Dakar's beautiful. gonk

Dakar's diary
Wow, Silb and I are really amazing... We're all developed 'n s**t, and we keep getting all these compliments. Some creepy girls were chasing us down the street earlier, chanting, "KAWAII YAOI SUGOI~!!!!11" gonk

Ruri and Kuraya have moved in together! Sil couldn't be happier.

Silbriel's Diary
We've grown! I can't explain how wondrous it is to finally be able to reach and lift things. *beam* I made toast today without anyone's help, and was able to open the fridge for a glass of milk without having to call for Mother! biggrin

Also, Dak seems incredibly happy about his new body. He keeps looking in the mirrors he crosses, and running hands over his abs. He's also taken the habit of doing that to MY abs, too. sweatdrop He likes to touch me a lot, now, but I suppose it's just his way of telling me that he thinks I'm beautiful too.

It's hard to just go outside though. Girls go nuts when they see us. Maybe it's some kind of curse? gonk Oh, I hope not!

Silbriel's Dairy
Dak gave me the most wonderful gift for Valentine's Day... He baked me cookies! I didn't know he could do that! And they were so good too! Sugar cookies, my favorites. I almost cried, I was so touched... And all I got HIM was a silly flower pot I made from bones, with Devil's Trumpets planted in them... He did seem to like those flowers a lot when we were outside, way back when we were little...

He was very touched too. He was speechless and he hugged me. I think he might have been over-acting just so I didn't feel bad... But then again, he was smiling so softly, he couldn't fake that, right?

We then went to the beach nearby, all alone. It was nighttime, and we flew there, so no girls followed us. It was beautiful, the sound of the waves, just us two sitting in the sand together...

redface

Erm, something DID happen there, but I'm not comfortable with talking about it. Maybe another time. Ooooh, I hope Mother never finds out!

Yes, the bunch of nutcases I live with. Sad, isn't it!

Yes, one of the two madwomen involved in this lovely thought process. She enjoys moonlit walks on sunny beaches and Italian foods, as well as pretending to be a crazy elderly woman who throws her cats at innocent passer-bys. Her thoughts have been known to teeter between satanic and, well, normal, and she doesn't often act charitable. Sometimes. When the charitability involves something evil in return. Like, uh, chocolate.

- Loki -
A mischievous little boy, he only recently joined the family but had already become a large part of my lovely crew. He's quite mysterious, toting around a small lantern with little glass windows, and if one were to peek through the translucent sun-tinted glass, they'd find tiny flames spitting about the porcelain prison. He adores Dak and the two get along ever so well, though he tends to disrupt the house when he awakens in the mornings.

- Laresu -
A true mystery. She's yet to even emerge from her statue, and already, Dakar is intrigued by her. Perhaps it's the color of the stone I carved her from that so captivates him-- I know it can't be her garb, for he despises women. I feel that the two will be an amusing pair to watch, as Resu hates men.

{img pending}
- Fai // Arilae -
The two caits who, as well, share residence with me. Arilae is fully grown with a glorious set of bat wings, while Fai, the obvious younger-brother type, has small, feathered wings sprouting from his back. Their personalities are almost polar opposites-- while Fai is hyper and playful, Rila is quite laid-back and passive. The two get along quite well, but, Dakar doesn't seem to like them much. Pity.

This is Astorath, a nasty-looking .exe I won at an auction. Isn't he great? The three heads each have a different personality. Red is aggressive and rude. He'd as soon maul you as look at you. Purple is playful and dumb, and reminds me of an eager puppy, always wanting to play. Blue sleeps almost constantly, but once awake, he's an extremely smart entity, with much wisdom.

Dzoo-dzoo is a mushroom. He communicates by making sounds when he's happy or unhappy, which pretty much sound like "Murrrrr" and "Breeeeeeh".

Damascus was my first pet, apart for my own Grimorum. As a result, she's one of my favorites. She's a snobby b***h, who thinks she better than everyone else. What fun to play! ^_^ She thinks the world owes her everything.

Maruil here is my most RP-intensive pet. I love to play him! There is so much drama and intrigue in that game... The poor boy is being ignored by the woman he loves! Oh, the humanity. Chrysthalls are a wonderful pet.

This kitsu is awesome looking, isn't she? Like a field of lava! I like to look at her, but she doesn't get as much attention as I should give her. I just hope for her sake that Seif takes better care!

These two little things are pets that were made with lineart that I auctioned off. A friend of mine (who colors some of the stages of the Grimorums for me) colors them. I love both of these! Meekah was gained at auction, and Celeste was given to me as a custom because I was the lineartist. These critters are so cute! I command you to visit the Onwa Keba thread!

My Grimorum pet. Kieran is the Holy Element incarnate, but he certainly doesn't act like it. I haven't RPed him a lot, but he's already got a LOT of personality. He's mischievious and loves to get other people up in a huff. He says it's his way of TESTING people, but I think he just wants attention.

OMFG this is so cool! Isn't he GREAT? *lurvs on her Tahnee*

Paithan here, is a character for the Chosen, which I do art for. I've drawn and colored Pait, and have created the cert for him and all other Chosen. It's a good concept, with great people in charge of it. Visit if you can!

Saturday, August 21st, 2004--

Well, after weeks of torments from Dakar, and, as Kur says, begging from Silb, the duo's incessant whining has forced us into a very... interesting position.

Kur and I, as well as the clingy siblings and all of our crew, now live in an apartment. It's not a bad thing; personally, I find Kur to be a very interesting and amusing person. Just kind of strange, how these manifestations of thought are bringing us together. I have a feeling this is going to be quite interesting.

