Name- Yukiji (You-key-jeeee) Sakubara

Personality- Yukiji bears many traits one might not expect to see from a girl born into a poor family; she is elegant, cunning, ambitious, eccentric and possesses an air of charisma that naturally tends to draw people towards her. She's wholly unaware of her own attractiveness and completely oblivious to love outside of family, therefore she tends to mistake flirting as either bullying or natural conversation and would be considered "Dense" or "an air-head" in this field. In academic fields however Yukiji excels do to her hard working, stubborn, and competitive attitude. When interacting with other people she can be quite blunt and ignorant as to situations involving average people (do to living under such extreme circumstances her whole life). Yukiji has always displayed a certain flamboyant streak, wearing her hair long/straight, possessing whatever elaborately colored and embroidered robes, kimonos, and of course pants/shirts that she can get her hands on. (she can't stand wearing normal dresses...). But when she does not want to be found she can and will not be found contrary to her very distinct presence. What one might not expect upon meeting her for the first time is Yukiji's unusually strong sense of loyalty, honor, and child-like curiosity. Sarcastic, short-tempered, proud, and fiercely protective of those she cares about (Completely indifferent to those she doesn't) Yukiji will change for no one because anyone she likes enough that she'd change for would never ask her to change.


Sacred Gear- Orb of Kitsune - When she becomes a demon she becomes a Kitsune ( For those who don't know what that is, a Kitsune is on simplest terms is basically a fox demon.) She can control fox fire/will-o'-wisps and can make adjustments to her's and the appearance of others. AND now that she's a kitsune she can die if she's shot or stabbed or magic is used on her but her body will not age beyond eighteen.

Bio- Yukiji comes from a painfully poor area where she grew up living in a Japanese style, average sized, house that seemed to be constantly attempting to murder it's occupants. Floor boards were always breaking, the ceiling was always leaking and if it wasn't leaking watch out because it was going to cave in soon. Yukiji lived with her younger sister, a very withdrawn independent child that was very shy and quiet spending most of her time doing origami (never studies and seems to always be in a state of flunking school regardless of how intelligent she is). Yukiji also lived with her mother who is a very weak woman that is often found in bed, sick. Sickly as she may be Mom is no push over, she was kind, strong, and probably one of the very... very... Few people that Yukiji respects completely. However her mother was originally from a family of very high birth and while it's do to her mother enforcing long time tradition that gives Yukiji a rich heiress aura about her, Yukiji's mother is very naive and incompetent of the world do to her previously sheltered life style (not to mention slightly ditzy). Leaving Yukiji to do all the house work, the bills, bringing money into the house, etc. Yukiji's father disappeared after extorting all the money he could from his family and accumulating a ton of debt (which now his family must pay while he's disappeared.) Yukiji is adept at using the martial arts do to having to beat off load sharks and debt collectors by herself. And she can take a few hits. After all, what's a few punches if you've had the roof collapse on you, then instead of laying there being injured you get up and put it back together because theirs a rain storm coming and you don't want your family to get sick.

One day a letter comes in the mail explaining that all the family's expenses would be paid (debts and all) if Yukiji were to attend Kuoh Academy. One thing lead to another and Yukiji was then enrolled. Once at the acadamy she was approached by a mysterious figure who called himself the demon king, he explained all the secrets of the school and proved them to her, then made her his second in command for reasons only known to the king.

Appearance-

Human: Long, sliky, black hair. Fair, reletively blemishless skin. Svelte well proportioned body type, her limbs are long, her fingers are graceful and lady like. Yukiji is just above average height, about six-ish feet tall, a little shorter. When human she has rainforest green eyes.

Demon: As a Kitsune Yukiji maintains most of her human features. Except she doesn't have human ears anymore, replaced with large black fox ears on top of her head. Her eyes turn a golden color and her pupils turn to slits. Her nails become more elongated/narrow/pointed and tougher to make claws, she has a long silky black tail that just comes to her ankles and she has fangs. Because Yukiji has the powers of a Kitsune she can suppress these features as needed but prefers to remain in demon form because once she discovers she's a demon she finds the demon form to be more comfortable and less restricting.
