History: Vic was born in a time when the Hidden Sand got hold of the Two Tailed Cat and were in need of a jinchuriki. Vic's mother, who was proud that she had birth to a strong son volunteered him to be it's jinchuriki. The sealing process went smoothly and Vic grew up a very normal life. The Kazekage Had ordered the people of the village to not treat him any differently than any other ninja. He truly doesn't completely understand what he has sealed inside of him, he knows he's the jinchuuriki of the 2 tails but he is never actually even seen the Beast himself yet.
Vic was taught basic medical ninjutsu by his father shortly after his mother's untimely death on a mission In the hidden mist. His father pushes. him to become a medical ninja, however even though he knows medical ninjutsu he does not consider himself a medic by any means.
Personality: Vick is a very calm individual. He is not a slave to his emotions but at the same time he's not completely blocked off entirely. He's very cheerful and always willing to lend a helping hand to others when they need it.
However when he's in battle he becomes a completely different person, when he's in battle he loves the toy with his opponent and cause massive pain to them. Vic himself does not even know where that comes from when he's in battle, he simply claims that he becomes a completely different person on the battlefield.
