Class: **** HP: 100/100 Description: This creature is entirely covered in armoured platelets, making it very, very difficult to find a weak spot. It will also released electrical charges along its spine that become dangerous if left unchecked for too long. To neutralize this, the electrical charge points must be attacked before they literally explode and knock Hunters back outside of its blast radius. Upon defeat: Has a 100% chance of dropping Insanity remains usable for the R & D.

There was only so much wandering they could possibly do before running into another titan on the edges of the island. That amount wasn't much at all. Long enough to thoroughly catch their breath and for Sherry to be certain Jake really was up for another run. The fact that she hadn't even dipped into the bandage supply last time make her feel a million times better on that front. "Well, I think I see our next target," she said. Not that they could miss seeing it. Large monsters were like that. In the way and clearly there. "You ready to get started?"

"More than ready!"
He shouldn't have been this excited to fight another one so soon, but something about this and the last patrol seemed different. Was it confidence? Hope? He wasn't sure, but he felt a lot more positive about everything. Perhaps it was Sherry's optimism rubbing off.
Whatever it was, it was a good feeling, and he was glad he felt this way. It beat fear and uncertainty anyday.

The Titan seemed to notice him approaching and lashed its tail out at him, narrowly crushing Jake. But he wasn't discouraged, no. A minor setback, perhaps, but nothing he couldn't handle.
Not long after, he was on top of the Titan, securin his cord into a wedge between the plates, and gave Sherry a thumbs-up.
... oh right, they had headsets.
"I got the cord secured!"

Sherry smiled, even laughed a little. It was good to see Jake so happy and excited. Was he just happy with how well they done last time or had there possibly ben more progress on the Chester front? Maybe it didn't matter. This was clearly whar he needed right then, and Sherry scilded herself again for being selfish before. She was here to help.
“Okay!” she replied. Her turn to get thungs secure.
It was easier imagined than done, as the cord went tight before she wanted it to. Darn. That would not make for a secure grip.

Her heels dug in, and she set the device down square as she could. It just needed to get a good grip before the tether was pulled tight again. One, two, three, she counted to herself.
“Okay,” she said into the headset. “All set down here.”

“Glad to hear it!” Optimism was important to have.
Their mountain of a target reached the end its rope again.
“Watch it, I think this one is a mover.” It seemed to be moving in a straight line at least. That made it easy to follow.

Well, he supposed it moving was good in a sense. It' probably be somewhat worrying if the Titan just stood still while he attacked.
He winced slightly at the faint electricity, but it wasn't something he couldn't handle. He had dealt with worse before, and he wasn't going to let this stop him from his job.

Sherry thought it would have been nice if they all just stood there like training dummies.But alas, that would be too easy. As it was, this titan was beginning to pace a nice circle at the end of his tether.

If he had to fight a training dummy, he would have much rather preferred fighting one about his size, not 60 times his size, as well as moving and producing electrical charges. In a sense though, he supposed it was kind of like training, regardless. It was times like this he almost missed the training courses. Almost.
"Don't worry, it doesn't seem to be-"
The Titan suddenly shifted, causing him to lose his balance and smack against an electrified spine.
At least the force of impact combined with his body weight managed to crack the spine, and he broke the rest of it off with an easy hit.

“You alright?” She didn't try to hide the concern in her voice. “That looked painful.” Her view was still limited, but she felt that she could see enough.

He would have been lying if he said it didn't hurt at least a little, but they were hunters. Stuff like this they should be able to handle.
"D-don't worry, I'm fine."
Taking Sherry's advice, he did as told, managing to avoid get another nasty shock.

She shook her head, but she didn't take her eyes off of Jake and the titan. “Inform me if that changes, and watch the spikes towards its head.” There was always something sparking on the beast.
”I hope you plan to tell me about any serious injuries.” She added that on, just to make sure he knew she was expecting it.
