Rock-Climbing - Ever since she was little, Idris decided that she loved climbing. As she grew older, her love of climbing all focused in the direction of rock-climbing. There's an element of danger there that appeals to her. And well, when it's just you, the rock and the wild blue yonder, there's a sense of exhileration and connectedness with the world that's better than any drug imaginable.
Home Brewery - No, we're not talking about the bathtub stills of the Prohibition era. Nor the moonshine antics of inbred hillbillies. Due to her practically growing up running amok in her parent's vineyard, Idris decided to play at brewing all sorts of things while living at home. She makes regular, weekly visits to the nearest home brew supply store with her father and hunts down recipes on the internet. Granted, waiting for her brews to settle and become drinkable can be a pain sometimes. But that's what starting a new batch once a week is for! A steady and delicious supply of alcoholic beverages. They also make fantastic birthday and Christmas presents for the people she actually sort of likes.
Ridiculous Card Games - In spite of her prickly nature, Idris does actually enjoy some form of interaction with people. And that interaction usually takes the form of weekly game nights where she breaks out one of her many card games and then proceeds to Calvinball the s**t out of the actual rules. It's fun, it gets her to laugh and frankly, it is entertaining as hell to take something like the Harry Potter card game and have it devolve into "BOOMPLINK YOU ARE A VAMPIRE NOW. For Reasons."
Virtues:
Transparency - Whatever her many faults, Idris is incredibly up front about them. She is a firm believer in saying what you mean and meaning what you say. She will straight up tell you exactly what you can expect from her in any given situation and stick to it. Quite unlike her twin who has been known to say and do anything if it means you'll leave him alone. Yeah. Idris is not a fan of such behavior and makes it a point to be his opposite in that area as much as possible.
Observant - Growing up in a place where missing the slightest detail can completely ruin a day's work, you learn to be observant. To see those little details so you can take care of them before they become a problem. She's no Sherlock Holmes, but Idris is still a fair hand at the art of observation. She doesn't feel she has any other choice if she wants to keep herself in one piece and safe.
Analytical - Idris is very much a left brain dominant type of person. As such, she analyzes everything that happens around her. It's useful when so much of her family are more emotionally driven. It's often Idris who can calm her more passionate kin simply by using cold, hard facts and simple logic. It's not that she, herself, is not passionate. She just prefers to reason her way through instead of emoting all over the damned place.
Flaws:
Overly Expedient - When faced with the moral or expedient path, Idris will always take the path of expediency. She has absolutely no problem writing you off and leaving you for dead (figuratively or literally) if it means the survival of the greater whole. Sure, people may be sad for a while, but they'll get over it.
Crowned Princess - Growing up as the only girl in a sea of male siblings and cousins has made Idris into something of a spoiled little princess. Having grown up being cherished, cooed at and protected from the big, bad world by a cadre of male relations tends to skew one's perceptions a bit. Especially when experience has taught Idris that all she has to do is bat her eyelashes to get people to bend over backwards for her. She is the prettiest princess and everyone else just needs to sit down, shut up, suck it up and let her have her way.
Misanthropic - People, with the sole exceptions of family and a few close friends, suck. As far as Idris is concerned, mankind could drop off the face of the planet and she'd be perfectly thrilled. Sure, she loves her family and friends, but honestly? She'd be okay if even they vanished. She prefers to have as little interaction with humankind as possible. All they do is start wars and wreck s**t.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Deep-set, almond shaped and cinnamon-hazel in color. Typically wears a metallic gold eyeliner.
Hair: Brownish-Black with Tangerine tipping. Cut super short and choppy in back with long, asymetrical bangs (one side reaches to ear lobe length, other side just touches collarbone). Random small tie offs can be found on the longer side.
Face: Golden/olive toned skin. Thick, straight eyebrows, slightly aquiline nose with a small gold stud in the right nostril. Average ears with the tiniest hint of a pointed tip. Full lips, oval shaped face.
Clothes: 2 piercings in each ear - Lobe and upper cartilage, prefers gold toned earrings. Example of typical style/outfit.

Senshi: Sailor Iapetus, DMS of Goats
Challenge: The troll under the bridge fears me...
Fuku Colour: Black
Main Color: Brown
Secondary Color: Light Golden Brown
Tertiary Color: Cream
Fuku: Spanish/Norse themed? IDEK.
Collar -- Normal sailor collar, but trimmed with fur where it goes around the neck
Bow -- Small, ragged, thin-ish bow in front. Ragged black butt bow.
Bodice -- Fur trimmed Black leather corset with lacing up the sides and front // Should have a golden-brown overlay attached with grommets (something like this only without the sleeves/straps, maybe?)
Sleeves -- Long, belled black sleeves, should be held to upper arms by leather straps
Brooch -- Eyeball brooch, but could it look more like a goat's eye?
Bottoms -- Hide skirt // should be a little shorter than in ref
Tiara -- Lady Loki style horned tiara, with the DMC eyeball set into the metal.
Choker -- Black, braided leather choker
Shoes -- Boots
Gloves -- No
Accessories -- Earrings, Fur-lined metal bracers
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Heithrún's Blessing
Effects - The horns on Iapetus' tiara glow as a hint of mead scent wreathes her for 30 seconds. During that time, Iapetus' agility is given a boost, allowing her to leap about in a similar manner to a mountain goat. Can be used 3 times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Heithrún's Gift
Effects - Similar to the above, however, at this point, the glow and mead scent last for 40 seconds. Additionally, Iapetus is now able to not only leap about, but also to scale near vertical surfaces much like a mountain goat. Can use twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Heithrún's Benefaction
Effects - Similar to the above, however, the glow and mead scent now last only 70 seconds. Additionally, Iapetus is able to accomplish the above and also to share this ability with a single ally. Can be used once per battle.
Note: Iapetus' attacks are all loosely based upon normal Goat agility and the Norse legend of Heithrún the goat.

ON THE CIVILIAN SIDE:
First, you might want to be aware that Idris is the corrupted civ name of Sailor Albali of Echoes! Since it's kind of an uncommon name, I'm not sure if two Idrises will be acceptable?
Other than that, my only real issue is with her "Pricly Princess" flaw in that I'm not really getting a sense of the trait here. It sort of feels like it's two wrapped into one; she's spoiled and also not very nice or easy to talk to? The two just seem like differnet traits put in one!
ON THE POWERED SIDE:
You can make her attacks last quite a lot longer, I think. I'd consider those acceptable for a chibi, but very underpowered for an adult Senshi! Also, how many times can she use each attack in a battle?

Hey, Twilight!
Usually I am uncomfortable approving senshi magic that exceeds 45 seconds, but after some debate I think her eternal attack should be okay! Using the name Idris should also be fine!
I'm going to drop a stamp off, but also wanted to note that for her senshi outfit I think having Lady Loki horns might also qualify as having a weapon (as, the horns seem like they are pointed and could be used to gore and, if heavy enough could probably cause some damage if she took them off and was swinging them around). To prevent this, I would suggest mentioning that they were made out of a solid/sturdy but still lightweight material, and keeping the tips of her horns a bit more rounded/blunted to prevent stabbing.