For the week or so we've lived here, things have been going pretty well. Dakar's probably messed up every belonging either of us ever owned. He got what he deserved, though, when his curiousity took him to the drier. I only noticed my boy's peril when I heard Silb's cry as, to his horror, he saw his beloved brother getting a lovely spin-dry.

Dakar has, as well, gotten to know the neighbor's. I can only hope first impressions don't matter, as he tried to devour their poodle, much to their dismay. Well, they actually didn't seem all that mad. It is a very annoying dog. Anyway, they don't seem to like him much, nor does the landlord. She quite fears him, I think. I suppose he is a bit eccentric, what with purple skin and all.

Below Ruri's journal is a passage written in sloppy chickenscratch.

Haha, we finally did it! Silb and I forced our mums to cart us and all their loons to a new apartment. As irritating as the little runt is, it ********' sucked being apart, so I think life's gonna be a hell of alot better now. This yappy-a** dog lives next door and pissed me off one day, so I went over there and tried to eat 'im. The lady through a god damn hissy fit over it. Why would she WANT some stupid fluffy thing running around the house, anyway!?

The apartment isn't all that bad. It's a bit small and we share a room with an assload of loons. Ruri parked that damn statue in our room, for some odd reason. 'Least she's nice eye candy, pretty colors. Silb seems pretty damn excited to be living with me.

I'm glad we can live together, though.

Sunday, August 22nd, 2004...

I'm a sucker for tears. And Sil knows it. He followed me around all the time with those big puppy dog eyes, water brimming over, threatening to drown me... He did that for WEEKS, until I finally conceded to the idea of moving in with Ruri so that he could be with his precious brother Dak.

He didn't help when we moved, but you should have seem him flit about all happily, like a fish who swam in beer. He was giggling and making figure-eights, and I suppose that was kind of nice to listen to while I shoved all my pots into a big carton box. He can be so cute, how can I ever stay annoyed at him?

So yeah, upon moving in, I immediately regretted it. Oh, not because of Ruri, of course, I like her lots, she's a great person! But because of the cramped place. I wish I'd won the lottery, so that we could afford a bigger place. Or maybe I shouldn't have brought Astorath along. He takes up a lot of room.

And THEN, Dak started going crazy! Attacking the neighbor's dog, terrorizing the whole building, threatening the landlady... Oh, he acts like nothing happened, but I HEARD him! I don't really understand how he plans to do something like THAT to her hair, but he's an inventive fellow... *shudder*

I suppose it's all worth it, in the end. I've never seen Sil so happy. He started a little herb garden on the small porch attached to the kitchen. It's coming along nicely, and I can't say that I'm not happy to have fresh parsley and chives for my cooking. Sil's even talking about growing flowers out there now. Maybe he's planning to turn that tiny little porch into a slice of heaven? That would be nice!

Oop, I have to go now. Sil's crying. I betcha Dak's being a twit again.

Kuraya closed the dairy and sighed. She could hear, through the open door of her bedroom, that Sil was weeping quasi-quietly from the washroom. There was also a worrisome gurgling noise. She hurried to discover what was going on.

And behold, Dak was running himself a bath. He had pushed Silbriel into the tub, and the little boy was huddled close to himself, wings wet and unable to fly him out of the threatening pool. He whimpered as he watched the water rise, as soon it would be up to his chin... Sil couldn't swim!

"ACK!" Kuraya yelped as she dashed forward, falling to her knees in front of the tub, knocking Dak into it in her hurry to shut the water off.

"RURI!" Kuraya yelled as she scooped her poor little notion out of the lukewarm water. "Ruri, your boy tried to kill Sil!!!" Silbriel twisted in Kur's grasp and tried to reach down for his brother, who was splashing about in the tub. He was worried?! Uuurh, he's much too kind. "Oh, let him drown a little. He deserves it."

GASP! Sil turned those big puppy eyes towards Kur, and lower lip trembling, he whispered:
"Oh Kuraya, no... Be kind!"

With a roll of her eyes and a reluctant smile, Kur's other hand swooped in to rescue Dak, plopping him down on the floor's fuzzy purple bathmat.

Following the wonderful bathtub fiasco, Dakar seemed quite ticked off at Kura. Much to Silb's dismay, the mischeivous boy planted all sorts of little goodies for the woman... little worms beneath her bed spreads, gunk all in the shower drain... He even went as far as to place a "special ingredient" into her food. Of course, she'd find her thoughtful gifts at a later time. For now, it was time to harass the neighbors!

Taking a final pass through the kitchen, he whipped a gelatin out of the fridge and hopped down the front stairs. Skipping, now, out the door with a wild smile crossing his maw, he hoisted the pleading Silb over his shoulder and strolled to the next apartment down. Giving a very average knock, he howled a "Heee~llllooo!" against the large, wooden door. A man came to answer, his head nearly whacking the doorframe due to his height. Quirking a brow at the sight of the odd siblings, he spoke reluctantly. "And who might you be?"

The grin now plastered fakely onto his face was almost sickeningly wide. He whipped the jiggly gelatin out and pushed it into the man's hands, eyes twitching as he kept up the menacing smile. "I brought you a gelatin! We're your new neighbors, people always do this!!" Beneath his breath, following the statement, he whispered, "... don't they?"

Desperate, now, to get these bizarre creatures away from him, he snatched up the dessert and slammed the door, yelling, "Thank you!" out to the boys. Dakar wobbled off the steps before tossing his head back and exerting a manical cackle, running quickly back to his home.

That night, a loud, abhorrent screech rang out across the apartment complex. Words followed it, which seemed to form, "EW WHAT THE ********."
