled “ Thank you, that sounds wonderful actually “ She headed down to the kitchen with her again, a thoughtful look on her face as she got out different snacks including some cookies for Shiny “ I was going to ask you shiny, you mentioned something about them remembering Halloween town”

Tsuki_Kirkland She giggled “ Thank you, that sounds wonderful actually “ She headed down to the kitchen with her again, a thoughtful look on her face as she got out different snacks including some cookies for Shiny “ I was going to ask you shiny, you mentioned something about them remembering Halloween town” "Ah, yes that." Shiny snatched up the plate of cookies and a couple sodas, then headed back up to Tsuki's room to settle in. Once they were safe upstairs with the door closed, she popped open a soda and took a small drink, "I suspect most of those who were there do recall it, but not really consciously. Humans are fascinatingly resilient, it's one of the reasons I was so curious about the race." Smiling around a mouthful of cookie. "Why, what was on your mind?"

Tsuki grabbed some of the own things, including the cookies which had been specially made for Shiny’s visit. She then headed back upstairs again making sure the door was closed behind them locked so they wouldn’t be disturbed by any of the servants “ How can you tell? I was wondering, because I was thinking about what Santa said on the way home. i was thinking of writing about everyone to tell him how wonderful they’d been but mentioning they’d forgotten it all . However, with that halloween event I could of sworn they recalled. Those decorations were so accurate “ she sighed” It’s been so hard pretending, but now it’s getting so easy, not mentioning Halloween town .sometimes I worry I will forget"

That and the reactions, the confused looks when something triggers a recollection they did not believe real." She winked to Tsuki and reached for another cookie. "As I said, humans are resilient. Halloweentown challenged our friends' known definitions of reality. To cope, I suspect most of them either buried the memories, or shuffled them to one side as being from a strange, unsettling dream." Otherwise we're forgetting pieces of ourselves, too." She reached out and snagged a third cookie, having managed to eat two whole ones already between talking. "Stars, but these cookies are delicious! Wherever did you get them from?"

Tsuki_Kirkland Tsuki nodded “ The servants made them , I can get the recipie for you next time I’m at the club” She seemed a bit relieved now, and Shiny had given her something to truly think about. "Mm, would you please? I should like that very much." The third cookie finished, she leaned back to regard Tsuki with a thoughtful expression. "I do also think it would not be remiss to write to Santa, at the very least to thank him. Was there anything else on your mind, though?"
