Open Role-Plays are different from Private.
Any topic created within this sub-forum
Means that anyone can just pop in and out of them.
Open means free for all, so there is no limit to who can join.
(Unless stated by a Captain or Crew Member)
Since too many people can just get chaotic.
If you create an Open topic, then state in the first post:
Fantasy or realism (Obviously "realism" means no powers or creatures.)
Where is it set? (Can place an image here if you prefer.)
When it is set? (What time period)
What is going on in it?
Add rules if you think they should apply.
