the two people who are supposed to be in charge of it has not been on since nov 7th and nov 17th
yet people keep diving in and getting no response, i would be happy to take over with the captains permission of course
there may be slight variations in how its run but still it would be the same thing basically people say they dive in and they get a gift, however i would use fixed numbers not random numbers to give gifts
each user who would dive in if i was in charge would be assigned a number and with that number would say diving number 1 then when that number came back up i would donate a gift to the user
it might seem more strange but this is how this would be handled in Mexico and its often more fair than randomness

what have you got to lose captain, let me try a variation until the user comes back or posts back up on a new acct saying the old acct was banned but now there back to take it over
