Personality: She is thoughtful of whatever approach she takes, although she enacts them quicker than she likes. Tonya can be a loving and deep person if anyone bothers to get through her tough looking exterior first.
Bio: Tonya's life was like any other: Dirt-poor and devastating. Her, her brother and parents somehow managed to make it through, but she wanted to come out of it better than they had it. She joined a small band of rogues at 17, hoping to gain some stability in the town she lived in, only to be severely let down by how they were 'getting by' and quit a short time later. With very little police influence around, Tonya decided to take the law into her own hands by obtaining and selling whatever information on the 'bad guys' she had to those she thinks are stable and dependable enough to follow through.
Fatal Flaw: She is a heavy drinker. She would usually drink the bottle before looking at the price.
