Orah pushed opened the library door and slipped inside, letting the quiet and the smell of books wash over it. It always felt serene here... timeless. And the person who ran it happened to be on the same side as her, making him someone she felt she could trust.
Keeping her steps light to respect the quiet of the library, the teen made her way to the check out desk. Hopefully Tony was in today... she wasn't sure if he worked every day, but she had to hope he was in. She had a lot of questions, but no one to answer them. It would be nice if he had what she was looking for...
"Tony? Mr. Darrow?" She called as she leaned on the counter, shifting her messenger bag over her hip. Belatedly, the thought of the snow on her boots dripping on the floor came to her and she squirmed self-consciously. Maybe she could mop up after they talked, to make up for it.

Anthony Darrow's desk was empty, as was the front desk, making it look like there was no available help at the counter. It was slow in the library right now, as it always was at this hour, and most of the employees were off doing some of their daily tasks about the library.
When she called out for him, though, there was a bang from under the counter, a soft sound of pain and frustration, and then a dog came running out from his office further down behind the counter. She went under the counter and there was another sound of frustration as Tony struggled to stop Dogby from making him feel better by licking him.
He poked his head up from under the counter, looking up at Orah and then turning red, embarrassed that he had hit his head, and then struggled with Dogby before even saying anything. He got up, Corgi under his arm, her little legs moving as though she was swimming in an effort to get to Orah, who she had now spotted and wanted pets from.
"Ah, I'm sorry. I was trying to figure out the mess of wires under my desk and ah... w-welcome to the library." He grinned at her sheepishly, putting Dogby down on the counter so she could bounce over to Orah and say hello.

The bang under the counter was startling and Orah jumped, straightening up as she clutched the strap of her bag. When she realized the sound had come from head meeting desk, the slender body relaxed a little and she watched as a corgi came streaking out of the office and scooted under the counter.
"Tony?" She said softly, leaning forward until he suddenly came out, looking embarrassed. A shy smile came over her face as she shifted in her boots, awkward about approaching what she wanted to talk about.
"Um, thanks." Orah said as she glanced about, making sure there wasn't anyone around before she leaned on the counter again.
"Hey, um... do you remember what happened the last time I was here? I sort of have some questions about that stuff that I wanted to talk to you about. Would you have some time now, or later maybe, to talk with me?" If he remembered the youma attack, then maybe he would get her meaning that this was a white moon discussion.

Tony nodded his head, offering her a smile, while rubbing his head ruefully. After all these years of working here one would think he knew the distance between the floor and the counter at this point, but he was still surprised by it every time he got surprised by something else.
He straightened up, pulling down his sweater vest and smoothing his hands over the fabric.
"I do remember, and I do have some time. Ah, we can talk in my office. There's no surveillance or anything in there, and ah. I'm due for my lunch break, anyway." He chuckled and moved to open the small swinging gate from the counter to allow her back into the staff area. He was all too happy to talk when asked, and it would be a nice break from the grind of his day job.
Sometimes, it was hard to focus on what was supposed to be 'normal', these days.

Orah smiled softly and moved to the gate when he opened it with a murmured 'thank you'. As she walked towards his office, she held her bag against her hip so it wouldn't bounce.
"You should eat while we talk, so you don't use up all of your time." She said softly as she stepped into his office, making for one of the chairs to slide down into it. Pulling her strap over her head, she set the bag on the floor, politely crossing her legs at the ankles.
"I hope everything has been going well for you since we met that time. I have to admit a lot has happened to me in that time." Orah played with a curl of hair, remembering everything. She had been a first level senshi back then... not so long ago. So many experiences behind her now, so much growth.

"Oh, I'm not too concerned about food," he lied. He was always concerned about food. He worked hard, and food breaks were well beloved and very much the highlight of his work day. He did not mind putting it off for now, though, as he had something much more interesting and important to focus on.
Anyway, he ran the place: he would be able to find time to sneak away for a break if he needed to.
"I've been doing okay, considering. I mean, there's always a lot going on, but ah. I suppose you learn to cope with it all in time, step by step."
He let her into the office and moved to clean up a bit, picking up some books and papers he had scattered about. He moved a blanket from the sofa and slung it over the back, straightening the pillows so it did not look quite so much like he slept there some days. Which he did, when his patrol schedules got a little crazy at night and he needed a nap during the day.
"So, ah. What sort of questions did you have?"

Her curl wrapped around her finger, Orah studied it as she thought about what she wanted to ask. There were just so many questions... where did you start? Maybe with a little background.
"Okay so... the other night, I met an officer named Mariposite." She said softly, thinking back on it. "It seems that... he might be thinking about leaving the Negaverse."
Brown eyes lifted to watch Tony's reaction, wondering how often he'd run into this in the past and how likely it was that anything those people said was actually true.
"I hope you don't mind, but... I told him he should talk to Camelot, because I realized I honestly know next to nothing about changing sides. Which is why I came here... I want to know everything you know about it. Sometimes I wonder how many of them might think about leaving, but not know how to... before him, I didn't think any of them wanted to leave, but I'm just not sure how. It seems like important information to have, especially with what we do every night."
She really hoped Tony would be able to fill her in... she couldn't think of anyone else who might be able to.

Tony listened, thoughtful and patient, not wanting to interrupt until she told him what she wanted to, and he had a better idea of what she was wondering about. He nodded along, and was relieved to hear what she was pondering.
The idea of Purification was never an easy one to get out there, when Chaos had such firm holds over its victims, and talking could not often override the force of corruption, and the depths of its reach. Having a Negaverse or corrupt Senshi that wanted to purify, or even hear about the process and entertain the idea, was a big first step. It was like walking on ice over a pit of magma.
The next step was never certain, and so very precarious.
"Of course I'd talk to him," Tony said at length, with a smile, "it's a difficult subject, and I would want to help him as much as I could, in any way that I could. Even if he did not want to purify right away, if he wanted to just have the information on it, I'm more than willing to share. And of course, I'll share with you, as well. Purification is a tricky subject. Only a willing subject can be purified, unlike corruption, and when they do, it can impact their memories. I've seen those that change side forget their civilian lives, and I've seen others forget who they were before, when they were Order or Chaos before switching. It is also a painful process, there's no hiding that. Taking Chaos out of a starseed isn't easy, for anyone. A Negaverse Soldier will purify into a Knight. We're two sides of the same coin, the Negaverse and the Knights." He hummed thoughtfully, rubbing his scruffy chin. "Ah, did you have any questions in specific?"
